During our stay, there was construction at our level. The rooms are small. Not a lot of outlet.

Beautiful ocean view from the lobby, however the entire building seems to be falling apart. The paint was stripping off the walls of the lobby. Trash from guests were seen on the floor. Cockroaches in the hall way and lobby are.The elevator for guest was out of service so we had to use the staff elevator which looked like it was there since the 80s as it was extremely old and dated, we preferred taking the stairs for our own safety however the stairway was just as bad. Room was clean however the door handle was falling apart , the room number was missing a digit so it took us a minute to find to room. The Room doors were old and worn. Bed sheets were so thin you could see the mattress , sheets were also stained. The breakfast was the same everyday; soggy eggs cuzcuz and potatoes. They had tea but didn't provide hot water to make the tea , of you got there after 8 am there was basically nothing left and the staff could not careless as most times they were eating or smoking as well.
The room had no views and no WiFi so the lobby was always full of guests trying to get internet access. I tried getting an upgraded room and without even checking I was told there was no other room option.
The hotel needs to be torn down or seriously renovated.

The service was excellent! The bed was Ok , but the only issue I had was the WiFi only worked in the Lobby , being from another country where my WiFi doesn’t work this was very inconvenient ,it’s also was in a great location for the beach and to get Uber’s

It was convenient for 1 nigth stay before our flight. Lobby and pool area are nice. Elevator and other comom areas such as corridors need to be painted, restored. Room need a new bed, new mattress, good linen. Shower was nice although bathroom was not cozy. Location was good. But, if not restored and updated I would not stay again.

Overall a good experience. Rooms are small but clean. Good shower and bathroom. Great breakfast included and view from rooftop. Bus stop right across the street. The pool is nothing to speak of. Its more like a hot tub without the hot or the jets.

While the hotel was across the street from the beach (a dirty one) Nothing else was close to what I would expect from even a motel 6. On more than one occaision we had to wait for towels to come back from laundry service which meant we could not take showers in the afternoon. The wi fi they advertised did not work. the acoustics in the hallway were so bad that we were frequently woken up. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedroom in general was below most American standards. The last night we stayed at a Pousada 3 blocks from the beach that was cheaper and in my opinion offered better accomodations including very fast wifi/

Pela segunda vez me hospedo neste hotel. Ótima localização, da para caminhar até Farol da Barra, próximo da área central Pelourinho e praia. Quartos bons, café bem servido e atendimento maravilhoso. A estadia foi um pouco complicada, o hotel dusponibilizava de vaga na frente da garagem se negou que eu parasse la , disse q a garagem estava cheia e que nao tinha espaço sendo que caberia mais 1 carro... entao e meio frustante pois sou deficiência queriam que eu me locomovesse da area azul onde deveria ter vaga ate a hospedagem , fora o perigo por ser eu e minha mae esta vindo no perímetro duvidoso , acabei dormindo muito mal pois onde eles pediu para eu colocar o carro na frente de outro estabelecimento que abria as 06h em pontos , alem de correr o risco de ser multada o que espero que nao tenha ocorrido. Por sermos mulheres nos sentimos contragidas pela situacao perante a homens que deveriam em prinmeira estancia nos proteger ja que trabalham na devida estalacao...enffim em termos das condicoes hospitalidade e um quarto simples sem muita sofisticacao e com muitos reparos nos quais quem tem problemas alergicos nao consegue ficar. Cafe da manha pouca opcao e nunca e servido no horario area de ter 2 lances de escada o que dificulta a acessibilidade a deficientes como eu no qual nao obtive nenhuma explicacao e nem getileza de ser comunicada da logista de acesso ....bem decepcionante e frustante

O hotel de Ondina, da Rede Andrade, coloca belas imagens dos quartos aqui no Hotéis mas ao chegarmos lá vimos que o apartamento tinha muitos problemas. Moveis estourados, banheiro com teto mofado, porta do banheiro não fechava por completo e ar condicionado com vazamento da água da condensação. Na estadia tivemos problema também com a parte elétrica. Uma noite o nosso ar condicionado desligou sozinho e ao avisar pra equipe, de prontidão colocaram o mesmo pra funcionar de imediato. Em outra noite, a energia geral do prédio caiu por 4 vezes e não era problema externo porque não faltou nem na rua e nem nos prédios vizinhos. A equipe que trabalha lá é excelente e atenciosa mas o cuidado com a infraestrutura do hotel passa longe de ser a melhor.

O café da manhã deixa a desejar, poucas opções e o que tinha era de baixa qualidade, talheres e pratos, não estavam tão limpos, as cozinheiras falam gritando, inclusive estavam discutindo sobre a tarefa de cada uma, um barulho terrivel. Batata doce dura, cuscuz frio, pedir pra esquentar, e nada!! Outro ponto, as mesas do café ficam suja por muito tempo, não tinha talheres limpo, não volto nunca mais.

O pessoal da recepção são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos,tivemos algumas situações nas quais eles foram muito solícitos e nos ajudaram,porém o hotel em si está muito deteriorado,instalações antigas e precisa de uma reforma urgente! Em nosso quarto haviam infiltrações e as paredes estavam muito sujas e destruídas.

Embora às acomodações estivessem limpas, o banheiro apresentava vazamento, o espaço do box não tinha Dispenser para acomodar sabonetes e xampus durante o banho, tinha opção de água quente no chuveiro mas a água era fria. Cardápio com opções saudáveis, mas havia muita luz solar no período da manhã na sala, desconfortável. A equipe de funcionários solicita e cordial.

Hotel bacana e bem localizado. O atendimento é excelente e os quartos são bem limpos. Porém, meu quarto não tinha tomadas suficientes — tive que usar as da geladeira e da TV para carregar meu computador e telefone. A água quente não funcionava; não reclamei porque gosto de água fria, mas de manhã prefiro morna. Espero que melhore, pois é um lugar bom!

Em especifico fiquei em um quarto que me atenderia bem, porém tinha um barulho que me incomodou muito (provavelmente vinha do elevador ) após a primeira noite solicitei a mudança de quarto e informaram que não havia nenhum disponível, fiquei mais um noite neste quarto a qual não dormi direito, fato que impactou no meu dia, pois fiquei extremamente cansada, que tem sono leve aconselhou que não fique no quarto 410.
