The outdoor pool was wonderful enough space for everyone and it was clean. Had enough restaurants for everyone to eat in but you had to make reservations which was not a problem, I just didn't like the part where the resort doesn't have elevators but thank God it only goes up to the third floor. I will come back!!

My last visit couple years ago wasn’t the best; but this year was amazing. I was given a room that accommodated myself and my two children, the staff were amazing and the food is still top notch. A little disappointed about the service fees on room service (also the limited food options), but my overall stay was pretty good.

Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort is a spectacular place to spend your vacation. We brought our 14 and 11 year old with who loved the property. The food was great, except for the Mexican restaurant, we all rated that poorly. We also went to the Italian, Asian, Steakhouse, and the Indian restaurants which were fantastic. We hit the breakfast buffets which had a wide selection of food. We rented a cabana (there is only 2) for the trip which got us a personal server who would bring us lunch, drinks and give us fun information about Jamaica. It was in the perfect spot between the pool and the sea. The beaches were super clean and the pool was fantastic. We got an oceanfront suite that was right by the main property. The room was super clean. We did lose power for 10 seconds one night. They also finished doing work to repair the main building from the 2025 hurricane, but it didn't bother us. Things to note... Bring tip money - they accept it and they are working hard to serve you. Also, it's Jamaica, they do things slower than America. So don't whine when you're server is taking a bit longer to get your drink. Overall, I'm 100% coming back on my 50th birthday in a year and a half. I loved this vacation and the property. When we stayed in June 2026, it was not busy.

Overall stay was okay, however the hotel had multiple area that was wet and ceiling leaking from the rain, water was running all over the floors creating a hazard, could have controlled better, my toilet was not flushing for a few hours, leaving a smell of body waste in the room due to it sitting there unable to flush, I was told there was a plumbing and water issue, also the chairs in the theater was very hard and uncomfortable. The entertainment was okay for only 2 of the shows as the dancers seem like they were lacking energy. There were areas that had restrictions on entering due to it need a travel club,

This was by far the worst resort experience I have ever had. Upon arrival around 1:00 PM, we were encouraged to upgrade to the Signature Level and were told our rooms would be ready within a few minutes. However, when we checked back at 3:00 PM, we were informed that the rooms were still being cleaned and that no estimated completion time could be provided. We requested to speak with a manager multiple times, but no manager ever came to speak with us.
The staff member who checked us in, Malecia, repeatedly gave us the same response and was dismissive and unapologetic throughout the process. We did not receive our rooms until approximately 5:00 PM.
Unfortunately, the problems continued. One of our room keys did not work, and when staff opened the door, we found the room had not been cleaned at all—the bed was unmade, cushions were on the floor, and the room was clearly not ready for guests. The room had to be changed entirely.
By the time everything was resolved and we were settled into our rooms, it was nearly 6:00 PM, and our first day at the resort was essentially lost. To make matters worse, Malecia told us we would receive a one-night refund as compensation, but at checkout we were offered only a $40 refund for the Signature Level upgrade. This level of service, communication, and resolution was extremely disappointing. In addition, Signature level upgrade that was supposed to give us access to concierge was useless. Food at ala carte restaurants was terrible.

The concierge at the time of our arrival was great. Although there was a hurricane less than a year ago, the property was in good shape and active construction was taking place to finish the last of the damage.
The staff was nice but not too helpful, we had a massive smashed up roach on the bathroom floor, room service orders misplaced (have to pay extra for each order) and countless attempts to get additional towels and drinks for our fridge. They’ll also deter you from certain beverages which seemed bazar.
For the price, I expected better.

The staff is very friendly and the welcoming was also friendly and warm but check in was a bit of a wait; people who arrived after us were checked in before us. We waited about 30 minutes to be checked in. The room was simple and things seemed clean enough, however; our room wasn’t cleaned until the night before we were checking out. Pool side was great, not much lounge reserving going on, we always found some chairs. Pool itself was huge and nice, as was the kids area/pool.

Do not book through Orbitz/Expedia. The TimeShare reps will hound you everyday. They will knock on your door early in the morning. They will come up to you while you’re just sitting and enjoying yourself. Very persistent and cannot take no for an answer. As soon as you arrive on the property they are like flies. Because of them made my trip less enjoyable. I don’t know if the other travel sites have these issues but we did. I will definitely not book another vacation with Orbitz/Expedia.

Mimi and Daniel were amazing! They both were great with guest interactions and provided a great experience at the rum tasting as well as other places we interacted. Our servers were all awesome as well as every entertainment act we saw. There were mixed experiences with hosts at restaurants. Walking around the resort every person was extremely friendly and would say hi or good morning or check in with how your stay is going. The check-in process was extremely difficult and disorganized the day we arrived although it appeared, there was a very large group of non-English speakers in front of us that seem to be the main holdup, but check-in process took over an hour. Because the hurricane happened somewhat recently, there were some issues with the elevator elevators. Air-conditioning and the ATM. Also special about out to the man working at the coffee shop I didn’t catch his name but he was helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

Expansive and grand looking property - lovely pool with waterfalls and very helpful and cheerful staff with towels etc. Multiple beach areas to hang out but wish the beaches were swept in the mornings. Also would be nice if we were told about all of the amenities upon arrival such as beach area with the water sport activities - wasn’t aware until day before departure. An information booklet in the rooms would have been helpful.

Unfortunately, the area where my room is located had an awful sewer odor which I’m assuming came from a standing water area outside which definitely should be treated - very unpleasant!

Staff selling certain promotional products are way too aggressive and I felt harassed.

Other than that I had a great time and the overall experience was good. There are a number of wonderful gift shops with great and useful products. There are several restaurants including three buffets with great breakfast items but I was not impressed with the buffet dinners - needs improvement with taste, quality and presentation. There are several other non buffet restaurants including Japanese, Mexican, Italian, seafood etc. I tried the Japanese that was okay but actually was leaning more to being Chinese.

Overall my experience was a 7/10.

We travelled with a toddler and the stay was really good. It is indeed all inclusive, but we experienced a hiccups with in room service like getting drinking water and cleaning. Otherwise the amenities were amazing and I would recommend the resort to anyone with kids for a relaxing experience. Staff in the lobby area was really helpful with booking excursions and exploring Jamaica.

Some of my family went on vacation to this property with their friends, so last minute I decided to join them. Huge mistake.
Security gate didn't bother to check our names, just waved us in. Front desk was helpful but definitely not friendly. The room was clean but the power master switch only worked sometimes which left us in the dark a lot. The shower tile is old and broken, the bathroom ceiling was ragged. The main lobby was under construction and had leaks everywhere so the entire lobby was wet and slippery. The breakfast buffet is a joke. Food is bland and basic and the staff act like they really dont want to be at work. You have to make reservations for every restaurant ahead of time through the app. The steak house was completely closed so eating options were limited. The restaurants we did try had decent food, but nothing special. Half the staff were friendly, the other half would rather you just leave. The pools were clean, and all of the pool bartenders were friendly and helpful. If you want to eat late good luck. Room service is NOT included, theres an $18 charge for every order. The sports bar is the only free option but staffing is limited and food service is unnecessarily slow. The food is mediocre at best. The beach is very nice with plenty of chairs, the grounds are very well maintained.
The poor service, even poorer food selections, and the fact the property looks like it's still recovering from a storm gives the property 1 star.

Top shelf drinks are not included in the all inclusive price. I recommend buying some liquor from the airport once you arrive:

The beaches and rooms were clean.

Food was a little short of what we expected, but I’m sure the quality will be better once the resort is back to perfection after all repairs.

My family enjoyed everything about this resort! The beach was so much fun (great water sports staff over there), the pool -huge and fun, the spa was amazing, the resort is beautiful and the food was very good! Was able to hitch a ride 85% of the time around the resort. Only reason for 4 stars was the checkin process was very long and after a delayed flight and nighttime arrival, we were tired and hungry. Checkin took about 35-40 mins! Otherwise, everything else was incredible and I can’t wait to return!

While the staff was very friendly, one thing that was off putting was the specific bracelet/ room key , different color due to us booking through Expedia, that made it feel like we were sticking out , I think a simple contact number would have sufficed. Also again while friendly with in the resort the pushing of the vip package I believe should have been a simple question if we wanted to participate or not. The focus should have been helping us understand what the resort has to offer rather than trying to seemingly upsell us. Over all was a good experience just would like to offer those comments and I think those could help maximize time

Room, pool and property overall was clean and on point. Food could use an upgrade, buffets is decent, hibachi is the best on site all the other restaurants had food that was bland. The on site jerk and patty huts were decent and enough to keep you full as you keep your cup full. I went with my toddler, wife and mom for my birthday and had a great time. Only issue, was having carry our own bags to the front for checkout even though we had a scheduled pickup no one came even after several calls to the desk. This almost made us miss our ride to the airport. No elevators, 3 suitcases, a toddler and 90 degree Caribbean heat don’t mix well. For the price and how big this resort is it’s worth it but we will most likely book a different resort when we come back.

Ive been here quite a few times. the resort is stating to show its age due to sloppy maintenance. The people ding the repairs are no very good and repairs and maintenance shows it.this resort is beautiful, but is not being maintained as such. Once a tremendous jewel is very lackluster. Staff morale shows the same thing. Going to give it one more try and if things don't improve I just wont be going back

The room was very nice, though the doors did make a bit of noise opening and closing which was tricky in the middle of the night. There was also some noise from the street outside. We didn’t seem to have a choice in which Villa we got which meant we were a long walk from the main area. Food was decent, good array of options but they did run out of the best choices and they do start closing during later breakfast/lunch hours.
