I have had an excellent stay, too bad I did not stay long enough to enjoy confort and the amaizing buffet at Breakfast. Somebody is available to cook your fresh eggs the way you want! Fresh fruits, large choice of breads and viennoiseries, fresh smoothies and much more.

Excellent accueil et petit dejeuner.
Literie bof : nous avons dû bouger le matelas qui etait décalé au sommier, si le conjoint bouge, tout le matelas bouge, donc OK pour 1 personne dans le lit.
On entend la chambre voisine : au telephone, ou aux wc.
Hotel dédié aux travailleurs essentiellement. Ils papotent (mais pas tres fort) dans les couloirs, on a l'impression qu'ils sont dans la chambre.

Lovely hotel. Great Breakfast

This is a lovely hotel. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was very comfortable too.

The staff were friendly and efficient and parking was easily available. There are two car parks at this hotel. One in front and one behind the hotel.

We weren't able to eat at the bar in the grounds as it was fully booked, but were reccomended the italian 3 mins walk down the road which was very good.

Breakfast at L'amandier was superb. There was a very large choice of items on the buffet as well as eggs cooked for you. The food was all very high quality.

We enjoyed our stay here and would happilly book again if we are ever back in the area.

A visit to Vimy Ridge Memorial

Very enjoyable stay. Run by a couple who could not be more accommodating. Language was a challenge but turned out to be a fun experience. Breakfast was excellent. We were in a downtown neighbourhood and got a feel for the culture of Lens before visiting Vimy Ridge Memorial.

An excellent hotel near to the motorway

This was a stay on our way to SW Germany and we were so impressed with the hotel we changed our booking for our return leg so that we can stay there again. The room was excellent with very comfortable beds,clean, quiet and excellent bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding in every respect, huge choice, delicious omelettes all served in a dining room with superb views of the countryside. The staff could not have been more helpful and one spoke good English.
For all our future trips to SW Germany we now know where we will stay each time. Cannot recommend it enough

A good over-night

Hotel staff go out of their way to be helpful. The only disappointment was the non-availability of the restaurant for dinner on the night of our Saturday-in-August stay and the absence of a readily walkable alternative.

3 nights in the Ardennes

I was looking for a comfortable, quiet hotel close to Villeneuf for a 3 day Orienteering festival. The Best Western was close to the main road, obviously popular with local people, with ample on site parking and very good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was very good - lots of choices. My only complaint was the bed - soft mattress that sagged in the middle. Quite uncomfortable. I was also surprised by how few people spoke English in the area especially in restaurants.

This is a nice hotel, with friendly staff. We got an upgrade to one of their nicer rooms on this stay, the standard rooms are fine, but the better ones are really good. Very quiet hotel, good comfortable beds.

Excellent Stay

Stayed here to break a long journey through France. The hotel is only a couple of minutes off the motorway, so is really convenient. Our check-in was reasonably late, but was done with a smile by the English speaking receptionist. Our room was a suprise, really quite large, with a huge King bed, which was exceptionally comfortable. There was no noise from outside at all, the hotel is set back from the road. The hotel definitely punches above it weight for the price.

Nice touches of chocolates and cakes in the room, together with a wide range of hot drinks that can be prepared. Also a good array of power points, some conveniently close to a mirror. Power points by the side of the bed are a nice touch, as is the clock/radio.

Breakfast was very good, as well as the traditional French cold buffer, hot bacon and sausages were available. Eggs were cooked to order (fried or omelette), there was no toaster, but bread was toasted in the kitchen for us. The breakfast room is very pleasant, and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Only slight negative is the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. During our April stay this was not a problem. We are thinking about staying here again on both halves of our next long journey in this area in July, the lack of air conditioning is the only thing which may put us off.

Overall, a very pleasant stay.

On a Road Trip Through Belgium

Visited in July and it was hot outside. Initially everything seemed fine at check in but there was no air conditioning in the hotel. seemed very strange because it seems to be a newer building. Had the windows open at night to cool things down but that allowed flies to get in. Lots of flies.

I booked through Expedia and payment was due upon check out. The guy at the desk had problems with the credit card machine and I had to go to the bank and pull out cash to pay. Unbelievable.

A spotlessly clean, quiet room with comfortable bed. The room was not large but suitable for 2 people with a very clean bathroom, which included an updated shower with new fixtures. A very nice complimentary breakfast included eggs made to order. Free parking is on-site in the front of the hotel.

Lovely Libramont

Quiet, pleasant setting in a small town near our objectives of Bastogne and Spa. The receptionist was gracious, ample parking and a full service restaurant on the grounds with a lively brasserie just 100 feet away. The room was very clean although there was a strong odor of smoke on a non smoking floor. The breakfast was typical European (which means not bad) and the owner would personally cook your eggs in the morning if asked. No complaints, we would stay there again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

De passage le lundi donc la brasserie à coté fermé mais à quatre minutes en voiture un bon restaurant ou nous avons bien manger.

Un très bon séjour

Une excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bon accueil, personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Pas de resto le soir pour cause de Covid mais la brasserie juste à côté est de très bonne qualité.
Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses. Il manque la clim mais l'hôtel avait pris la bonne initiative de mettre à disposition un ventilateur en cette période de forte chaleur. Bonne adresse à conserver.

Alles was in orde

Hotel ligt in Libramont, in de provincie Luxemburg. Ligt redelijk dicht bij een aantal grotere wegen, niet zo heel ver van de autostrade. Zeer vriendelijk en correct onthaal bij inchecken. De kamer is relatief basic, maar wel helemaal in orde en alles wat je nodig hebt. En donkere gordijnen, wat ik persoonlijk altijd een pluspunt vind. De badkamer is misschien iets luxueuzer dan de kamer zelf. Een minpunt wel: de ruimte tussen de douche en het wc is bijzonder krap. Iemand met lange benen past volgens mij echt niet op het wc. Ontbijt was ook in orde. Voldoende keuze, en verse produkten. Vooral de verse aardbei smoothie was echt wel lekker. Kortom, zeker aangenaam verblijf.
