My daughter and I had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend The Signature Level at Grand Palladium! The perks are well worth the extra price! From allowing access to the wellness facilities to the premium drinks and private beach made for a stress free vibe! I’ll be booking a solo trip after I finish this review!

Resort was beautiful, beaches and large pool.
Check in was a disaster over 2 hrs waiting and being told I can't be helped to then be told I needed to go to a different check in for signature.
Service was hit or miss, sometimes good and nice, sometimes just awful and careless. Sometimes our room was cleaned and a cute decoration, sometimes only the bed was made and garbage wasn't even changes.
Food was average, was really disappointing and got food poisoning. Drinks were not the greatest either.
Entertainment was good, but very basic.
Nice to relax, but average at best

Despite the hurricane’s initial impact, construction activities continued unabated. During our stay, we were deprived of essential amenities such as air conditioning and cable television. Furthermore, we were deceived into attending a consultation regarding a timeshare membership. This was orchestrated by the hotel staff, who had initially invited us to a complimentary breakfast and tour of the property. However, their intentions were solely commercial, as we were being targeted for a sales pitch. Overall, the property has amazing views, but we were not aware of some hidden parts of the property until the last day. And even after complaining to multiple staff members about our issues, nothing was resolved or addressed.

We stayed post Melissa and they were working very hard to on repairs. The Signature side was being worked on as it was hit the hardest so we were placed in a third floor ocean view room. All the restaurants were open and events were taking place at various times. We happened to be there for their champagne tree lighting ceremony and it was beautiful.
We have stayed at this resort a few times now and always love it. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. We will likely return in the future.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were great. Everyone was super friendly. I was confused by why I was not on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort? I was also confused how I signed up for a timeshare presentation? They usually send offers in the email/mail that offer free stays if you listen to the presentation. We were checking in and just trying to be agreeable and polite but I did not want to spend any part of my vacation listening to a timeshare unless there was a free stay involved. All we got was a discount on a massage. The spa and massage was great too!

I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back soon.

Room was great with a beautiful view. Any issues that came up were resolved immediately by very helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Lunch and dinner buffets needed more variety, however, the A La Carte restaurants were exceptional. The spa was very peaceful and relaxing and the masseuses were amazing.

If you read any reviews please read mine. Honestly I read all the lowest reviews after i booked this property and was nervous after and wow was i glad we didn't change our booking.
First off we are from middle of nowhere western Nebraska so food choices are meat and potatoes and the best Mexican food anywhere. So food and eating in a different country always has its difficulties. We did not starve. If we didn't enjoy the restaurant we hit the buffet and were more than satisfied. We tried several places out of our comfort zone. We don't have indian or Jamaican flare in 200 miles of our house. But we tried it and came away experienced and knowing it was okay just not in our menu options going forward.

Lets talk staff...we had the nicest most complementary staff experience. They were nice always asking if we were okay. Dont be a stuck up and say hello and actually treat them as a perdon and not there to wait on you without acknowledgement. Tips go a long way into better service and deep pours on drinks. We didnt pass a single employee ever that did not ask how we were.

The only person we had any issue with was a waitress in the sports bar. She was rude and kept rolling her eyes at us. Never helped us no matter how long we waited. Guess what we did....went to the bartender and tipped him well in front of her and he was amazing!!

Lastly upgrade when you book to signature level. Room with ocean view was insane! Well worth the extra money if you want to impress the Mrs.

The A/C was not working and it was hotter inside our room than it was outside. Our suite was also missing the screen door that led out to the terrace/outside and so we were unable to open the doors to let in a breeze at night. This is the worst resort stay that I have experienced.

We were a family of 8 members. We all enjoyed our stay. It’s been almost a month later and we are still sharing pics and laughing about the fun times we had at The Grand Palladium. Beautiful grounds with fabulous views. The food was surprisingly delicious and staff were very accommodating.
My husband and I are planning on returning for some alone time.

Beautiful beaches, great snorkeling, most of staff members are amazing. Not so good: no physician at the property, only a nurse. You should be able to have at least an online consultation with a physician. Our daughter was bitten by a cat, and the only solution was to go to Montego Bay to the hospital, in a cab, to get any information and treatment. They should have sparkling water available at the buffet, some times, by the time they bring it, we would finish our meal. There is a very strong musty smell in some rooms on the first floor. Our friends had to switch a room after a few days, as they couldn't tolerate the smell.
The variety of food in the buffet could be better for the 5 star resort.
We still enjoyed our vacation, its a beautiful place.

Fantastic property, but we had a few issues that needed to be dealt with. Firstly, our rooms had a smell of mold/mildew. We were initially told that the resort was full but after being adamant about the issue as being a health issue, a room opened up suddenly.
Once we switched rooms things were good.
The staff in general were fantastic and the food was good.

The staff and food was great. Delicious authentic jamaican food at the Mo Bay buffet Restaurant and excellent service.

A couple things we felt a little discomfort with was the bed and ac. The bed wasnt that comfortable for my preference, it was a litte hard. The AC was running but we found it to be still hot in the room at night.

Me and my hubby enjoyed our first trip out the country to Jamaica and we will never forget it! The staff were truly amazing; they were like family to us. It was very relaxing, but the Bob Marley performance, all white party, and pool party they had while we were vacationing was so much fun! The food was delicious, the hibachi was so much fun as well! We met so many people from around the world and the vibes were definitely vibing! The excursions were breathtaking, fun, and worth it! Lastly, me and my hubby were pleasantly surprised by our hotel and the balcony view it was absolutely beautiful and amazing to wake up to. Overall I give this vacation and stay a 10/10 💗

The resort was absolutely beautiful. It is very big and spacious which was both a good and bad thing. There is a lot of walking involved which wasn’t that pleasant in the heat. They do have golf carts that will take you around the resort but they are hard to get and normally full. Otherwise a great place to stay!

This was a fantastic location! About a 45 minute drive from the Montego airport (+/- with traffic). Made our tour to Negril convenient. The pools and beaches on site were fantastic! (Beaches had good areas for snorkeling- in a bay and open ocean) Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants/A La Cart options were great!! Buffet food was good/standard Buffet. We did the signature level and loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend!

We had a great view from our signature level bungalow room but we weren’t treated like we were signature level. The distance from our room to the resort is extremely far, if you aren’t a person who likes to walk you have to depend on a cart to pick you up. We had an outdoor shower which comes with bugs flying in while you’re showering and geckos running through as well. Our shower head was a lion’s mouth with a garden hose coming through, we were told we had that type of shower head because all of the rooms weren’t updated to the “new school” shower heads. The food here is absolutely disgusting, some pictures will be attached below. At the restaurants they give you a QR code to scan to leave a Google review where I specifically only mentioned the staff that served us because the food doesn’t even require 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. This vacation was the birthday celebration of my mom and aunt and we weren’t able to celebrate them without any issues. We came with a group of 21 people and we knew with such a large group we should make certain reservations prior to our arrival. We tried calling and emailing multiple times to schedule a birthday dinner on the beach but that was to no avail. We did the floating breakfast which was mediocre since there wasn’t even enough food for everyone in our group. Once again we were signature level and expected PREMIUM drinks wherever we went but that was false. Nightlife is trash, please don’t stay at this resort.

Property is really run down. The lobby had water leaking through the ceiling through a light fixture. Tiles are chipped throughout the property. The seating in the restaurants are filthy. Down to 2 toilets in Infinity ladies restroom. We started out in room 3212. The door/frame gapped when closed which is where I'm assuming this huge cockroach came through. It was moving so fast I initially thought it was a mouse. Had us standing on the bed screaming at 2am. We were told with Signature Level if you couldn't make app dinner reservations, the concierge had reservations spots set aside. None in app nor with concierge. So we just walked in to the steak restaurant and one or two tables being used so we were seated right away. Next we asked about the Indian restaurant. Nothing available. We walked right in to a completely empty restaurant. So was the concierge lying? App broken? All of the fun and games with the POP entertainment team during daytime are gone. The Jamaican show: trash. For a whole week we were told the hotel had no ginger to make the drink heart of Jamaica. Weird since I would think it's used in the food. In the Infinity bar area, I asked a waitress for a drink. She walked me to the bar so I could give the guys behind the bar my order and she went back to enjoying the music. Another waitress was dancing with the customers too. Need more Infinity area seats. Another roach in Signature lounge saw us off on last day. 2nd visit this year. Been coming since opened.

I stayed, with my family for a week (between May and June 2025). We selected the Signature Level for a more exclusive experience. I’m doing a 2 star since the Jamaica people was great. You do the math but here are the Pros and Cons on my vacation:
Pros:
Beautiful staff (People from Jamaica are awesome).
Clean rooms and common areas.
Beautiful beach area
Clean pool and pool bar area
Breakfast options and quality
Activities for kids
Cons:
Food at a la carte restaurants not good
Buffet food was acceptable but no many changes
Pool/beach area closed at 6PM
Lack of communication on restaurant activities by the concierges (cannot do hibachi since they never mentioned).
No lobster night (keep saying “Temporary closed”).
Palladium Travel Club is another timeshare sale pitch (don’t waste hours of your vacations).
Rude Travel Club representative (Carlos), got loud, and unrespectful with my wife as we call out his bull…
DJ only caters to a particular group, no variety whatsoever… (no salsa, no merengue, no bachata, no classics, no easy listening).
No restaurant for surcharge available in property (to avoid all-inclusive options).
AC is centralized controlled… although it says 21 degrees Celsius (69 F), the room never gets cold.
Sofa-bed is not acceptable.

Keep in mind: It rain every day after 2PM, sometimes until 10PM. Although, the weather it is not controlled by the resort, no many indoor options and once started raining, pool and beach are closed.
