Friendly staff and PET FRIENDLY! We made a quick trip to see our kids in Catlettsburg and brought our pups. They have a fenced in back yard for playing! There were several families with their pups in tow- everyone was well behaved! We’ll definitely be back!

I have stayed here multiple times. Levi is always the absolute best!! Checked in a little later this time so I missed him. But the lady working at the front desk was so sweet. The next morning as I was leaving early I saw some of the house keepers coming in for their shift. They spoke to me and were so sweet considering I was having a hard morning I truly appreciated the kindness. The staff is always a pleasure to do business with. Definitely will return AGAIN. Thank you Levi and your staff.

We did not stay at this terrible hotel! It was dirty and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The hallways were littered with trash cans s d bags of trash all along the hallway. The entire place smelled of smoke. When we cancelled our room after being onsite less than 15 minutes, Expedia and the hotel refused to make it right! I was not refunded my money despite being given a smoking room when I booked a nonsmoking room. The lack of safety and customer service provided by both the hotel and Expedia is quite disturbing. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!! For $20 more we stayed at a pristine Hilton just 15 minutes away.

The only thing I would say is shower rod had paint chipped and missing and rusty where paint had chipped off..this was large places along the rod...shower rod is a simple thing to replace

Because I have a pet, 18 lbs, Ramada’s staff assigned me a dirty and stinky room. No choice to get another clean room. The furniture old, broken and with scratches. Carpet old, dirty with full of dirty spots. The worts room like a cheat motel. I checked for bedbugs and good I didn’t find one.

I paid for a late check out and charged for it then upon arrival was told they couldn't accommodate that. They did refund it. Walls are paper thin. People above us must have had an army of kids in their room. Even after two calls to the front desk, we were awake well into the night while apparently they were having wrestling matches above us. Then we were awoken early in the morning with stomping, running, wrestling or whatever above us. Not a bad hotel if you don’t mind hearing everything going on around you. Just don’t expect to sleep while you are there and it will be fine. Breakfast was subpar but the coffee was good. Which is good since I got no sleep while I was there. We did enjoy the hot tub.

The facility was exactly what one would want for a stay in the tri-state area. It was clean, quiet, safe, easy to access, comfortable, and the staff was great. Food, fuel and recreation areas are all not far. It was perfect for a quick stop to get some good rest at night and breakfast in the morning.

This hotel was not awful but was not one I would recommend or come to again. It was very outdated to where some things in the hotel room was not working. The toilets were very low and considering I am a bigger women it is not comfortable. The bed was hard as a rock! There were grease prints on my remote. Also I seem to notice the walls are thin because I could hear many different conversations through the walls and a couple definitely having intercourse in the next room. Gladly I was there with my boyfriend and my children were not there. Overall best thing about the hotel was the staff whom had power outages and seem to push along with the obstacles.

When I arrived after 10pm the check-in was very quick. My room was spotless and very welcoming. The bed linen was crisp and oh so comforting. I actually slept which is awesome because I don't sleep well. In short, the Ramada Inn was home away from home.

Room 101. Line of caulk on floor in front of tub was quite funny. It was an amateur attempt that wasn't even touching the base of the tub. Ceiling over tub appears to be in mid repair, at least one would hope. Other than that bathroom, everything was just fine. Staff was wonderful.
