The rooms are poorly designed. The bed is up 2 steps and getting up during the night can easily lead to stumbling down steps as they are immediately adjacent to the foot of the bed.

The Staff were very good however the rooms are not insulated good and you can hear everything from other room and hallways
I had to change my room first night because it’s was too noisy from the outside and also the next room

They changed my room to the highest level but I still had issue with the e elevator bell and cleaning stuff when they start early morning

I paid a lot per night and I was expecting to sleep well at least but unfortunately it was terrible

My recent three-day stay at the Hotel Villa Real in Madrid was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service and thoughtful amenities provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience.

A huge highlight was the flexibility with check-in and check-out. I was graciously allowed to check in early, which was a fantastic help after an early flight. It allowed me to settle in and start exploring the beautiful city of Madrid without any delay. Similarly, on my departure day, the late check-out was a game-changer, giving me extra time to pack at my leisure and enjoy a final few hours in the city before heading to the airport. This level of accommodation is a true testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.

Another delightful surprise was the complimentary mini-bar. It was a wonderful and refreshing perk to have free soft drinks and water available in the room throughout my stay. It's a small detail, but it speaks volumes about the hotel's generosity and desire to make guests feel truly welcome.

The service, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Every request was handled with a smile and efficiency. The entire experience at Hotel Villa Real was truly a five-star one, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great experience in the hotel. Front desk staff were top notch and very helpful. The reason for the reduced rating is our experience in the hotel bar. Very rude bartender. He was obviously busy but didn’t need to slam a menu down in front of us and all but tell us he was too busy for us. This is, remember, a 5* hotel we are in. We left and didn’t return to any dining options at the property. I told the front desk staff but never heard anything back. Great location, near the Palace Hotel. Very walkable and safe. Room was lovely.

The only thing we didn’t like was that our room had a step down to the sitting area and that step was close enough to the foot of the bed that it could be dangerous if you needed to get up in the middle of the night. We were at this hotel during the power outage. We got back from a site seeing tour to find that the hotel had power and were serving a limited menu to hotel guests. All the other restaurants in Madrid were closed. We were impressed and fortunate. They really take care of their guests. All staff were excellent and helpful. The location is ideal. A solid 4 star hotel very clean staff could not have been better very friendly and helpful. Only negative hotel was a little noisy but definitely tolerable. Would stay there again.

Our stay at Hotel Villa Real was incredible. We stayed August 2024. The hotel is clean, stay are great and very helpful. We had a slight issue with the AC but maintenance hamdled it quickly. We had a great city view. There is a small rooftop pool. We didnt get to experience the hotel food. Cabs are conveniently outside if needed. Hotel is close to everything, shops, restaurants, transportation. Overall, our stay was exceptional.

Excelent hotel! excelent breakfast choices! Supereb rooms with marble tiles and harswoodnfloor. Stylish furniture comfortable bad and private balcony. Great staff!
