Amazing staff

We found ourself unexpectedly in Namur as we had a puncture enroute to Austria, and with all the garages closed on the weekend, we enjoyed everything Namur had to offer.. The shining star was on Monday morning when my non existent French was getting me nowhere with the tyre garages, the lovely receptionist called a few garages for me until we found a tyre and we could continue our holiday.. We are extremely grateful

Loved it! Budget hotel but nothing cheap about it!

Wow! We have nothing negative to say about this hotel! Firstly, staff are amazingly friendly, welcoming any helpful. The building is modern light and airy with pleasing decor. The room was same, perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a fantastic shower and the room was so quiet we felt like we were the only people staying there, no noise from outside despite being by the train station and great aircon!
Some other great facilities are there are coffee machines serving good coffee and various tea bags all on a help yourself unlimited basis!!!! Amazing 😃 and a cold water dispenser!! Also a bar open serving drinks and local beers. We didn’t have time for breakfast as moving on early but it looked good.
All in all this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far on our European🏍️ tour, and Namur by the way was also nice, take a walk down by the river.

5 mins walk from train station, friendly staff, convenience of having self-service lockers for our luggages. Clean rooms, good wifi and good water pressure. I was afraid of being too close to the train tracks but the room was efficiently soundproofed so I didn’t hear anything.

A fairly new hotel , 1 minute walk from the train station and center, has a secure underground car park. Room was pleasant , basic and small but everything you need . The roof top terrace was the highlight, great views and a nice little area to relax . Overall good experience and would stay again

The room is nicely appointed with plenty of electric sockets (in sensible places like by the bed for charging phone overnight), nice selection of TV channels on the TV. Nice clean room, I especially liked the vegan friendly toiletries which is a nice touch and the sustainability aspects.

Lovely Stay Near the Train Station!

I really enjoyed my stay at B&B Hotel Namur. The room was very nice with a view over the train yard. At first I worried about the noise, but I was never disturbed by the trains arriving or departing. The staff were amazing and so helpful in telling me really good places to go in the city for dinner and drinks. The room was spotless and the bar downstairs was nice on a rainy afternoon to sit and read. The hotel is very close to the train station, but also walking distance to all the tourist places in town (including the citadel). Overall, a great place to stay for convenience and a super helpful staff.

One night in Namur! (Lovely city)

We had one night stay in Namur and booked this last minute on Hotels.com. We arrived late and the hotel team were very accommodating and kind to us. Not much was open for dining but they had some suggestions and even kept the hotel bar open so we could enjoy our food with some nice wine and beers. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Modern hotel, very pleasant.
Situated right by the station, so super-convenient, and with excellent noise-cutting windows, so the trains do not disturb you.
Good rooms, very good service, keyless entry is very convenient.
If you choose not to have your room made up, you get a discount voucher for the bar in return, which is nice.

Only issue is that the room was quite warm ... the aircon didn't do a good enough job.

It was terribly hot in the room, even if we put the AC to maximum. I complained the next morning. In the afternoon, I was told it was fixed. When we arrived from diner at 11 pm, it was hot again and again we had difficulty sleeping. After an email to the manager, he told me the AC was ok, that they kept the rooms at 22 for environmental reasons and that we could have opened the window. It was way cooler in the hallway and the room faced the railroad tracks of the train station… I asked for a compensation but it was refused as the manager kept aguing everything was ok. Isn’t the purpose of a hotel room to sleep and the reason we pay ?

Für eine Nacht ist es total fein. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und das Zimmer bietet alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Personal war in Teilen nicht verfügbar für Rückfragen oder konnte keine Auskunft geben, nicht dramatisch für un, da wir keine großen anliegen hatten. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Das Personal konnte english sprechen, das fand ich gut. Was ich nicht gut fand: das Hotel war mit einem kostenlosen Parkplatz ausgeschrieben und bei der Ankunft hieß es, dass es nur einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz für 20€ am Tag gibt. Das macht 1/4 vom Hotel ÜbernachtungsPreis aus. Das ist überteuert und unfair, mit kostenlosem Parkplatz zu werben, aber dann eine erhebliche Summe zu verlangen.
