Please don’t book this until you see it in person. What you see on the picture is when hotel fresh built, it now really falling apart, nasty, the shower is broken. I asked the front desk to change my room, they said they don’t have available rooms.

Hotel is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was really helpful and accomodating. I asked a non smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room.

The location is perfect, close to Metro station and Kizilay Square. Lots of food options. Very safe to walk around during the night.

I would have preferred a non-smoking room. All rooms at this hotel are smoking rooms. The employees were so kind as to check out four rooms to pick the one with the least smell.
The location is quite central. It is easy to walk to the Metro and other points of interest.

We were told that we couldn’t stay in the hotel because surnames weren’t the same. They said it was a “law”. They couldn’t show us the law or policy… supposedly had to call for management approval. Even after management approval we were stopped and questioned every time we entered the hotel.
The window in the room was left open by staff and it rained the day we checked in. So, one of the beds were wet, the floor was wet, and so was the window sill…we had to call for dry towels so we could shower… all towels were used to clean and dry the room. It took them forever to bring them up and they wouldn’t leave them until we gave them all of the others in trade. For 7 years I have been traveling to Turkey usually staying 10-14 days each visit … I have been all over the country (From Istanbul to Trabzon to Urfa and everywhere in between) Never have I ever been made to feel so uncomfortable!!!

Worst hotel we stayed in Ankara. It's an unsafe and messy place. The staff of the hotel is incredibly rude. we had to go down again and again because there was a problem with the door card and the door. We preferred the hotel for the massage, but it was an underground salon independent from the hotel and the prices were higher and lower quality than the alternatives. If you are just looking for a hotel in the center or if you are looking for a spa hotel, it should definitely be your last choice. The ventilation of the bathroom is bad and it smells. The walls are very thin, you can listen to the conversation of the next room completely. They charge exorbitant fees for the products in the room. And they charge for more than you use.

The rubbish hotel

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey, The room is not cleaning. The air condition in all hotel did’nt work. You can’t sleep at night because the noisy and the hot weather. The reapstionist are not friendly and helpfuly. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes everywhere in the rooms. Also they tell you to pay water!

Good value overall. Nice room, 24-hour reception, safe environment, breakfast. All good. The one bit I would leave is that Ankara has been ordered to disable air conditioning citywide due to Covid unless specific filters are in place which mostly they aren't. At this hotel they use central air conditioning without such filters, so it was disabled. Result is a sweltering room. Had I known this in advance, I would have tried to book somewhere that had standalone air conditioning units per room such that they would not be subject to the city order. It's not this hotel's fault, it's just something to consider looking into.

Çok rahat, close to city centre

I really enjoyed our two short stays at this hotel. The hotel is a little old but the rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. Breakfast was good, Turkish and Ccontinental, with a small terrace for smokers. The location is very convenient near to Demirtepe metro station to the Otogar, and 7 min walk to Kızılay main city centre with pubs and transport to the airport, and we would definitely stay here again at the price we paid. The staff was wonderful. Thank you to them. Teşekkürler.

Misuse at the chek-in they took money a lot. For example in the hotel we drink water and beer our costs was only 88 Turkish Lira but the worker in the Hotel forced me to pay them 111 extra money

Not 4-Star, but good value for money!

A good location, although traffic at night was a bit noisy, and I received a friendly and efficient welcome at the reception.
My room seemed initially to be fresh and tidy, although closer inspection revealed a build-up of dirt on neglected surfaces. Also disappointed by the lack of basic room facilities, such as a free bottle of water and glasses - only mugs provided, and water in the mini-bar for purchase!
Breakfast was adequate but lacked the provision of coffee and fruit, and juices were not fresh.
This claims to be a four star hotel but in reality it does not match-up to that claim .... however, it provided relative basic comforts at a low price, and consequently represented very good value for money.

I forgot my phone charger in the room and phoned the hotel a few hours after my checkout. I was told that the charger was found and I was asked to send an email to [email protected] so that the charger can be sent to me. I did so. 4 days after I sent the email I phoned again to check. The response was: \"Oh why didn't you phone to say you sent the email?\". I sent an email again today. In short: they don't check emails. They don't follow up after they make a promise. Other than that clean hotel. Average breakfast.

My room was average. TV is a little old and my hairdryer didn't work. These are my only complaints. The staff are excellent people, they make you feel like home. The food was also good.

All in all, looking at price/quality I would rate this hotel a solid 8/10.

Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Sabahın köründe matkap sesi ile insan uyandırmak nedir. İnsan saygısı yok. Otelin tadilat işi varsa odayı kiraya vermezsin. Odamıza girmek istediler Tamir işi için. Benim özelime. Üstüne erkek arkadaşıma biz sizi çıkar zannettik gibi bir cümle kurulmuş. Çıksak odamıza izinsiz girilecek yani. Yangın sensörü ile ilgili bir durum varmış ama o iş o gün çıkmamıştır ya bellidir önceden. Orada insanların matkap sesinden rahatsız olacağını bile bile o odayı kiraya vermemelisiniz. Sabahın köründe uyanmak zorunda mıyız sizin yüzünüzden. Buradan seçtiğim odanın dışında bir oda vermişler. Televizyon aşırı kötü eskinin eskisi. Asla memnun kalmadım bir daha gitmem daha güzel seçenekler var başka otel bakın derim. Tek güzel yanı konumuydu

Otel gerçekten çok kötü. Aile için hiç uygun değil. (Eşim ve 2 çocuğumla konaklamak istemiştim ) Resepsiyonist Gökhan Bey ve bellboy arkadaş özverili dahi olsalar otelin kötü imajını düzeltemiyorlar. Odalardaki çarşaflar yırtık önceki konaklamadan bolca saç teli kalmış odada bir koku var kırmızıya çalan bir ışık. Odalar temiz değil 2-3 saat bekleyip uyumaya cesaret edemedik ve uçuşumuz olduğunu söyleyip çıkış yaptık. Halbuki uçuşumuz yoktu ama o kadar iyi biliyorduk ki başka bir oda isteseydik bile aynı şeyle karşılaşacağımızı.

Restoran garsonu dışında bütün hizmetler cok güzel

Otelden oldukça memnun kaldık. Açık büfe kahvaltısı da güzel ve yeterliydi. Ancak yorumlarda birçok kişinin yakındığı kahvaltı esnasında ortalıkta dolaşıp herkese dik dik bakan restoran garsonu bu güzel otel hizmetine gölge düşürüyor.

İlk gün saat 09:00 gibi otele vardım. İl dışından geldiğimi sadece giysilerimi değiştirmeye ihtiyacım olduğunu söyledim. Resepsiyondaki kişi ek ücret ödemeden yardımcı olamayacağını söyledi. İmkanları vardı ama ek ücrete tabi olmasını yadırgadım. İlk gün resepsiyonda karşılaştığım tavır sonrası yeniden kalmam diye düşünmüştüm. 3 gün kaldım ama memnun ayrıldım. Fiyat/performans yönünden kalabileceğim bir otel diyebilirim

Çok güzeldi, 1 gece kaldık ertesi gün açık büfe kahvaltı çeşitliliği mükemmeldi. Oda temizliği gerek çalışan ilgisi çok iyiydi. Jakuzi var diye seçmiştim bu odayı ama yoktu.Tavsiye ediyorum.

En una estancia de dos noches , nos cambiaron 3 veces de cuarto , no servía la chapa de ingreso a la recámara , no servía la TV , no servía el serví-bar , la chapa de la puerta del baño no sirve , el teléfono no funciona , el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido , algo rosa , la regadera está floja, se cae , pides Hielo y la máquina del hotel está descompuesta , ya no sigo porque no terminaría de TODOS los detalles de este Hotel disque de 4 estrellas , fue terrible !!
Falta Mucho Mantenimiento en General al inmueble!!!
