Great view if you’re on the top floor. Tap necks are too short in every room and public bathrooms. You have about 1-2cm from the water flow and the edge of the sink. Poor water pressure as well.

Food was good wish they had more options on the menu BUT all in all great quality. Buffet breakfast was yummy, has your usual essentials. I really did not know what to expect here but was VERY pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is set on the Torquay golf course and has tremendous long views all the way to the ocean.
The hotel is very contemporary and efficient. The rooms are quite spacious and the bath areas are nice. A great location for us to kick off our drive along the Great Ocean Road.
Breakfast and Dinner service were very good and the Gym and pool areas were far above what would be expected for a hotel this size.

The check in staff were awesome. Check in was 2pm, We arrived 12pm and was given our keys plus informed of all that was on offer. Can say have travelled most places in the world & never have we experienced such a welcome. Thank you.

Room cleaners didnt arrive until 3.45pm at which time we had the baby asleep and the do not disturb sign up. A card was left to say call reception before 2pm if you want the room clean/service that day.
The cleaning staff themselves were super friendly though, clearly not enough staff to perform the service.

So much to do with such little time. We loved the facilities that were on offer such as the gym, pool, golf, tennis courts, etc and the layout of the resort was lovely. We went for a walk along the beach and into town (30 min walk one way) and the views along the beachfront were spectacular. Highly recommend to all.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was spacious, backed onto the beautiful greenery of the golf course, was a short walk to the beach and so we’ll set up with buffet breakfast, gym space, lap pool, exercise classes and everything you could want. Amazing!!

The property is huge! It’s an excellent resort, has indoor pool and spa, gym, wellness. The room service was amazing, food was delicious you don’t need to worry about going out to find a restaurant. Pricing was decent. Staff are helpful. Got quit few hiccups, but all attended by staff. Only complaint was the cleanliness our room was huge, only complain was that the carpet floor seems like it wasn’t vacuumed. Tables and side tables still have food marks on it. Toilet floor was quiet dirty with all markings of something sticky, same with the sink, you can see all the marks of glasses or whatever sticky stuff was put on top. Also be careful going to the pool, watch your child, one kid slipped and bump her head, my daughter trip on the mat placed in front of the entry door to the pool and hit her face on the door. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

I understand the hotel is premium and has a remarkable room view. However, the room decorations and fittings are out of date…for a hotel of that pricing…no smart TV, no usb or power plug for phones beside the bed…furnitures are rather old…yes the view is nice…but the interior is really not quite up to standards for 800AUD per night during summer…I am sorry…but it’s quite disappointing.

After being in lockdown for two years we finally had an opportunity to go on our first family holiday with our four kids. From the minute we arrived we were majorly disappointed. The man at reception when we first arrived didn’t tell us about any facilities or where they were until I asked. It was our first time there at the resort. He then refused to take our bags up to the room and said we had to do it ourselves. When I explained we couldn’t fit the trolley on the elevator with us and our four kids he then sent someone with our bags around twenty minutes later. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night there and the service was disgusting. The waitress argued with us about a free ice cream when we had already said we were happy to pay for it but continued to make her incorrect opinion known before she realised I was actually correct and no apology given. We left our cigarettes and lighter on the table and left only to return five minutes later to argue with several staff members. We were humiliated and laughed at by staff only for the first waitress to pull them out of her pocket 15 minutes into me being so upset at the whole ordeal.
We also took the kids out to playground at 6:30 the next night only to be locked out there. The maintenance man locked the door without checking if anyone was out there and went home early. When we rang reception to ask to be let in she advised us we needed to walk around the entire resort with one child needing the bathroom.

Check in was efficient and very friendly staff. The room was perfect. It was huge and beautifully furnished. Loved the balcony with water and Golf course views. Everything was comfortable but the bathroom was stunning. It was enormous and I loved the space. The bath was exactly what I needed after a long day I loved the waterfall tap it was mesmerising. The shower amazing too. Breakfast was great. Wish I'd stayed longer.
