We stayed there in group of 5 people, we had 2 rooms in the main building and an apartment in other house. In the main building it was not possible to sleep during the night because of night parties in the hotel ending at 4.00 morning, when we asked for different room for next night lady in the reception was rude and just said that they do not have any rooms available. Apartment in the next building was just ok, bathroom was not very good there was strange bathbox I even could not use I am 1,95 m tall was not possible to fit into it and get proper shower. It was our first and last time in Osada Sniezka.

The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay.

Good family horel

For families with small children I think it must be great, but for a Middle aged couple there was too many kids. Very high standard but the food was not exactly our style. Could recomend for families though!

Spa hotel in Sudetes

We greatly enjoyed a week of hiking in the Sudeten Mountains, combined with visits to historical sites in Lower Silesia. We also appreciated the chance to swim and rest in a whirlpool bath after returning from a strenuous day. The food stores, restaurants and cafes in the area were superb.

Mountain views

This apartment was just brilliant as long as you don't want a city location (perfect for us). Good supermarket is nearby for supplies. The kitchen is a little deficient in that there is no oven or microwave. But the hi-tech shower was amazing. The only real gripe was finding it - make sure you exit Jelenia Gora on highway 367 which the apartment is located 400m off.

A sparkling apartment at the foot of the Sudetes.

We booked for three nights in this hotel and liked it so much that we extended one night. The facilities were new and the maintenance impeccable. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located right in the center of region, equidistant from Karpacz and the center of Jelenia Gora. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered much variety.

Nettes Personal, sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnungen. Die Anlage ist kinderfreundlich -Kinderpool, Indoorspielplatz, Sandspielplatz etc.
Pool und Sauna sind sehr sauber bis bis 22:00 offen. Besuch mit Kindern ist bis 20:00 erlaubt.

Wir waren als Familie zum zweiten Mal dort mit Kindern 1 und 3 Jahre. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und für polnische Verhältnisse instand gehalten.

Eltern müssen unbedingt auf kleine Kinder achten! Die Mitarbeiter mit örtlichen Kennzeichen und Firmenwagen fahren sehr schnell, trotz Spielstraßenschilder. Absolute Katastrophe.

In unseren Apartment war eine Kabel der Nachttischlampe beschädigt, Lebensgefahr trotz Fi-Schalter. Unsere Stehlampe hatte einen Wackelkontakt am Schalter, hier besteht Brandgefahr. Rauchmelder gibt es keine.

Die Vorhänge sind Licht und Sichtdurchlässig.
Kinder schlafen schlecht ein und sind früh wach..

Die Fußabtreter des Apartments und im Eingang sind super dreckig gewesen und mit Tierhaaren übersehen. Hoffentlich gibt es hierfür einen separaten Staubsauger..

Die Anlage ist schön, mit einigen weiteren Details wäre sie perfekt.

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist okay.
Wir werden wieder kommen.

Tolles Resort

Gepflegte und hübsche Anlage. Gutes Frühstück und wunderbarer Blick aus dem Appartement auf die Berge.
Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend und ab 20:30 Uhr hat man dort seine Ruhe, weil alle Kinder rausgeschickt werden.

Tolle Anlage und schöne Skigebiete in 30 min Entfe

Mur die Vorhänge in den Schlafräumen sind nicht dunkel genug. Alles andere war top und mir hat alles sehr gefallen.
Sauber, freundliches Personal, abwechlungsreiches Frühstück, toller Poolbereich, sehr schöne Anlage. Zum skifahren mach Mala Upa gefahren. Dort kann man leihen und zwei Berge befahren. Man muss kein Geld tauschen alles mit Karte bezahlt.

Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein, bezogen auf Rezeption und Kellner Personal. Im Spa Bereich waren wir begeistert von der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Apartment war ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Bad ist zwar schön, aber der Abfluss von Waschbecken und Dusche ist verstopft. Die Dusche hat tolle Funktionen, leider waren sie alle kaputt, somit konnte man einfach nur duschen.

Für Osteuropäischen Standard in Ordnung.
Es ist relativ preiswert und die Kids haben dort auch Spaß. Viel und zügiger Verkehr auf dem Gelände obwohl Spielstraßen ausgeschildert sind - typische sch***egal Einstellung.
Das Wasser im Babybecken (innen) mufft stark.
Die Bilder im Internet und die Realität vor Ort sind zwei unterschiedliche Welten. Das Restaurant „albero“ können wir empfehlen.
Ob wir es wieder besuchen, vielleicht..

Miejsce odpowiednie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Nie polecam na cichy weekend we dwoje.
Byliśmy niemile zaskoczeni dodatkową opłatą za parking, co nie było wspomniane nigdzie wcześniej.
Ogólnie ceny nie są adekwatne do standardu. Szczególnie tak wysokie ceny za zewnętrzną saunę za jedyne 1,5 godz!
Na plus zasługuje obsługa rezerwacyjna i recepcja.

Rozczarowanie

Cenna zupełnie nie adekwatna do warunków. Bardzo zimna woda w zewnętrznym basenie a jest środek lata. Za wszytko są dodatkowe opłaty. Śniadanie Ok ale 80 zl za 2osoby to gruba przesada nie mówiąca już o kolacji. Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju gdzie wieczorem było 31 stopni. Jest to obiekt kierowany dla dzieci a jeśli rodzice nie wykupią DODATKOWO animacji która tez nie jest niskim kosztem dodatkowym dziecko nie może uczestniczyć w zabawie. Niestety ostatni raz tam jesteśmy widać ze obiekt nastawiony na ilość nie na na jakość.

Radzę omijać ten hotel z daleka. Pobyt w nim trudno nazwać wypoczynkiem ze względu na:
- słabe ogrzewanie oraz brak możliwości samodzielnej regulacji temperaturą w pokoju;
- bardzo ubogie wyposażenie apartamentu. W kuchni były jedynie m.in. 2 kubki i 3 talerzyki, 2 garnki, większość szafek była pusta. Zapomnieć można o desce do krojenia czy dobrym nożu
- zdjęcia w ofercie są umiejętnie robienie tak aby nie było widać małej powierzchni apartamentu czy jego niskiego standardu np. Brak jakiejkolwiek lampki czy oświetlenia dekoracyjnego jedynie jasne i o zimnej barwie lampy sufitowe
- kanapa która służyła za łóżko była brudna i wysiedziana
- do kominka który był na wyposażeniu trzeba dodatkowo dokupić drzewo co możliwe jest jedynie w wybrane dni w tygodniu
- wanna z hydromasażem nie działała
- okolica hotelu mało atrakcyjna a spacer w okresie zimowym to udręka ze względu na dymy i zanieczyszczenia powietrza z okolicznych kominków

Nur für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Die gesamte Hotel-Anlage ist im dorfcharakter gebaut und schön in die Landschaft eingebettet.
Die Apartments sind modern und großzügig.
Allerdings wird die Anlage fast ausschließlich von Familien mit kleinen Kindern besucht.

Personal ist Deutschen gegenüber sehr distanziert. War sehr unfreundlich. Anlage ist für Familien gut geeignet...würde ich für Pärchen nicht empfehlen, sehr laut und unruhig. Sauna und Wellnessbereich auch für Kinder offen. Dadurch ständig unruhig. Anlage liegt sehr abgelegen.Für Wintersport sehr ungünstig.

Gerne immer wieder!

Wir sind bereits zum wiederholten Mal hier in Urlaub und immer wieder begeistert von der Anlage. Außen und Innenpool sind im top Zustand. Alles ist sehr komfortabel und sauber.Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist für uns als Selbstverpfleger ausreichend und die Lage immer sehr interessant. Wir können die Anlage nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt noch öfter wieder!

Moderne familiehotel

Dette er et meget familievenligst hotel. Det betyder også at der er mange børnefamilier med alt hvad dertil høre af uro i bl.a. restauranterne. Så er man på udkig efter et romantisk ophold for to, så er dette ikke stedet. Men stedet er oplagt til en familieferie med mindre børn.
Der findes masser af aktiviteter for børnefamilien såsom inden/udendør pool, legepladser osv. Stedet er næsten udenlukkende besøg af polske statsborgere og alt foregår derfor også på polsk. Personalet i receptionen taler tysk og engelsk. Men de øvrige personale kan være svære at kommunikerer med pga. sprogvanskeligheder.
Lejlighederne er store og rummelige. De er af nyere dato og moderne indrettet med alt, hvad man kan forvente af et moderne hotel. Dog er køkkenet sparsomt udstyret, hvilket man skal tage højde for hvis man overvejer selv at stå for maden. Der forefindes heller ikke en ovn i køkkenet.
Hotellet er placeret for sig selv og der findes ikke by eller indkøbsmuligheder i gå-afstand.
Morgenmad er billig, men meget \"polsk\". Der findes også en restaurant, som har en bredt udvalg af retter som alle er udemærket.
Alt i alt - et fint hotel til børnefamilier. Billigt og moderne. Men placeringen trækker ned.

Spedzilismy z rodzina super weekend w Osadzie Sniezka, bardzo fajne miejsce spokoj, cisza można wypocząć. Apartamenty super wyposażone oraz czyste. Baseny rewelacja . Goraco polecam. na pewno jeszcze odwiedzimy to miejsce.

Hoffentlich noch lange ein Geheimtip!

Wir hatten einen Super Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter. Der Pool- und Spabereich im Haupthaus befand sich in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Sonderwünsche wurden vom Personal vorbildlich erledigt (z.B. zusätzliches Holz für den Kamin im Zimmer)

Cudowne miejsce ! byłam bardzo mile zaskoczona, super obsługa, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, mnóstwo rozwiązań na każdą pogodę, bardzo bogaty bufet śniadaniowy. Polecam szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi - miejsce w którym dzieci mają duże możliwości zabawy na świeżym powietrzu, a rodzice mają chwilę dla siebie. Ja już myślę o kolejnym pobycie :)

Mit den Enkeln in Schlesien

Man kann von diesem Standort sehr viele interessante Ausflüge unternehmen. Da wir in der Schulferienzeit waren sind leider sehr lange Wartezeiten z. B Lift auf die Schneeköppe ca. 2 Std.
ab Pec Tschechei.
Ansonsten herrlich gelegene Schlösser und sehr gutes Essen.
