Room was very clean & I suspect newly refurbished, with plenty of space even with a double bed & 3 singles in it, bus pick up for concert was just through shopping centre carpark directly across the road, & the price was so reasonable...would definitely stay again if have another event in the area

Room has been renovated as seen in the picture and clean but swimming pool can be improved. Motel has a lift, easy to get to level 2. Kmart 24 hours open right across the motel. Coles open up to 10pm. There is a Macdonald's open 24 hours 100m away which is very convenient.

Our initial room had a lot of ants on the walls and counters and some on the bed. When we complained we were told \"This is Australia, there are ants everywhere\". I have been an Australian for 34 years and I have never had ants in my hotel room before. We were moved to a different room after we protested. The second room was great! Online the room was described as having ‘multiple beds’ but when we called to confirm this was the case the hotel didn’t have this information in our booking. Bathroom had a broken toilet roll holder but otherwise the room was recently renovated and very clean. The thing that stood out about this property was the staff. So friendly!
