Terrible! We had no water daily for hours. Owner doesn’t have potable water even though it’s available. Pool was disgusting, green and smelled. Ran out of liquor by nine on some nights and never had ice. Ice machine broken and owner won’t replace so they had to buy bags from store, when they could. No drinking water available at times. Property very run down, bad boards in restaurant areas. Bad daily entertainment. They did have evening things, but wasn’t told about them so missed them. Garbage like broken chairs and junk piled up on the beach side. People on the beach call it the ghetto. Food wasn’t served for lunch some days till 4pm and dinners sometimes 9-9:30 pm.

These guests contacted me to make a late reservation. Despite the platform allowing us to book later in the evening, when the guests got there they were unable to check in. This was due to the office being 'closed'. Guests did not stay at the hotel

This hoyel shpuld be called Fawlty Towers. 100 cockroaches on bathroom so you have to leave light on. The pool was not working. Food was expensive and disgusting. Never had change in till when paying. Dont book here even for one night. I stayed here on 3 different visits and its getting worse every time. The only good thing was the staff very helpful and kind. Otherwise avoid avoid avoid. I will never stay there again.

Stayed at this property 10 years ago was hoping to have the same probably better experience! It was horrible! No phones in the room, AC barely worked, mosquitoes the size of bats , 1 staff member was the house keeper maintenance person everything in one! We booked it for three days and ended up leaving after night one. The place was moldy and cats EVERYWHERE ! They need to revamp this place because this is not even a 1 star at this point.

It is barely an all-inclusive. Breakfast and dinner time were too late. The reception desk especially in the morning is unattended. I left my wallet for a second there and was stolen. The cameras did not work. We lost the money and credit cards we had for the rest of my holidays. I returned with a sad memory.

Good for stop overs

We booked the hotel because it was cheap and on the seven miles beach. Our purpose for being in Jamaica was for business so we were out during the days and back late at night.

However if we had booked the hotel as a holiday accommodation we would have been very disappointed. The rooms require upgrading as the furniture was old and had missing draws pictures old fashioned.

There was not a fridge or kettle in the room. After asking they found a kettle for us with no cups no tea bags. We were told they do not provide fridges in rooms, we would have to rent one if we need one. We had no choice by to rent a fridge due to the hot climate we were in.

They provide hand soap, but did not provide a soap dish to put the soap so it melted all over the top of the sink. I asked for a soap dish, I am yet to receive it. Soap was the only thing give i.e. no glasses, places to put tooth brush etc

The shower was leaking and the bathroom floor was mainly wet all the time. Most of the towels we received were old. They are not generous with their towels.

Overall our stay at the hotel was OK as we were out most of the time and tolerated our discomforts at the hotel. It is a good hotel for a stop over, but for a holiday accommodation this would not be my first choice

Terrible Terrible Place. Don't go. Don't believe positive reviews-fake reviews. Front desk-terrible and no professional service. No help with luggage. Rooms terrible. No refrigerators. If you need it-pay extra. No blankets in rooms. Not enough towels. No beach towels. Food is terrible and never on-time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner can be delayed for up to 2 hours. never on time. Food is terrible and very limited and same every day as in prison. Soup is as water and not every day. Daily cabbage salat, chicken and rice. Coffee is never hot or never available. Bar is not bar at all. There is nothing drinkable in the bar. Just empty or terrible quality. Stuff not responsible and not helpful. And rude. No WIFI. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The most terrible vacation EVER. Don't believe pictures. Don't believe good reviews-they are fake. Don't believe anything this place put in the advertisement. NOTHING is there. Food is terrible and extremely limited. YOU CAN CALL IT NO FOOD PLACE. IT IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. It is absences of anything and everything. No liquors in bar. 3 bottles of terrible rums that you can't drink. No wine. 1 bottle of red and 1 bottle of white wine barman have to go and buy in local store daily. No even coffee or hot water for tea. So called coffee is brown water and warm water. No service. No refrigerators in rooms. No blankets. No bedding changes. No towels in rooms and no beach towels. THERE IS NOTHING IN THIS OWFULL PLACE. The stuff is not helpful. If you ask for anything they say: go complain to the boss. And there is no any boss. There is no even front desk that is trained to help you or even check you in in correct way. This is just fantastically terrible place. You name any bad thing and you have it there. Even for money you can't get what you need. You need to take taxi to local supermarket to buy decent food. You need refrigerator in the room you have to pay for it extra. You pay just for terrible room, terrible service that is no service, terrible food. Food is same every day: salat, chicken/beef and rise. There is no working WIFI also. It is there but signal is of not working quality. The workers just have fun of guests and monitor your suffering.

The property needs a remodel. We paid for an oceanview room, but didn't get. No shower head, no garbage pail, no refridgerator. The tap beer was $6, the most expensive on the beach. Other nicer places were $4 and $5. I would not recommend this resort.

For the location and the price, it had everything I needed. It was clean, the staff really looked out for us, the room was nice, had everything I needed, including an ocean view from the lovely balcony, and a hot shower, though some other guests said they weren’t getting any. We didn’t get all inclusive, but the meals I ate were delicious. The beach was amazing, of course, and there are a ton of great places to eat, drink and be merry all around. We didn’t stay long enough to try them all. I loved my stay, and if I’m back in Negril, I know I’ll be having a Fun Holiday. Ask for room A106

From time we arrived to the time we left we did not have hot water for showers. We alerted the front desk and they fixed it long enough for one hot shower. Both pool and hot tub were dirty and of course the hot tub was not hot. The staff were awesome and helpful. And is located right next to three of the busiest bars. But that also means you hear music all night long. I would compare this to a motel six on the side of the highway in a small town. Not much to look at but it was safe and the beds were clean. Food daily but don’t have much of a schedule.

The property is conveniently located about mid point along the 7 mile beach. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was clean and well kept. Internet service was non-existent from my room and the cable tv was grainy. Dining options are minimal if you do not take the ‘All Inclusive’ option. The pool and beach view from my room was great.

I like this establishment I like the fact that I felt safe. I did not like the fact that ice was not readily available. Very basic hotel. Not worth $100 per night more like $50. Cat was drinking from a cup near where the tea was put off for guests. Pool was dirty. Beach was lovely. Bedroom needs updating. Only a sheet on it. No blankets. Needs pillows. 3 small flats ones on a king size bed. Not very comfortable. Takes 5 mins for hot water to kick in. Was not offered all inclusive deal but the I can see the food and drinks are very limited. Dinner wasn’t ready at 8pm. They were still cooking the buffet.

This property is dilapidated, filthy and felt unsafe . The staff at front desk was nice HOWEVER we were mislead about the pricing and when we decided to cancel the reservation they refused and charged our credit card anyway . I tried speaking with the manager/owner and he refused to help and even turned his back on me while talking and trying to resolve . I had to call my bank to cancel the charges. DO NOT BOOK!

I checkin with my baby and my husband. I ask for a refrigerated at check in she said tomorrow someone will bring the refrigerator I went back to the desk three times and I still did not get the refrigerator for my baby milk. I had to buy icebox for milk and juice for my baby . Two of the lights was out in the room. I told the person that check me in it take a week for them to put bulbs in the room .The housekeeping and the guy who clean up around the pool was very nice and friendly. The people at the front desk didn’t have any personality and the ladies who work in the restaurant had no personality. I would never stay here again. My experience was not good at all.

The units need major upgrades especially the bathrooms. The bathtub and sink are so stained they looked dirty.

We booked two rooms and both of them had inoperable remote controls to the televisions.

They didn't have enough washcloths and there was no complementary shampoo or soap. In addition, there's no blankets only sheet set.

If you're on a budget there's plenty other resorts in the area that are 4/5 stars for the same price.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone.

Check in took forever. Room is bare basics. Two little bars of soap. Nothing else. They charge extra if you want a mini fridge or room safe key. Beds very uncomfortable. There was a door connecting my room to room next door and could hear voices all night long that sounded like they were in room with me. The property needs major updates. The BEST thing about this hotel is it’s beach front location.Nice spot on 7 Mile beach to watch sunsets. (Though beach loungers falling apart). They have live entertainment in evenings which is great. Walking distance to Margaritaville, Woodstock and Roots Bamboo . Ok for a no frills place for the price

Check in service was ok, they only had 1 person working and he was doing everything. Forgot to give us our all inclusive band (maybe for the best) and did not tell us what we are entitled to. The room was big and spacious but it looked old, curtains we old, lamps did not work and we only got 2 flat sheets on the bed. The bed itself felt horrible, we could feel every spring that was in that mattress. The food, terrible couldn’t eat it at all. The one good thing about my stay at this hotel was the beach front, clean and nice.

I read some of the reviews on fun holiday before I booked this hotel and did a video also
If it was once a resort,its not because of how covid 19 has done to Jamaica
The pictures of the rooms and the material used are not new anymore so expect standard service
Fun holiday is a standard family own,great staff who has been working there for decades
The food is good,better than many all inclusive, the price overall is reasonable
I found one large ant,once inside of the sink,that seems to come up from the drain,and there still seems to be a plumbing problem,when turning on water but that is all of negril
Tbe view you get his priceless,you dont need Ricks cafe to see the most amazing sunsets anymore
You see the sunset right from fun holiday
On the all inclusive,you need to change up what you want,if you order rice and peas and chicken they will give you that every single night until you order something else,they also cook what you want and its best to order early in the day or the day before your meals
Fun holiday is for families on a budget,there were quite a few returning families there with kids
And families are kept separate from single guest
Janet and the young lady at front desk will help you with any problems you may have
Credit cards often times dont work in Jamaica so pay in advance before you go,cash is king in Jamaica and saved your receipts
I would most definitely stay there again

Stayed for 2 nights. Had a problem checking in, with my room but they manager finally worked it so I got what I reserved which was the All Inclusive Stay. The staff was very friendly and the Sheff Andrae was fabulous. Loved everything her cooked. The hotel has great potential to be a wonderful fun environment for friends and family. I just needs some Love and Care. I'm sure once the pandemic is over this place will be popping again for sure!!! I will be coming back for sure.

The hotel's location is the selling point, it right on the beach and close to lots of entertainment and any activity you desire.

It needs some TLC, however; if your plan is to just sleep here, it's worth it and its affordable.

The staff was very nice especially Andre and Orlando. We really enjoyed our week.

First of all the pictures u see looks amazing but when u actually go its different the pool needs cleaning or paint or something but it looks dirty the bed is old spring bed from the 80s and they dont change the sheets on a daily basis they only remade the bed we had to pay deposit for beach towels and when we got the towels they were so old battered worn and torn to the point where we didnt even use them the staff eats breakfast in guest area in front of the guest they talk whatever in front of the guest...overall the dining room area needs to redone oh and the bar is a sick joke of a bar we didn't even tried to get anything there because of how it looks this resort needs a lot of fixing up or new management and there were times we saw peope at the resort which werent checked in the resort so is that place really safe???

The location of this property is perfect. The staff are friendly. The food is ok.

Not the best stay but could y be bettwwr

The meals were basic and lacked balance, it was also difficult to serve ourselves because if the set up. The wi-fi didn’t work at all and when I complained all I got was it’s not our fault it’s the internet providers.

I liked that it catered to families as I was travelling with my child. I didn't like that from the day we checked in the toilet was backed up and so we couldn't use it

This property was the most unsanitary and worst experience of my travels. There was mold growing on the walls in the rooms. A broken window as you come in. The beds were hard and dirty. The walls were stained with bleach spots and The staff acted as if it was common. I had to advise them of the health problems that can come from mold exposure and I had an infant with me. They could not provide another room for the night so we spent one night then paid 100 more per night to move to another hotel the next day to finish our trip. Then I had to argue with them and wait for hours for confirmation that we would get a refund on the rooms

Ioved our roim n the staff were friendly. Just a bad experience with the security guard becuase im married to local jamaica guy n stopped n questioned us. He did apologize later.

To whom it may concern,

The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to help us through our last minute situation. But other than the flatscreen tv, the room needed updating. The toilet we had to pour water in it to get it to flush properly and stop making noise. The headboards that were attached to the walls were filled with dust and set off my allergies. Safes looked broken, bathroom counter was uneven, didn't come with shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion, just bar soap. Labeled as a resort, it creates certain expectations that were not met.
The pool and hot tub were great, beachfront location was awesome, the food was regular resort food with a splash of Jamaica.
The staff were the best, most hospitable service providers I've had on the island this far. They made the experience so much better than it should have been.

I loved that it was right on beach all though it's a small beach area and the chairs and umbrellas get taken right away. I also noticed that people put their towels or stuff on the chairs and didn't use them for hours. I think the hotel should move items form the beach chairs if no one returns after two hours or so. You also should bring your own beach towels because they ran out and you also have to pay $5 to use their towels but you get that $5 back so it's like a deposit to use their towels if they have them.. The rooms are ok, you get charged $5 a day to use the safe and the fridge. The front desk staff is nice especially Nykesha (I think I spelled her name wrong). Overall decent hotel.

The room had no amenities. ( No refrigerator, no microwave, no working A/C) Bugs in the room, mosquito and ants. Never changed towels. Ran out of water. No ice. Not a secure room. Online images were extremely misleading. Not worth the price.
