Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck.

Visita a Atibaia

O hotel tem boas instalações, ótimo café da manhã, piscinas bonitas, sala de jogos, quarto aconchegante, tv com opção de canais e ótima localização no centro da cidade de Atibaia.
Como pontos críticos, ressalto a questão do ruído, onde é possível ouvir o som de pessoas falando, andando no piso superior, abrindo portas do armário, etc. Outro ponto, são os travesseiros muito baixos e duros na minha opinião.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good and safe neighborhood, easy access to most parts of the city and lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

In my room, which was on the lower cost bracket, the bathroom was really tight, including the shower area, with no bathtub. But there's a nice living area with TV, dining table and comfortable loveseat.
The pool area and fitness centers are nice.
I think the cost benefit is great and I'll definitely stay here again!

Only 220w plugs

They only have 220w plugs, which will blow up your hairdryer and iron in case you didn't buy this in Brazil. The hotel advertise a 24-hour restaurant service for in-room service, but they don't have a menu, making impossible to us to order anything. Food: reasonable. Bed and sheets: good.

Não teria palavras para exaltar a qualidade e a beleza desse hotel, realmente fazia muitos anos que eu não me hospedava em um lugar tão bonito e tão esplendoroso, suas obras de arte a dedicação das meninas da cozinha e o hotel em sí com uma piscina de verdade, academia de verdade, e brinquedoteca de verdade .
Nesse aspecto estão de parabéns indico muito.

Quatro um pouco desconfortável por conta da cama estar com os pés frouxos e a televisão com muito poucos canais mas no aspecto geral foi muito bom.

Infelizmente vejo uma resistência dos hotéis quando fazemos as reservas por aplicativo a impressão é que nos passam os piores quartos, pediu duas camas de solteiro, nos deram uma cama de casal gigante e uma de solteiro pequena mas tudo bem são coisas que podemos rever.

Quarto grande e confortável, o ar condicionado gela bem porém é um pouco barulhento, o café é maravilhoso e o hotel transmite um \"requinte\" (excelente para o preço).

O estacionamento foi um ponto \"decepcionante\" pois na descrição inicial se passa a ideia do estacionamento ser incluído no valor, já que a informação é \"estacionamento disponível\" e embaixo a descrição é \"estacionamento com manobrista\".

Quando cheguei ao local descobri que o estacionamento não era incluso no valor.

O site não mentiu, o estacionamento realmente estava disponível, porém tem que ser pago a parte e não é barato (ao meu ver).

Somente após descobrir isso que consegui encontrar essa informação na descrição, creio que isso deveria ficar destacado para evitar mal entendidos.

No geral foi bom.

Equipe atenciosa, cafe da manha muito bom, porem com poucas opcoes saudaveis. Senti falta de opcoes como iogurte zero acucar, leite desnatado e opcoes para passar no pao como requeijao light, creme de ricota ou cottage, mais leves do que manteiga/cream cheese ou requeijao normal. Para quem nao segue alimentacao saudável as opcoes eram otimas, muito bolo, pao de linguica, pao de queijo, pao recheado com com carne, uma maravilha.

Quarto muito limpo. Colchao e travesseiros desconfortáveis... Área de lazer muito agradável!

Quanto à estrutura, é um hotel ultrapassado mas ok. Típico hotel para viagens curtas a trabalho. No entanto, a cama é péssima, dura, desconfortável. E os travesseiros são piores ainda. Pareciam folhas de papel de tão finos e não haviam outras opções ali no quarto. Tanto eu como a minha esposa dormimos extremamente mal.
No mais, hotel bom, com um bom café da manhã, e local super silencioso.

Não foi tão bom como eu esperava.

O atendimento foi muito cortês. Infelizmente faltou água por 10h e acabei perdendo parte dos compromissos que havia planejado por conta de não ter conseguido tomar banho e não havia um plano para ajudar os hóspedes. Precisei comprar água para jogar na descarga pois o hotel não tinha como ajudar. Outro ponto que achei negativo foi o fato de o hotel ser todo 220v e não haver um transformador disponível para me emprestar.

De forma geral, a hospedagem foi boa.
O quarto tem boa estrutura e era bastante limpo, necessitando, entretanto, de um colchão mais confortável.
A estrutura do hotel é boa, as piscinas são bastante agradáveis, entretanto, a sauna deixa a desejar. Em um dia pedi que ligassem e esperei mais de uma hora para conseguir usar a contento, já em outro dia, pedi novamente à recepção que ligasse, afirmaram que já estava ligada, porém, não esquentava de jeito nenhum.
Sugiro ao hotel que retire este serviço ou coloque alguém apto a operá-lo, pois do jeito que está, apenas vai gerar insatisfação.

Hotel muito confortável, localização excelente, muito silêncio.
Dependências muito bonita e um ótimo café da manhã.
Único incoveniente é que no segundo dia deixei a placa na maçaneta solicitando limpeza e quando retornei a noite a mesma estava virada para \"não incomode\" o quarto não tinha sido limpo.

Exccelente Hotel

Tudo perfeito, apenas uma noite, mas valeu. Até aproveitamos a piscina aquecida no domingo de manhã. destaque para a simpatia do pessoal do estacionamento, mais precisamente um senhor, que carinhosamente brincávamos como Sr.James, parabéns pela alegria em nos atender.

O hotel é limpo e confortável, porém as piscinas são péssimas, uma é bem pequena e rasa além de estar muito suja, a outra é coberta com vidro, onde bate muito sol, deixando o ambiente absurdamente quente. Não vi sentido nisso, já que estava um calor de 34°.
Não voltaria a esse hotel, (já tinha me hospedado lá 2 vezes anteriormente) era muito melhor quando a maior piscina não era aquecida. Enfim, fiquei decepcionada com a estadia dessa vez.

Deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos.

O hotel é bem agradável, café da manhã maravilhoso, mas infelizmente o atendimento deixa a desejar. O numero 09 da portaria só ocupado, pedi um cobertor e um travesseiro, me trouxeram rapidamente após descer na recepção, mas o cobertor veio uma peseira de enfeite de cama. Nem desci pra reclamar, estava cansada com roupas de dormir. Também meu carro ficou sem guardar, mesmo cobrando $25 reais, por que ele não viu que a chave estava no carro, deixando ele aberto durante todo o periodo de estadia. Não volto, deuxou realmente a desejar, é um hotel ****, nao era pra ser assim.

Hotel bom porém peça em detalhes . Não tem copos nem xícaras no quarto . Qdo solicitei disseram que só descartável . Absurdo !
Elevadores lentos . Estacionamento agora cobrado porém bem eficiente vale os r$25,00 diários . A piscina maior agora está coberta o que a torna no verão uma sauna .
