This hotel lies on the northwest coast of Jamaica, directly beside the beach. The centre of Negril may be reached by car in around 5 minutes and it is approximately 1.
5 hours drive to the airport. The modern, good value hotel comprises 58 double rooms and 12 suites set amidst lush sprawling gardens.
The relaxed, informal ambience allows guests to feel right at home. Facilities within the complex include a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk, a bar and a popular Jamaican restaurant.
The in-house laundry service may be taken advantage of and there is car parking for those arriving by car. Each of the rooms and suites comes with a double or king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom a kitchenette, centrally controlled air conditioning, a hire safe, satellite/ cable TV, a direct dial telephone and a balcony or terrace.
In the gardens are a swimming pool, a hot tub, sun loungers and parasols to make use of. Guests may relax in the gardens or try out some of the many water sports on offer, which include jet skiing, banana boating and beach volleyball.
Enjoy an aloe massage or chill in a hammock whilst taking in the entertainment programme. Breakfast may be selected from an ample buffet; it is possible to book a bed and breakfast only stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I went to the bar the first night. Drinks were strong. The Internet was suitable. The electrical outlets were suitable. The property is right on the beach and the beach is perfect. White sand and turquoise water. I enjoyed being able to chill on the beach and smoke. I loved my patio right outside my room. The landscape and greenery are well kept and beautiful. It’s a great place to have coffee or tea. I noticed other guest playing games/cards on their patio. Only thing I don’t like , I couldn’t figure out how to use the iron. The iron was secured to its holster. I don’t make a fuss about it because it was like 11pm and my last night.

The hospitality at the Negril Treehouse was the best! The people were so wonderful, despite being 3-4 weeks removed from Hurricane Melissa. The property is charming, with several octagon-shaped 2-story villas, each with (I think) 6 units. The shape and appearance make it look like a bunch of treehouses. During our stay, the Treehouse owner was busy coordinating several different relief efforts to harder-hit parts of the island. We can't wait to return!

I did not have beach view and I did not need it, the room was so close to the beach it was perfect. The included breakfast was delicious and authentic. I am so glad I found this hideaway. The staff were all kind and helpful, from the grounds men, housekeepers, waiting staff and front desk. Ms.Sharly gave me one of the best massages ever, right by my room. If you are looking for a lovely place to stay and you do not need all the fanfare of a large hotel then you couldn't ask for anything more than this small resort. I will definitely be back to Negril Tree House, they have the right recipe for a great business.

Best place on the Beach!!
I absolutely love this place! I had the opportunity to meet and converse with the owner Ms Gail. She gives the history of her beach resort and staffs some of the most wonderful people I’ve met. From Tony Montana getting you set up in the perfect spot on the beach to Ms Sher’s awesome courtyard massages after the best breakfast on the beach you feel like you’ve found a piece of heaven. I can not forget the amazing reception staff Charmaine and Janice are truly the best. Can not wait to return soon.

, the property itself is a little rough around the edges but the whole town in the grill is a little rough around the edges so it's okay the biggest problem I had with the property is the lighting they did an LED retrofit and they put in the brightest possible LED lights instead of the soft lights which is what it needs and when you're at the bar at night it feels like you're in a hospital waiting room it's bright and unpleasant. If they put in the proper lighting it would be a big Improvement to the property

I truly enjoyed my stay, first visit and definitely will return. This very affordable. The facilities need to be updated however the room was comfortable.. I loved the breakfast which was included. Once I ate breakfast I didn’t need to eat lunch. Everything is easily accessible including supermarket across the street. Loved the fact that the property was right by the beach. If you can’t overlook a few imperfections then probably better to go somewhere else. The staff was very accommodating. Ms Jackie thanks for everything including connecting me with Pouchie who did a great job with my hair. Looking forward to my next visit.

Specifically, Breakfast is supposed to be served starting at 0800. 0800 means 0800, not 0814, Not 0820, but 0800. This matters especially for folks who have to get to the airport for early flights, with a ride that can take up to 2 Hours.
When Breakfast was finally ready, however, it was Very Good.
Another thing I didn’t like is that the windows of our cottage were Not tinted, so we had Zero Privacy unless we completely closed the shutters. We would have preferred some natural lighting, but Not if it meant exposing ourselves.
On a Good note, the AC And the Bed was Very Comfortable, and our room was clean!

My wife and I stayed here instead of an all-inclusive because we wanted to experience the people/culture/food of Jamaica and Negril a bit more than you get with an all-inclusive. We were not disappointed at all! The staff was fantastic, the on-site excursion contractors were helpful and knowledgeable. I have to mention the breakfast buffet that had ackee and salt fish or brown stew chicken/fish (not on the same day), callaloo, and other items. The Tree House restaurant and bar are good, and they are within walking distance to a grocery store and several other good restaurants and bars.
You will no doubt be approached by panhandlers/hustlers/salesmen, but if you tell them you are not interested, they will take no for an answer. Fist bump, don't shake hands, and don't let them put anything in your hand unless you want it.

There were loud beach parties with music that blared several nights. One night til 4a.m. The Treehouse had a party that was so loud and late. I called the front desk and my husband went to the location of the party and noise. No one was even attending this bash but it still kept going

We enjoyed our stay at this resort in Negril. Location is perfect. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and served great food. Having a free breakfast each morning was refreshing. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Treehouse!

This is my third stay. I always enjoy the breakfast buffet which allows you to try authentic Jamaican dishes. The resort is quiet, bathrooms have been renovated, and the cleaning staff keeps the room so clean. The resort sits right on the beach so you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset. They are currently renovating the bar area as well.
