The staff was very friendly and always in a perfect mood and spoke English very well. Perfect location for snorkeling right off the beach and we look forward to booking again with Infinity Bay!

Infinity is a beautiful property with nice amenities. The breakfast is always tasty and fresh. The pool is so nice and the beach is the best. My favorite place in West Bay! The food and drinks are good but are more expensive the the surrounding resorts and restaurants.

Positive Stuff: *The included breakfast buffet was delish. Servers at breakfast and dinners were great.*Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance via beach. *Security personnel was plentiful. *Rooms were spacious-loved having a full kitchen. *Beautiful grounds-landscaping and outside maintenance top notch including the beachfront. *Beach towels provided and plenty of beach lounge chairs available.
Negative Stuff: *Mattress was like sleeping on rocks-our family had 4 rooms and they all said the same. *Bartenders didn’t care to provide service-never acknowledged anyone, walked past you so many times until you got their attention-this was not due to them being busy. They either hate their job/boss, hate good tips, or both. *Both pools were hot bath water-the opposite of refreshing. *Found a pile of hair not mine on our shower upon arrival & killed a giant roach/water bug in bedroom.

One of the nicer resorts on the island, however most of the staff did not seem super happy to be there. We consistently tipped, on top of the required tip that was included in each bill, however even that did not yield extra enthusiasm or a desire to provide top tier service. They like to do loud lawn work between 5:30-6:20 am so if sleep is on the agenda, you should choose another resort.

The resort and rooms were clean, modern, and well kept. The outdoor pool was gorgeous and the staff was wonderful. Transportation to and from the resort was included with the rate. The buffet was very tasty and excellent. The beach was a one minute walk from the room. The resort was clean and safe even for a nighttime stroll on the beach. We got a chance to be around the locals and feel relatively safe. There was also some significant issues.
It took the front desk 2 hours to get our room which was booked 2 months in advance. I arrived on the resort’s transportation with several other guests with young babies who also had to wait 2 hours for a room. After a long day of traveling, I was extremely tired and disappointed. I found the AC unit to be very loud, as if we had a truck in the room. But, it worked. We also had a issue with mosquitos and had to report twice to the front desk before any resolution. There was a black female clerk working the front desk who seemed to have all the service professionalism needed to finally get me a room and also have the foyer sprayed for mosquitoes. If not for her help, I would rate the experience poor. I spoke to the manager the following day about the 2 hour wait and any restitution. His response was the wait time was normal.

Some staff appeared not happy to be there The office dive staff when we went to check out and had to settle our NITROX tank bill accused my wife of not diving because she was drunk This comment was uncalled for as another member of our group had stomach issues also NOT ALCOHOL The comment was unwarranted and not necessary

The tipping policy was absurd Tip jars everywhere and some of the most confusing tipping for the scuba shop Seperate tips for boat captain dive guide tank haulers All other dive shops we have been to you leave one tip and they disperse it accordingly

We will not be returning to this resort Anthonys Key will be our go to But also we will not be returning for diving as sometimes we were all like \"where is the marine life\"

The All Inclusive is not a true All Inclusive since you do not get to eat pool side and select from the regular menu and since the drinks are limited to the least expensive beers wines and well drinks with alcohol so rough it will make you gag.

Everything else was fine even though their grey water irrigation or the garden does not smell good. Its jsually done overnight

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is ideally located and the room & staff were excellent. The pool side was never too busy (even during Spring Break) and the grounds are kept immaculate. We made use of the well equipped gym every morning & the breakfasts were great, with lots of choice. We would definitely stay here again!

This resort was beautiful. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, and the room balcony was awesome. The location is perfect, with GREAT snorkeling, for a price, right off the beach, close to restaurants, and a nice beach walk. The front desk staff was not the friendliest, but the rest made up for that.

First of all I would like to start by saying that I’m giving a one star because there’s no option of a cero and the one star is only for the omelette guy at the breakfast buffet who was the only person that deserves a 5 star review. My experience at Infinity Bay Resort in the past was a complete different story. Our stay this time was a horrible experience, the staff is not welcoming and let’s not even talk about the rooms and the cleaning service. Our room was poorly cleaned and I had to call twice to ask for towels because they were not replaced when cleaning. The staff at the bar was something else, me and my friends were completely ignored until a nice lady decided to asked us if we were being helped ? I guess there’s some kind of guest preference, the staff prefers the American guest than the Honduran guest because we experience that feeling multiple times by different staff at the resort. Long story short, are not staying at the Infinity Bay Resort ever again! I’m pretty sure there’s better options than that resort in Roatan. Good luck if you decide to stay there!!!!

I’ll be the best thing was the access to the beautiful snorkeling. You just walked right to the edge of the ocean and began to see some of the best snorkelling I’ve ever experienced.

5 night stay with the family. Great location with amazing snorkeling right off the beach. Nice pools. Decor is a little dated but still a great place to stay with friendly staff.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Sure it can get repetitive but loved the omelette station and the rotating chilaquiles, pupusas station. Not a lot to do around the area but you're here for the diving and snorkeling, not for the nightlife.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness really made the experience stand out.

The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything, whether you’re looking for restaurants, shops, or key attractions. It made getting around easy and stress-free.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything felt fresh and organized. The amenities were also great, especially the pool area, which was clean and relaxing with comfortable seating—perfect for unwinding.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the excellent service, ideal location, and high level of cleanliness, it offers great value and a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was empty almost daily it was really nice to not have to fight for space. Most people are snorkeling or diving. We still claimed chairs in the morning because some days chairs get claimed quickly. The rooms were great with full kitchens and options for roll away beds for kids that were really comfortable! Even for an adult. The breakfast was yummy daily and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant a few times but it’s pricey and the bar is pricey. Walking on the beach to other restaurants was perfect tho!

I’ll start by saying we loved our stay here and would recommend it to friends and family.

We had breakfast included and it was delicious. Excellent variety. I’m very glad we did not do all-inclusive because there are so many restaurants around to try and it’s fun to get off the property and explore other spots.

Be cautious choosing your room on travel sites. The room description for the same room was different on Expedia’s site vs the resorts website so we thought we had paid for and were getting beach view and instead we were put at the very back end of the resort with a view of the parking lot. Fortunately, there were lots of trees and birds to see, but this was disappointing.

We got certified at the dive shop on site, and were pleased with that experience. We were lucky to get an excellent instructor.

The beach is wonderful. It’s pretty amazing to see all those people working so hard to clear up the sargassum from the beach. We were grateful for their efforts.

Throw towels on your chairs early! They get ‘reserved’ pretty quickly.

The pool is perfect. The hot tub was so nice, very popular though so sometimes hard to get a spot. There is a sign right beside it that says no children but parents were letting their young kids play in it all day and staff didn’t stop it. That would be my only pet peeve to report.

They do need to get proper first aid kits by the pool and in the lobby.

In a nutshell: Beautiful place, kind people, and lots to do!

This was the only resort that looked as good as the pictures we saw on the web ever! It was clean, safe, well-maintained and very courteous staff. And compared to other places, it was quieter and more relaxing than most any other resort we went to. Loved being able to go from the pool to the ocean in less than two minutes! Extremely beautiful property with wonderful staff. The location is on the beach in front of some of the most amazing snorkelling areas, especially at night. The daily breakfast was delicious and fresh with many options. The pools were clean. The restaurant was also good with quite a large menu, though food service was a little slow in the busier evening times. Housekeeping and desk staff were kind and quite efficient. We were unable to watch tv as the streaming connections weren’t available- this did not matter to us in the long run as we found out we didn’t have time to watch it anyway. Our room was spacious, truly comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was showing some signs of age and could use a few repairs as the vertical blinds would fall out as you walked by or barely touched them. We didn’t open and close them daily as putting them back together was not to be part of our vacation itinerary. We needed to run the water in the shower a while before it was warm enough to get in. It would be nice if there were some kind of policy in place regarding saving chairs and tables around the pool. Many days we saw several things reserved by placing personal items or resort towels on them, yet the chairs and/or tables were not used all day - like they were reserved just in case they felt like they may want to sit by the pool at some point during the day or evening- meanwhile denying use of it to anyone else all day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Overall we had a great experience with our stay at Infinity Bay. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet offered many options to fit dietary restrictions. Pool area was relaxing and you can’t beat the snorkeling right in front of the resort. We also booked a few treatments at the spa, which were very relaxing. Only issue we faced was that our room wasn’t ready at check in time. Not a big deal because they could hold our bags and we could enjoy the pool/beach while waiting.
