We checked in, walked into the room and immediately felt the room was not clean, smaller than what you see in the pictures, there was hair around the toilet seat and around the bedroom. We literally entered the room and left within 5 minutes. I do not recommend. There was no hand soap, no shampoo, no body soap, nothing… I was only meant to stay for one night, and I didn’t know nothing is provided either. This place isn’t to a “hotel’s” standard, it should be referred to as a motel.

Não conhecíamos o Hotel. Encontramos pelo Hotéis.com, na qual somos clientes antigos. Quanto ao atendimento da recepção foi excelente. Os elevadores estavam sujos. Ao entrar na nossa acomodação nos deparamos com um mau cheiro. As cortinas estavam sujas, parede da janela com umidade (o mau cheiro pode estar relacionado a isso), janela com a borracha de vedação solta, porta do banheiro com rangido ao abrir e fechar. Café da manhã muito bom.

Hotel condizente com o que é ofertado. Nota ruim, a camareira não ter arrumou o quarto, sai pela manha antes das 9hrs e chegando a noite o quarto não tinha sido arrumado, fiz solicitação na portaria que enviou uma camareira para trocar as toalhas mas não foi possivel fazer a limpeza necessaria ja que precisava utilizar o quarto.

A manutenção do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Porta do banheiro rangendo bastante, maçaneta do chuveiro que saia na mão no momento de abrir, paredes atrás da cortina estufadas e mofadas e pintura descascando.

A experiência no hotel foi muito boa! O café da manhã servido todos os dias foi excepcional e o quarto estava limpo e organizado. Para quem procura uma opção perto de SP para descansar é ideal pois o hotel fica próximo a estrada e o silêncio predomina.
Recomendo a ida de carro pois o centro da cidade é uns 10/15 min. Ressalto também que gostei bastante da piscina e da área da academia. Pretendo voltar mais vezes
