The park is rather dated and tired looking, lack of seating around amenities like basketball court and playground for parents to supervise kids (grass covered in kangaroo poo so couldn’t sit on it either). Lacking seating/lounges around pool, tiles around pool extremely slippery when wet & risk with rocks around the pool when slippery too. The pool was also too small for the size of the park, it was overcrowded further making it unsafe. Plus the pool closed at 6pm, very early for daylight savings, summer and peak season which disappointed lots of families. The cabin was tidy, but dated and was lacking things like tissues and soap, and the beds had doonas but no sheets which was too hot in summer especially given cooler was in the lounge room only so struggled a bit too cool whole cabin. Great location, and staff were helpful and friendly.

Great place if you staying for few nights with kids. The rooms were not vaccumed well as i felt the dusty on floor and beddings. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom head was damaged so when we showerd the entire toilet and bathroom got super wet. Play area , jumping pillow and having private beach for the guests was a bonus . I would come again but hopefully get a bigger and cleaner room.

The location was great! In walking distance to everything you need and a pretty short walk to the beach. I needed to get some coins for the washing machine and games and the staff member that served me was so nice! Check in was easy with a lock box. Kitchen had everything we needed and while the bbq was dirty it was close by and worked well. The playgrounds were great but the toddler and kids game room were disappointing.

Our cabin was really average. A fist sized hole in a door covered with tape, mould and dirty shower, floor around the toilet wasn’t clean. The TV remote didn’t work properly and the bedroom TV didn’t have a remote at all. The couch was also very worn uncomfortable because of this. And no vacuum with the sand was annoying. But the worst part of our stay was that our toddler had a play in the pool (even though it was heated it was cold) but he was sick immediately following his swim, high fever, chills and vomiting- the follow day we walked past the pool and there were so many ducks in there and the whole pool and surrounds were covered in duck poo. There was no obvious signs or warning about the ducks.
I might stay again but would get a cheaper room given the quality for the price and would avoid the pool for sure.

Stayed in a six berth cottage. Bunks were small as stated on the website. Good size cottage. The tv connected to Foxtel which was a nice bonus. Shower and bed excellent. If staying with four kids over the age of 10 they might be too tall for the four smaller beds. Two older kids or four smaller kids would be okay. Double bed in a separate room and it was great.

Disappointing all round

Cabin 24 had a very strong smell of bleach when we arrived but this then gave way to a damp smell, seemingly coming from the bath flooring. The section in front of the spa was squishy under the feet and is clearly water damaged. The tap on the spa couldn't turn all the way to the hot side leaving the bath water luke warm and us having to use the kettle to improve the temperature.
When evening came we tried to turn on the gas fireplace only to hear the next day from staff that it had been disconnected due to non compliance.
When one of the main reasons we booked this cabin (and spent the money we did) was to enjoy the gas heater and spa, we were feeling very disappointed.
During our 3 night stay the pool area was shut with no clear communication or prior explanation from staff at the caravan park.
We also struggled to cook dinner with the front large gas burner not functioning and the gas oven very temperamental to light and stay lit.
All in all a very disappointing accommodation experience. The only thing that saved our stay was the perfect location on the beach with sunny weather.

The park itself was beside the beach, with good incorporation of native bushland within and around it.

The gas heater had a notice saying it was not working, due to changed regulations. There was no info about alternative heating, so we preumed there was none. We didn't notice the heat pump, so spent a freezing night and left very early the next morning.

The park was beautiful, however our cabin had a lot of things broken or shabby. The couch was really stained and we didn’t want to sit on it; lamps in the bunks missing (online images showed them to be there and all photos online looked way better than cabin was); flooring and curtains roughly cut and looked terrible; shower very cramped with no shelf to put toiletries on, and soap shelf slanted so soap kept falling on floor; kitchen table legs missing paint which looked really rough; bunk beds really cramped; all bedrooms cramped, felt hard to move; bedding felt like cheap, rough cotton sheets; patio chairs dirty; spider webs in ceiling; front screen door broken… all these things could be a minor fix to enhance a family’s stay. Staff friendly; easy check in and out. Wish I got to use the pool but hours not suitable. Should stay open longer for those avoiding kids in the pool. Not sure I’d visit this park again.

The caravan park is very well managed, organised and clean. The office staff were lovely and helpful.
Our cabin was quite dated and I think the bathroom needs updating. It never seemed to dry out. The cabin was cold even though we had the heater cranked up. I think there are gaps so it just doesn't retain the heat.

The property is set in a beautiful setting, with access directly to the beach and close proximity to the town centre, with an abundance of wildlife, which the kids loved. Cabin was quite nice and tidy. You are required to leave the place tidy, or they charge you a cleaning fee. So, I guess I should thank the previous guests for providing a tidy cabin for us. Didn't have an oven (broken). Didn't have a main light in master (broken). I have 3 children and booked this particular accommodation due to it's facilities. However, the only facility available was a swimming pool that was shared with ducks by the afternoon and the excessive duck poo. We're talking 20 ducks. That's a lot of poo. They have 3 playgrounds. However, playgrounds are in abundance EVERYWHERE, but I paid to use the parks by staying there. Kids were definitely disappointed. Nowhere on their social media or website does it state closure of all the facilities. It would be an awesome place, if everything was available and ducks had somewhere else to gather.

Excellent location right next to beach and surf coast walks and very close to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Staff were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Only downside was living room couch was not very supportive and dining chairs were tired. But these were very small things overall.

We got the standard 2 bedroom cabin which is a very compact atco hut. The couch was so uncomfortable that hurt your back, and the dining room chairs are very hard - no cushions. We ended using the outside balcony chairs to sit on. The bed was a bit too hard. The bathroom has walls and the cupboard showing water leaks. No main light in main bedroom. Water stains around most light fittings. Very little storage. No blanket for main bedroom when cold - had to use doona from bunk room for the extra warmth. No screen curtain over doorway/windows like other cabins had. Water pressure varied. We paid $250 a night for 3 nights and this was so overpriced. We have stayed in hotel rooms for around $150 a night that are spacious with a king size bed and kitchenette and modern. We did a SMS to tell us when the cabin was available which was earlier than the 2pm checking. Got numerous SMS about specials at the cafe, enforcing some of their numerous rules and some events that were on (ie.kids disco).

Internet should have been free for the price we paid for our cabin we could have stayed in a 4 star hotel with free internet. Most places have it free these days.
The cabin itself needs a spruce, the blankets in the cupboards were stained and the curtains looked dirty also, otherwise it was okay

Property was as described. We booked a cabin as a base for us to do a running event down the Great Ocean Road, hence we checked in quite late and checked out quite early, didn't really get a chance to look around or use the property facilities. Check in and out was easy and we were left with clear instructions. Customer service helped me sort out payment for an extra guest easily. I would be happy to stay here again.
