Where do I start. The mould on the bathroom ceiling, the shower water ends up pooling on the bathroom floor (water hits the shower screen and drains into the tiled hob and this overflows onto the floor), the tv turned on both mornings at 7am waking us up, there were crumbs all over one of the couches and the noise outside our bedroom each morning was not favourable for a sleep in. We won't be staying here again.

Ocean view Apartment had spectacular views & the apartment was well equipped. Just a few minor things not working such as volume button on remote TV and the remote window blind facing the apartment next door. Loved the indoor lap pool. Underground parking was a bit tight but manageable. Housekeeping staff anticipated our needs & did a wonderful job. Would like to say 4 1/2 stars.

Design of the place was very spread out and staff could have been more helpful at check-in to show us our room instead of just giving out a map.
More food options would have been good instead of pizza’s. Three o’clock check-in is very late. Staff were still getting our room ready after 3:00 which was very inconvenient.

Upon arrival, I was allocated an incorrect room. The room was in unacceptable condition, with a strong unpleasant odour and visible dust throughout, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this accommodation to others.

Room only. Front desk staff were very helpful, friendly when we checked in early evening. The ‘deluxe king’ room we were given was on bottom floor of old, dated building. And the room looked like a small conference room converted to a very modest motel (not hotel) room; or a former utility storage room converted to a motel room. No carpeting anywhere, oversized storage closets, bathroom sink did not drain well. Floor separation between sleeping area and bathroom had a floor divider that was easy to trip over. I would have asked for a different room after arriving there, but we had traveled long and were ready to just enjoy rest. Would never stay there again and don’t recommend.

Only concern was it seemed a shared A/C meant compressor noise when neighbour had it on overnight. Every few minutes. Difficult to sleep

Also tv came on with sound and no picture for about 30 sec both mornings about 7 am!!!! Then switched off without my action. Otherwise fantastic end to our road trip along GOR

Overall a very nice stay. Clean and functional facilities and family friendly. Well appointed rooms. Nice indoor and outdoor pool and spa, tennis court, pedal cart. The only thing that can be improved is there is no onsite restaurant - there is only a small pizza shop.

Overall the experience was perfect, its a shame there is no restaurant on site but otherwise fantastic! If there was anything i could fault it was a senior staff member addressing issues with bar/cafe staff in front of guests ...whilst there were not many of us around i think those conversations should be had off the floor - Hats off to the bar staff who remained professional throughout and tried to \"cover\"

The hotel uses synthetic fabric and materials for linen bedding. Everything polyester toppers, dooner, sheets, makes for very uncomfortable stay and sleeping. Unpleasant - thats why quality hotels have quality linen. Not recommended. Staff pleasant enough though.

The room was small and not cleaned properly. It had a smell a bit like fumes that I couldn’t figure out, we slept with the door open. The bathroom sink was cracked through, nearly in half. The location is beautiful and the pool area gorgeous. I wouldn’t stay again though due to the room and attitude of staff.

Honeymoon started off terrible. Have us wrong room than we booked then tried to say Expedia upsells the rooms. I showed them the booking and still disagreed. Then they said they would free upgrade us because of our honeymoon, to the room we actually booked. Place is run down. Cafe/bar not open any day or night. No mini bar in rooms, not even milk or coffee. Shocking layout to even find your room.

We had a very disappointing and frankly concerning stay at this hotel. First off, the room was advertised to sleep four people, but that was extremely misleading. While the main bed was comfortable, the fold-out sofa was terrible—hard as a rock, loud with every movement, and clearly not designed for actual sleeping. You could feel every bar and spring underneath. On top of that, there weren’t enough blankets provided. Definitely not suitable for a proper night’s rest.
Far more alarming, though, was a serious incident involving one of our family members. While using the lift from level two, it suddenly dropped straight down to the basement and then locked her inside. She was stuck in there alone until someone on another floor called the lift, allowing her to exit. She injured her back in the fall, and understandably, we expected the hotel to take this seriously. Instead, the response from the management team was absolutely deplorable. There was no empathy, no apology, and no sense of urgency. They refused to provide an incident report, could not give us contact details for anyone higher up, and essentially brushed it off by saying they tested the lift and it \"seemed fine.\" That was their entire response.
To top it all off, we also found ants in the room—not what you expect from a hotel at this price point.

The staff are very friendly. The place is located in a beautiful area of Torquay, you can walk to the beach and many dinning options. The 3 bedroom had nice view but it wasn’t clean. We had to wash everything before use in the kitchen because it was not washed properly.

We stay in a corner 2br apartment for a family of 4 Pro
- It was very bright with large windows and a nice balcony.
- Surprise it included an ensuite and the guest bathroom had a bath tub.
- full kitchen and washer & dryer
- pool towels provided

Cons
- The second bedroom did not have a split system.
- not enough lights at night so it felt very dark

The resort facilities
Indoor pool was cold in winter. The heated outdoor spa was more comfortable. Wish they had a sauna/ steam facility

Activity games night every night with prizes. Great family activity

Friendly check in process and the staff was very helpful.

Would recommend for families and will go back again.

Our accomodation was spacious. We especially enjoyed our view of the beach and the spa onsite. The room was also extremely clean and well appointed. Our only recommendation would be for instructions and remotes for the TVs to be placed near each TV. We were unable to locate or use the bedroom TV. We also couldn’t work out if the other TVs had the ability to log into Netflix. There was a draw full of remotes none of which seemed to match the TVs.

Was paying a high accommodation rate and could not provide me with a secure car park, had to park over the road in a public car cark.

Shower was terrible as there was no water pressure therefore unable to have a satisfying shower.
Cupboard door in kitcken was about to fall off.
Room was not seviced properly each day, eg beds not made , coffee not replenished.
For the money paid would not recommend.

We had a nice stay, spacious room of spaces, very comfortable beds, bath, washing machine and dryer, breakfast was really good, kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, game/play area.

Negative: limited eating options onsite, supermarket and restaurants are 5 mins drive. Indoor pool(1.7 m deep) is too deep for our kids.

Definitely a resort setup with nice outdoor pool and spa. We only used the indoor heated swimming pool which was very nice. Even had shower/change room there too. They had a cafe onsite with pizzas and a bar. Didn't eat there but the food looked good.
Liked that it was just out of main town so quiet. Beach was also just across the road. The 1 bedroom apartment was a good size for the 3 of us.
Would stay there again.
