We were going to try and use the fold out sleeper sofa, but when we pulled it out, the mattress was absolutely filty with dirt. Please be sure your cleaning crew checks the fold out beds. Secondly, there was some sort of a reddish/maroon stains on one of the pillowcases.

We have been stay at this TownePlace Suiyes in Ironton, Oh ever since it opened. I do not have a problem with pets at the hotel. Up until a year ago we always had our cocker spaniel with us. HOWEVER I draw the line at them going into the dining area. There was an older couple that had a yapping little dog that they brought into the dining area. I’m not sure if we will stay here any more after this.

The room was fine. The bed was way to hard that none of us slept really great. I did have to call the desk for towels and toilet paper upon arrival. The safe was never reset from the previous occupants. Usually we enjoy our stay during the wizardfest weekend and we will continue to stay here it was just those few things.

My initial reaction upon arrival was that this was a very nice hotel and room. I unfortunately was sorely mistaken. All was good until I pulled back the bedding to get ready for bed. Not only were the sheets on one of the beds in my room dirty and full of hair and clearly not changed between guests but both were this way. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. They took care of every request I had & made me feel at home. I was there for a small birthday sleep over for my 10 year old daughter & a couple of her friends, so we used the pool a lot. We had it to ourselves mostly. It was well taken care of & really nice. At one point the maintenance man came to clean the filters & he brought out toys for the kids to play with in the pool. He doubled the pool fun & made their day! The beds are very comfortable. The room & bathroom are spacious. There’s a nice breakfast in the morning. Truly no complaints. It’s a nice place to stay & the staff make it even better. I’ll be back for sure!

Quick and easy check In And out, we had the 1 bedroom suite and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The shower is Huge, everything is updated and clean.

We have stayed many, many times at the Towne Place Suites in Ironton, OH. Never had a problem before. However this time was different. We never ask for our room to be cleaned because we prefer no one to come into it. This time there was dried muds that came in on our shoes. We arrived on Friday and I waited until Sunday night to ask about having our room cleaned because I thought they would clean it on Sunday, but they didn't. When we returned that evening, we found our room door opened. The cleaning people had left the lock out so they could come and go while cleaning. The door : was still open like that at 7:00 pm. Luckily nothing was missing but i feel very violated. Not sure if we will stay there again.
