Accommodation is upstairs, above the off-street parking. We had not been contacted on the day of check-in and there is no-one on-site but fortunately I found the phone number on a brick wall at the accommodation. John was very helpful when I phoned him and we had everything we needed to check-in within 15 minutes. We had the 1 bedroom unit at the front, the traffic from the street was not noticeable and it was spacious for 2 people. There was no hairdryer. The furniture is well used but everything is clean and comfortable. The shower has good pressure and hot water.

The spa didn't work! So disappointing as that was part of my main search provisions. I mentioned it to them at the time of my stay and after, with zero response. There was also a bedroom lamp that didn't work. I paid extra for the spa that didn't work.

Check in process is terrible.
I also do not like being told how to reverse my own vehicle.
I also did not like how we waited 20 minutes to be able to access our room.
I mentioned I needed the bathroom so if we could just go leave our things quickly and use the facilities. When we finally accessed the room the owner came in to the room we had paid for. Sat down with his laptop and said we could use the bathroom while he was sorting out our booking.
Shocking service. Really really bad.

We could not fit the car into the carpark as there were beds and service items in the carpark.
Do not stay in a ground floor apartment, the ceiling must be very thin as it was very noisy from the family with 3 or 4 kids staying above us.

The property is in a great location for attending the footy at GMHBA stadium. The owners were fantastic in upgrading us to a unit that had two bathrooms (there were 6 adults), however, they only made up bedding for 5, when our booking was for 6. We managed ok, but it was disappointing.

We were concerned with a few objects found under the bed, we had a small baby and were concerned for her safety, the bathroom door didn’t shut correctly and there were a few objects underneath the bed that were dangerous. Also didn’t like that the bed was a double and not a queen bed. Thought it was overpriced for the size of room and amenities The location was great and the room was modern

This is a very dodgy place, I´ve made a booking at night, did a mistake on the dates and I´ve tried for 4 days to reschedule the dates, The owner and Wotif just play bad communication and did managed to help me.

SO PLEASE EVERYONE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS PLACE

Given the abundance of warnings we were given by John about what my dog could or couldn’t do I thought the apartment would be clean and the furnishings new. The place was filthy and I was glad I bought a blanket for the couch so my Dog & I didn’t have to sit on it! Missing slats in the blinds meant the sun woke us early. Not that we slept well, the pillows were cheap and useless The dining chairs were ripped & gross. The air conditioner was so loud we were worried to use it in case it bothered the neighbours. Paid a premium as it was unfortunately the same weekend as a football game - thought it was odd John was happy to tell me we were being ripped off! So not value for money!

Manager was responsive which was good. Cleanliness was fair. Comforter on bed needs to be thicker for a Victorian winter. Ac heat was average quite cold Ac had cobwebs in it seemed not to be maintaining heat. There was no soap in the bathroom dispenser was empty.

Disjointed booking process, booking in and sharing same info in another required form. Apartment was not well equipped, for example there was one glass and in the cutlery section one folk for a 6 guest apartment. Fan were clunky, one looked unsafe and extremely loud for sleeping.
Was clean and good parking options available.

It’s was so unprofessional service. I was told to pay extra $35 after I already booked and paid for the room for my little puppy, which should of been included in price if you say you are pet friendly. I had no instructions emailed to me with code to get in but had to ring him and wait for him to open for me.
Door handle from garaged enter is broken, my kids scratched themselves on it. Beds were uncomfortable. Good location though.
I understand everyone is short staffed but we also have been thru a lot and needed a nice night away.

Check in was not as per the email sent by wotif , the property staff had to be called on the phone to come around and give us the keys, there was a fee charged for the pet by the property which would be nice if wotif had in a nice way informed us on booking , there was no COVID protocols followed - no log of the people checking in and no mask protocols followed , this is a serious health issue

Could've been so much better with some very simple basics.
Room was downgraded from Spa to standard with no refund or compensation.
ONLY ONE toilet roll (partly used) in room for 2 people 3 nights - Also only two towels in room.
Very dodgy glass coffee table (Not secured) which nearly fell on my partner while I was at work. (It did actually fall and also nearly fell a few times with very little persuasion)
If you advertise an Espresso machine - I would expect at least a couple of pods to use....... Useless without Pods.
Bed is in room the opposite way that power points were designed - so power only available on one side (the wrong side) of bed..... No Visitor car parking even though facilities said there was some.

Beds uncomfortable and we all left with sore backs. Will never book with wotif again as the booking summary was unclear. Tried to cancel the booking beforehand, but was told there would be at least a 2 hour wait to speak to anyone, so was faced with loosing all our money or hsving to pay extra. It was a close walk to football. Very hard to find in dark needs light on number at gate. Parking was confusing as I had two different instructions of where to park sent to me. Tight car parking . Photos on booking site nothing like room. Dust on pillows had to change slips.lighting poor. Heater noisy. No full toilet roll. Half a bottle of shampoo but no conditioner. Very disappointed 😞 Toilet doesn’t flush properly.

Dirty room. Wasn’t vacuumed. Used soap in shower. Missing balcony panel and kitchen cupboard - apparently due to previous rowdy party group - should have not been rented out again until fixed. Crumbs on couch. Dried spew on door frame. Well established spider webs across balcony glass. Dirty cutlery. Dirty container with tea/coffee supply. Not clean or comfortable at all.

Great views and great amount of space for a family, but the property wasn't ready when we arrived at 5pm (check in was from 3pm!). The car bays are tiny. In general they need to upgrade the amenities. A dining chair was broken, shower caddy all rusted, wine glasses chipped, steak knives broken, there was a salt grinder which turned out to be broken and sprinkled glass all over my food...

Very central. Close to shops and waterfront.
We had a room without a balcony. Very closed in. Windows too high, no view at all. Felt very small and claustrophobic. Not the ideal room. However I’d served the purpose, and that was to sleep.
Car parking way too small if you have a ute or larger vehicle.

Well where do i start ripped off more money taken from my card after pre paid booking
Very rude on phone made to wait to check in
Dirty unit in all places scuff marks holes in walls broken bed had better sleeps in a hammock !!
Looks like they shopped at the opp shop for kittchen glasses plates cups etc
Better shower at the beach to be honest
Food and crumbs under couch cushions
Filthy bed sheets and also filthy linen in laundry area yuck !!!!
this is a very very dodgy ran place with a creepy vibe .......

Nothing I paid for a two bedroom apartment and was given a one bed room... Cause he made a mistake.. never gave me a refund threaten to call police on me and made me pay for the second room when I had a receipt saying it cost nothing. Absoutke terrible place wouldn't recommend it
