Cannot recommend this resort enough. It is absolutely beautiful! Staff was amazing. It’s the best food I’ve ever had at an AI, both in the variety and in the quality. It is worth upgrading the platinum just for the butler service alone. Glaister and Rajuan were our butlers and we will be requesting them when we go back.

The casino is not open until November. The spa was great but expensive. We accidentally upgraded to platinum with butlers. You can rake or leave the butlers probably. Clean spectacular decor,resort and food. Mediocre sand and ocean compared to 7 mile or Trewelany both I've been to previously

The property was beautiful and the staff was, overall, excellent. There were a few areas that we would like to be improved. FOOD: The drink service at every restaurant was really slow. The Mangrove and Jamaica buffets were ok but all the bread was dry and hard. We are not sure why there were no coffee refills and they would not just give you cream/milk for the table. They had to pour it for you, which we thought was odd and inconvenient. We had terrible service at Umami but the sushi was good. Il Palazzo was gross. The steak was the kind your get at Applebee's and the risotto was like wallpaper paste. Excellent sommelier who suggested an affordable bottle of red that was lovely. El Delerio was ok but didn't wow us. Jam Rock was really good. The curry goat and oxtail were delicious. Robert's Flame was excellent with high quality meat and delicious cocktails. Fusion was really good the first time we went but, when we went back, the fish on the fish curry was slimy. No bueno. ROOM. Pleasure Jr. Suite on the top floor was wonderful but the round bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. Incredible views and the hot tub on the balcony facing the ocean was magnificent. Room kept clean and extra towels were no problem. We were able to utilize the on beach cabanas a few days and that was so relaxing. Would have liked service at the cabanas but the walk to either of the pool bars was short. They kept the beach beautifully. Overall, a lovely relaxing stay.

We just got back from a few days at this hotel, and we were impressed by both the staff and the property. The room was beautiful, thanks to the great job housekeeping did. Greeting guests and checking on how your stay is going is clearly a top priority for all the staff.

There is something for everyone here. Engaging and fun entertainment to pure relaxation on the spotless beach. The pools were warm, and the cool tub was refreshing!

The drinks flowed thanks to the fast service. There was a creative selection of cocktails, and the variety of food at the buffet was endless. The restaurants for dining were nice as well.

Any negative comments from other travellers stating the staff was unfriendly are completely untrue.

We spent Monday through Friday; we stayed at the on the platinum level and it was a blast! The bars and restaurants were top tier. Our rooms, the halls lobbies, beaches and restaurants were super clean. The bars poured strong drinks. The spa was incredibly relaxing along with the hydrotherapy area. Everyone was so lovely. It was the best time.

Beautiful beach but its not the best beach sand for walking and swimming in unless you are in the boey area, water is so calm and lovely though. Cool that most rooms are beach front with pools too. Rooms are big and beautiful too

This was the best resort we’ve stayed at and we’ve been to a ton of islands. From the entire staff- the customer service was amazing. The most polite, friendly and attentive staff. The food was AMAZING! The drinks were top notch also! There was so much to do at night from shows at the piano bar and over on the family side which the adult side had access to. There was also a night club and sports bar if you didnt want to stop your night after the 9 pm shows. Every single room has an ocean view and are spacious, modern and very clean. The entire property is a photo opportunity. We will absolutely be returning back and for longer next time! Thank you to the entire staff, this resort gets a 5+ star review rating from us!

Don’t waste time with pre check in. You’re still sat at the lobby with everyone else to wait for over an hour to check in. It took us nearly 2 hours to check in and we didn’t even bother to wait for the shuttle to bring our bags up. We were told to wait for someone to help us, got tired of that, and once we started walking suddenly we were offered help. We came in on a private cab so it’s not like we showed up with a group from a shuttle. The people on the shuttle that showed up 15-20 minutes after us were getting helped before we were and we were pre checked in! The activity schedule means nothing, it’s rarely happening and never on time. The breakfast buffet was so boring after the first 2 days. Had more lunch/dinner options than breakfast and was pretty much the same each day. The evening entertainment was drastically toned down from our last trip to this resort. Many of the activities and entertainment were shut down with no notice at all.

Overall stay was good, staff was helpful and any issues I had was rectified. If you are thinking of booking the Mangrove side, save yourself some cash and just do the Grande side instead, majority of things you want to do and restaurants are over that side either way. The are shuttle services readily available to take you all over the property.

The property was amazing, lots of options for food (overall food was just OK, nothing great) bars, pools, coffee. Rooms were super nice and clean, great views. Pool areas and bars were spectacular & plenty of room on private beach to hang out. The main issue was the staff at the bars, buffets and around the pool. Many staff were unfriendly and did not attempt to go out of their way to make sure guest were being served and having a good time. Many staff seemed like they were being bothered when you asked for a drink and/or to order food. Everyday at the breakfast buffet we were never offered refills of water or coffee. When we went to ask for more we were assured someone would bring them to us, but it never happened. We been to many all inclusive resorts and this was overall the least friendly staff we have encountered. The resort itself was amazing, but the staff itself took away from the overall experience you get from and all-inclusive resorts.

This place has moved up the list to my favorite resort in Jamaica. I love how all rooms have a view of the ocean and they are very clean and modern. My only complaints would be there should be a food truck option on the adults side as that's a long walk to the family side or you have to wait for a cart and still have to do some walking to get to it. Also inconsistency in dress code enforcement at platinum club restaurant, that I didn't appreciate but overall I enjoyed my experience and would stay again.

Did not use the SPA, our spot was Secrets wild orchid/ St James where we vacation three times per year for the past 10 years, well, we just found our new spots.. Princess Sense the Mangrove!, this place is beautiful, well kept, employees are friendly, all restaurants are open daily, no shortage of wash cloth or towels, no charge for cabanas, Buffett breakfast, lunch and Dinner, along with a list of additional restaurant, looking forward to our next visit in August 2026

Overall the property was very nice and easy to get around from one place to another. Calling for a shuttle for pick up from your room to the lobby was quick and efficient. But if you would like to walk to the lobby, I recommend taking the scenic route from the beach; very beautiful. All the restaurants that I’ve tried were really good. Highly recommend Jamrock for Jamaican food or The Pearl for seafood. Jerk Chicken at Jamrock was amazing and the swordfish steak at The Pearl had amazing flavors. Staff was really nice and accommodating. The bartenders were really nice as well. Highly recommend ordering a refreshing Bob Marley at the bar especially if you’re relaxing by the beach or the pool. If you’re willing to splurge, my friends and I had a swim-up suite so we decided to do a floating breakfast. It was a fun experience and I would definitely do it again. 10/10 would come back.

My husband and I recently stayed three nights at Princess Senses Mangrove in Green Island, Jamaica, on the adults-only side, and overall we had a wonderful experience.

The resort itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. One thing that stood out to me was how often staff were cleaning and maintaining the property throughout the day. Everywhere we went—from the walkways to the restaurants and pool areas—everything felt very clean and well cared for.

We stayed in a swim-out room, which was definitely a highlight of our trip. Having direct access to the water right from our room made the stay feel relaxing and private, and it added a luxury touch that we really enjoyed.

The food was excellent, which is something that can be hit or miss at all-inclusive resorts, but that wasn’t the case here. Every meal we had was flavorful and well prepared. The service was also fantastic—staff members were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay.

The beach area was beautiful, with clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. It was a great place to unwind during the day.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience much of the nightly entertainment because our evenings tended to end early.
The only downsize is we were not aware there would be no liquor in the room nor would there be an up charge for top shelf liquor at the bars.
Other than that Princess Mangrove nice!

All staff we encountered were wonderful, helpful, kind and I mean all of them. Gardeners, life guards, front desk, bar and restaurant, housekeeping, maintenance, entertainment, fitness. Kudos to these amazing people.

24 hour coffee shop. Really nice gym with sauna in the restroom. Easy dining and good food.

The restaurants were top notch, every staff member dedicated to their job of making your vacation here an amazing experience. We left with a pure love for this resort and its people.

We stayed in a junior suite pleasure room, the O-suites. The room was nice overall and loved the mirror over the bed but did our jacuzzi went out the first 3 nights of our 5 day stay. The food wasn’t great and everything tasted as if it was seasoned the same. $15 up charge for room service and the food was horrible. 2-3 hour wait to get in for dinner every night. And even though we stayed on the adult side all restaurants are on one floor with the family side and there was no way to make a reservation. The resort was nice overall but the food lacked taste of the culture or any seasoning. The only place I enjoyed was the steakhouse. We missed the first night of our stay due to flight delays we had no control over. After Expedia went back and forth with them trying to negotiate a refund for the first night the resort responded saying it wasn’t their problem and then all of a sudden they were fully booked and could not grant us another night of stay (even for up charge). Overall didn’t feel valued as someone staying there. The staff were very friendly but I think the resort needs to make some changes as far as food and activities. It was very boring with almost no nightlife or reflection of the Jamaican culture. Also I heard that if you pay for the butler upgrade that your experience may be better. I personally would not return to this resort. They were very strict on dress code as well for it be an adult only resort. Ladies if you’re thick and beautiful stay somewhere else!

Everyday u will see staff on ladders cleaning the walls etc. the staff was delightful and pleasant, guest services did a great job setting up my birthday dinner and even called to see if everything went accordingly. I loved staying here and hopefully will visit again in the future. My only downside was that the nightclub is freezing so cold u can barely stand to stay and have a good time.many others left for the very reason that it was super cold. So maybe they could adjust the temperature.the spa was also amazing i really wanted a good deep tissue massage and they got the pressure just right! I had a great stay and would recommend to any couples out there. Thank u princess !!

What i like in the hotel: swimming pools, size of the room, stuff, bed, coffee bar, clean environment.
What i do not like: a lot food but not testy at all, very limited selection of fresh fruits, missing plain yogurt, very hot in the blue note bar, long waiting to be seat in restaurant, ping table and all concerts was going on in another part of the hotel, long drive 1.20 min from airport on the private car. The road is very bad.
What I hate : bad and slow internet, loud music and stuff screaming from 11 am to 5 pm near main swimming pool , beach after storm was very dirty full of grass imposable to swim, prices in the shop 15$ for toothpaste.
I was missing flowers garden and feelings that I am on Jamaica. I did not feel any attempt from management to bring culture background to our vacation.
It is my 5 visit to Jamaica.

I had a wonderful stay! My husband and I came for my birthday and our honeymoon and it was excellent. The staff was amazing. The room was gorgeous. If you can get the swim out, do it. The pools and seating was wonderful and it was not fully open but we will be back for when the construction of the casino is done. We would come every year if we could the pictures do not do this place justice we had a phenomenal time. The staff is everything. The activities on site were great even on days that it was a little rainy. The clubs and restaurant options are wonderful however, be sure to book in advance. We had some issues with Reservations, some evenings, but overall a phenomenal experience. I can’t wait to come back.

The staff Shanagaye, Everly and Nicholas were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to ensure that my vacation would be an experience that I would always remember. I received a fruit platter and a bottle of wine for my birthday. I did the floating breakfast and it was spectacular. A large quantity of food which could serve five people. Shanagaye took pictures and videos for me as a solo traveler. She created some great memories for which I will always be grateful. These staff should be acknowledged for their excellent work. I will definitely return as soon as I can. My only area of improvement would be the entertainment.

Overall it was pretty good. What they can improve is their internet connection throughout the resort. Stuff was very friendly and welcoming everywhere. It was clean. We did not do the spa so I can’t say anything about that.

Was our second time visiting this wonderful property, truly a paradise, and a home away from home. The place is stunningly beautiful and relaxing, the food was terrific and the staff was wonderful and expertly trained when it comes to keeping their guests happy and fulfilled. Thank you Kym, it was nice to see a welcoming face, and those things are what makes it so special, you're not just a number here. Special thanks to our housekeeper Meisha-Gay, so accommodating and such a wonderful job keeping our room square. THANK YOU Monique at the breakfast buffet, she made it all so nice for us.
In lieau of this area getting hit by a life changing hurricane our stay didn't miss a beat and we had as great a time as we did the first time we went there. Thank you PRINCESS, we will be back before years end.

We stayed in the Swim Out Junior Deluxe Suite and lovedddd it!!! Obviously there’s the addition of Platinum but don’t be too bummed if you didn’t book it/couldn’t afford it because we still had the most perfect time! We had workers bringing us drinks to our swim out suite (this depends on where your room is booked), a private place to tan, and the most GORGEOUS walks around the resort. Staff are so beyond friendly and if you want to be laid back (like us) then it’s perfect but if you enjoy nightlife, partying, excursions it’s also perfect for you! :) Also the coffee shop…OBSESSED!

The resort is beautiful just know that if you are not premium club rokm service is an additional $15 per service and well as premium liquor is only for premium guest or up charge as well. Staff is amazing. Food I would give a 6 buffet does not have a wide selection. The night club is freezing bring your jacket. The views are spectacular from anywhere in the resort. I stayed on the adult only side.
