No es como se muestra en las fotos ,me dieron una habitación donde tenía que cruzar la pista de doble sentí para acercarme a la recepción o para desayunar , almorzar y cenar , además de la playa, no debería llamarse Resort no tienen ningúna actividad , hay muchos mosquitos grillos, la entrada a la recepción es pésima llena de tierra y barro, lo más bonito fue el mar y la naturaleza.

We did the all enclusive and you only had the choice of 5 things. Staff would come in to clean, take our towels and not bring any back. The air conditioning was right above the door and dripped on you.

Air conditioning worked great. Staff was very kind and helpful. You can get rides right from the hotel and they kinda have their own driver. The staff does seem to go out of their way to help and get you whatever you want even if they don’t have it on their property. The all inclusive food options are predominantly American style foods. Room cleaning is just ok. Felt like it was never properly finished something was always missed. I found the location great all the people and shops around the hotel were very nice. Pool on jungle side is beautiful. They have a stocked gift shop.

This is a good place to stay in Negril. You can walk to some night life. There are 2 local shops in a 1 minute walk to gets pits and ends. And a supermarket 5-7 minute drive away. Taxi’s are outside the property for your convenience. I like the fact that you can go to the sister hotel for a day of n the free shuttle and get a feel of the west end cliff side. I prefer the 7 mile beach side.

Good for lace to stay, not super fancy but gets the job done. You’re out and about most of the day anyway.

Pay more and go somewhere else ..all inclusive for 2 options of food per meal period no snack bar , you may not like food options I had one lunch period they had hotdogs and fish for lunch as the only options they told me they would allow me to pick something from paid menu since I did not like any of the options for free they reversed the decision then charged me. The guy in front reception should be cleaning has no personality to be handling the front desk, the staff at the bar if you are not white prefer to eat their food or clean rather than to serve you a drink, rooms are not the most clean, you have to pay for a fridge 10 bucks a day even though their options are super limited this should be free, no beach towels had to buy them at the gift shop, limited umbrellas in front of beach which is ridiculous you cannot even enjoy the beach without scavenging for a beach umbrella. No entertainment at all you may get one night with music if you are lucky. When you ask front desk for towels when the cleaning personnel takes towel away they said they do not have none. Bad experience only reason I stood was due to Expedia not wanting to refund. Even when you ask for paid meals some off the staff hesitates and gives you attitude they need a supervisor to supervisor the individuals just hanging around instead of serving clients. The only positive was the beach that’s all this place has going for it even the WiFi is slow.

The toilet was broken on the first day, security Caesar can in to fix it.. still wasn't working ran all night long making noise.. second day maintenance was called to fix.. still wasn't working properly. I kept smelling something horrible.. every time I flushed the toilet. Toilet water was in the bathroom. I requested another room.. none available.. horrible experience

I have stayed on 7 Mile Beach many times at different hotels. I chose this hotel because it offered all inclusive. The hotel is a small boutique hotel and it is very nice. It looks just like the pictures so don't go looking for something different. The beds are comfortable and the food is pretty decent. You don't get food all day to snack on. Just breakfast lunch and dinner so eat up. The drinks are great especially the rum punch. Be very careful with that it will knock you out. The beach is beautiful and you can walk the entire Beach. There is a security guard there who is very nice and will watch out for you. The staff is also great. Shout out to Kerry-anne, Chantal, Katie, Narika and Jean. House keeping comes everyday and the property is gated on the entry point. I really don't want to write this but there was one employee that was not very nice. Her name was Jennifer at the bar and she isn't friendly to anybody. My only advice to the hotel is to engage her with better customer service skills. I sure she has a beautiful heart inside. I asked her for an order of french fries during non lunch hours because they will already making food for new guests that had already arrived for late lunch. She asked me did I eat already today and I said yes and she told me I couldn't have any french fries. I was going to pay for them. Things like that can stop a guess from returning to the resort. Other than that everything was wonderful and thank you! I will 100% recommend this hotel!

My stay at Legends was ok. The staff was welcoming & accommodating. There was a small issue with a comforter (after using a black light) but that was handled immediately and I was given a fresh one straight out of the dryer. The location is 10/10. I would skip the All Inclusive option because options are limited (both food & drink wise) within it. I ended up eating off of the resort more often than not. The food is good most days but there are plenty of places (street or restaurant) on the beach & right outside the resort. There are corner stores, restaurants, clubs, bars, souvenir shops and more as little as 2mins & as long as or less than a 10 min walk away. The resort as a whole is kept pretty clean; that being said, you can tell that this is a small Mom & Pop boutique resort. The main thing that makes me hesitant returning are the towels. SOME of the towels are…..less than desirable. Outside of that I had a pretty good time. The beach was beautiful & the location in general is excellent.

Best location!! Amazing beach! Clean pools!! Great water pressure! Comfortable beds. Denise from housekeeping was amazing and had our room clean at all times.

Outdated rooms. Needs painting and brightening up. Should have a mini fridge in every room for free! Billiards table is mashed up, missing a ball too!! Crossing the road could be challenging for some.

This hotel is s scam, Cheaptickets should not allow the hotel to publish pictures of the hotel that are either photoshoped or done in a way to hide the reality of this place. I meet several people who felt like me ...scamed by the hotel pictures. It is nothing of what it shows in the pictures advertised. Seemed like a loyal following existed. Be sure to ask for ground floor if stairs are a problem, because second floor was brutal for a senior.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures are taken with embellished lighting and angles, in reality the place vaguely resembles what is presented. Upon arrival the \"security guard\" stared at my daughters as he took us to our rooms. The wood door had been kicked in at some point and repaired. The locks were minimal with no deadbolt. Our upgraded beachside rooms were nothing more than ground level looking into the neighboring resorts restrooms. The pool is not much bigger than a large hot tub and the beach and ocean can't be seen from there. The common area space serves as the bar/ restaurant/ gift shop/ and only place to get out of the sun. The bar staff is not friendly and are doing you a favor when you want a drink. Shortly before meal time all of the guests converge on the corner of the main building. Meals are served at exactly the time that is noted by one server. There are a couple of options for the all-inclusive meals. If you aren't in line you will miss out on the better options or miss out all together on the meal. For breakfast, one cook serves the premaid breakfast items and also prepares short order eggs or omellettes. If you don't want the eggs you still have to wait in line for the other breakfast items. The beach is very nice! However, the neighboring restaurant owner will greet you to see if you want to vist his restaurant and will also get you anything you need, smoke, coke, hash, women, anything you want. We stayed 1 night and transferred to a restort.

I’m going to give a real review from a common American traveler. This resort is more like a 1980s hotel on the beach with little to no upgrades.

Pros: locals
Beautiful Beach
Close walk to fun bars and shops

Cons: Locals - they are VERY touchy and if you say “maybe tomorrow” they will be up at the crack of dawn looking for you.
Accommodations: we requested a two bed room when we arrived we were in a 1 king room which we were told was a double upgrade to ocean view. (Subpar to say the least) we did hear later these were triple the cost. They give you no beach towels and a lot of the chairs are ripped or stretched. There are limited beach spots maybe 30 chairs, get there early.
“All inclusive” - there are minimal food options (like a meat, rice, and a fried dumpling and garlic bread) you get only a set menu of drinks which does not include simple things like margaritas, wine, or Bloody Marys. Alcohol is only 10a to 10pm.The pool is small by the ocean but stuck in a hole there is a bigger one but you have to cross a very busy street. Most rooms are across the street as well.

We did witness the police arrest a local who was punched in the face and ribs by the next door security for being too drunk and resisting. The cops stomped on his face and tried were kicking him. Locals name was David and many people staying ran to help him because he was always singing on the beach. The cops were screaming if he didn’t stop they would make sure he didn’t live another day. Sad.

The employees of Legends Beach Hotel, are amazing! Before, During, and After Hurricane Melissa, our needs were exceeded every time. They even gave us room service for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner in the middle of a Hurricane. The rooms are clean, and spacious, the bar is stocked beware of the Jamaican Rum Punch, it's good but it'll sneak up on you. The food was hands down the best I've had in Jamacia and this is my 3rd time going, the beach is always beautiful, white sand, local vendors, and crystal clear water. For your money you cannot beat the location, lodging, food, drinks, and excellent service. Take the time to talk to the employees to get to know them and the area, they have a lot of good insight about the area, and they know where you should go and where you shouldn't go. Hands sown the best resort, service, and time I ever had, and most of it was during a hurricane, the employees put there guests before there families and ensured our safety and made sure we were fed. I cannot say enough about there integrity and their work ethic. Legends Beach Hotel is my spot from now on, I hope you get to enjoy it as well!

I really enjoyed my stay here- I did have a minor issue that was resolved quickly so no details needed. The front desk staff were awesomely welcoming and friendly. They even brought a snack necessity bag room to room right before we left-right before hurricane Melissa. Marie @the bar was very attentive and provided great customer service. Now, Vanessa-waitress@the restaurant if not a manager- she needs to be promoted. She needs to be a trainer in Customer service for some of the others-she remembered things we liked-she was attentive and was always smiling and welcoming- we appreciated that with good tips. Overall, nice stay- would stay again. We do need to be able to charge food/drinks from the bar/restaurant to the room when not all inclusive. Security was great as well. One complaint which is out of the control of Legends-loud-booming music from another location going on until wee hours of the morning.

This was my 5th time staying at Legends! Lets just say it is right where you want to be in Negril. Everything is within walking distance and besides a little hustle, no problem ever!

All staff were great EXCEPT the girl at the front...my stay with with a friend i booked 2 beds...she didnt give one fffff and i had to show my reservation to prove it...then when we went to shower only gave us towels for one. Piss poor didnt even go out the way to make it up the me. Oh then i was told on the Saturday they would have a room on Tuesday lol we settled in and moved on but it is well worth saying front desk service was just nasty to me because i wanted what i book! Side note i had another room booked for my daughter coming in, i spent money.

With that said i will stay there every time just dont expect 5 star service at the front, but all other staff i have no complaints!

I did not like this property
They charged over 1000 usd for a two week stay and they did not even provide a mini fridge in the room. You have to oay extra which is stupid because every hotel room should come with a mini fridge.
The first night we saw roaches in the room and washroom and the shower was not working properly. The toilet keeps overflowing and there are mosquitoes in the room.

This walls in the rooms were covered with dust, bathroom window had cob webs, refrigerator smells old and musky and on top was dirty. The coffee pot was filthy as if it was never washed. TV has white streaks on the large area. Hair was also found on bathroom floor with spots. Also, the white sheet has a reddish/brownish spot on it. There was no way we could have stayed in that deplorable condition. We took pictures and spoke to the front desk clerk, she then gave us a email address to upload the pictures. We had to leave and book at another hotel as one of the guest has asthma and the dust started triggering a flare up of her asthma.

They don’t keep staff on the company to assist with any issues and I was sleeping with ants all over me and getting into my stuff. Did ask if I can relocate and I don’t why I couldn’t get a simple switch and I had to wait for the next day and after 3pm to even speak to someone about the issues. Paid for protection and still didn’t get accommodation at all. Was force to stay with a friend I met there in that country and had to make it work out. Eventually I got moved then was told that I wasn’t cover for the days that I was there and needed to check out. Then was called back and said that I could stay I explained what happened then they apologized for everything. No accommodation or anything for the inconvenience at all. Now I know next time what to do. Expedia didn’t make it no better forced me to stay and couldn’t help me at all I been dealing with them for a long time now. Never ever got treated like this at all. I was told I would get a credit that couldn’t even help me right then. I am so upset about my stay I couldn’t wait to get back home.

Bed wasnt comfortable. Too flat.
Internet was top tier. I could watch youtube etc
There was no security at the gate for the garden property but a camera was pointing to the room balconies from the property beside them.
Loved the large pool but not the bugs at the bottom.
Didnt like that the rooms had no fridge. You would have to rent one at an additional cost. Of course, if you need an iron, you would need to request it from front desk.
The showers are too slim. If you are large in body you might not feel comfortable. Hot water was there, which I appreciated.
Overall it was okay. Just a place to rest. The quite environment was lovely.
Housekeepers need to learn to knock and state that they are coming in before using their key. They did this twice and the last time I ensured the door was bolted.

Don’t waste your money! Go somewhere else. On arrival to the property the first impression was that it was old and tired. The bedroom and bathroom were poorly lit, and not what I’d describe as clean. The towels were threadbare and desperately need replaced. The pool in the picture is across a main road, both pools are in need of an update. The evening meal was served at 7:30pm, not a buffet with options as you would expect from an all-inclusive hotel. A simple meal of chicken, fish and rice with a slice of sponge cake as dessert. No snacks were offered throughout the day, just a simple lunch. The alcohol was limited and bottom shelf. Breakfast was also very limited. One night of entertainment and the bar closes at 10pm. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the beach is beautiful. We only stayed one night at this run down aging hotel. The pictures online are old. We booked this hotel
thinking we were getting a boutique resort experience. Such a disappointment.

Only a few staff were friendly. Vanessa, Karri Anne, Katie, Melissa and Jean were amazing. Tried to book a massage and asked 3 times and just gave up. All other staff basically ignored us. We tipped well, especially considering we were all inclusive so self serve for the food.

This was my 3rd stay and I won’t be back because of the unfriendly staff. We are friendly and respectful, use manners when speaking to people but being ignored by staff is not a welcoming experience.

Absolutely loved it! Such a great experience and the staff was beyond great and so friendly! My son (9 yrs old) had such a great time he didn't want to leave! Such a great time, not enough wonderful words to describe our experience.
