Ficamos nesse hotel para descansar e pegar a próxima escala. Teve um problema com o pagamento mas a Michele da recepção foi super profissional e nos ajudou. Agente tava muito cansado e não conseguiu acordar pra tomar café. Ai eu fui na recepção ver que horas abria o restaurante, a moça falou 12. Aí eu voltei 12 e o restaurante ainda tava fechado. Eu voltei na recepção com a mesma moça e ela foi super grossa quando respondeu denovo que abria 12. Aí eu falei moça que horas são? Ela disse 12:01. Ela me respondia com cara de ódio. Infelizmente é esse tratamento que recebemos no Brazil.

Very close to the airport. Uber ride in the morning was only R$10. Many units. Free breakfast buffet in two dining rooms.

But had run down, \"tired\" appearance... They keep it basically clean... Probably a lot of traffic over the years, in need of some renovation, power washing, painting, etc.

Minha estadia foi, no geral, positiva. O quarto inicial estava bom, limpo e organizado, proporcionando uma experiência confortável. Durante a estadia, o ar-condicionado apresentou defeito, mas a equipe foi extremamente ágil e solícita, resolvendo a situação prontamente com a troca de quarto, o que demonstrou cuidado e comprometimento com o hóspede.

Como pontos de melhoria, acredito que o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade e qualidade em alguns itens. Além disso, senti falta de um secador de cabelo no quarto, o que considero um item básico e que faz diferença na comodidade.

No geral, foi uma boa experiência, principalmente pelo atendimento eficiente da equipe, mas há alguns detalhes que podem ser ajustados para tornar a estadia ainda melhor.

O barulho dos quartos... Hotel desta natureza ter balrolho nos corredores é normal e entendível. Agora quando o próprio time do hotel ou do restaurante iniciar deslocamentos em carrinhos barulhentos que pareciam conter louças batendo as 5h da manhã (de sábado para domingo) aí temos um problema de respeito ao hospede.

Café da manhã horrível com bolos secos e produtos de péssima qualidade.
O colchão é horrivel e o barulho dos quartos adjacentes não te deixam dormir. Trânsito de pessoas de trabalho duvidoso durante a noite toda e dá pra escutar tudo como se vc estivesse presente, bem constragedor...
Os funcionários tentaram amenizar o ocorrido mas não dá pra desfazer uma péssima experiência.
Se vc estiver em família não se hospedr aqui.
