Over all a good stay, I was not happy that although Expedia advertised a higher floor if you booked that “superior” room and it’s the reason why I booked it when I got to the hotel they stated that is not the case. I see that as false advertising, however the front desk did accommodate a higher floor because one was available. I feel like this is something both Expedia and the hotel need to be on the same page as it can be disappointing paying for a “view” on a higher floor when this is not even guaranteed. Other than that happy with the hotel. Staff if courteous and rooms are clean. Location is excellent.

This was the first time we stayed below the highest floor and were taken at the sound of water flowing down the pipes from the room above. We actually thought there was a qater leak somewhere in our unit at first but quickly realised where the sound was coming from.

First of all, at the hotel they charged me an amount that was not established by Expedia. They charged me more that it was supposed to, I asked them and they told me that it was a fee they charged that was NOT established on Expedia page. On the second day I left my glasses on the room night table and when I came back to the room that day my glasses disappeared. I want to front desk and told them and they did nothing about it. They did not care about the situation the only response was Ia am sorry. Really!!!!! I am sorry! It was more than obvious that someone took them. Also after 11 pm and in the morning there was not hot water to take a shower. The water was cold and it happened every day. The only thing good is the location. Other than that, I do not recommend it.

My husband and I enjoyed the property and the surroundings. The location was perfect, with many good restaurants near the hotel and other activities. The only downside was the size of the shower, but that didn’t change my expectations. The staff who cleaned my room were excellent and did a great job.

The room itself was comfortable except for the fire alarm above the bed. This had a very large, bright light, that flashed several times each night. It woke me up and was quite annoying.
Cleaning was a bit hit and miss, often towels or sheets would be forgotten or the shower not cleaned etc. but that's not that important to me. The hotel is on a very busy road and there is no soundproofing so bring earplugs.
The included breakfast is served in the next door restaurant. It is a la carte breakfast and the service is painfully slow. You need at least 45 minutes for breakfast and most of that time you just sit waiting/hoping that the waitress will finally bring your juice. The waitress tries her best but it is too much work for one person.You can only order 1 drink and 1 dish from the menu. The choices for drinks are juice/ Latte / Americano. The coffee was really bad, super weak and a tiny cup so you are better off getting the juice. As the breakfast restaurant is next to a very busy road it's very noisy and you are sitting around inhaling the car fumes, while you wait. So while we had a nice stay, I wouldn't book this hotel again.

For a new build there's lots wrong here. The building is noisy, as is the area . The building is still under construction and there's only one elevator for 12 floors. There's usually a long wait for elevators. Hot water was hit and miss, 3 showers two cold.

No guests allowed policy. I found the bed mattress uncomfortable, but if you like firm mattresses then you might like it. I checked out after 1 day. My biggest issue is that Expedia says they can't get in contact with the property to issue me a refund for the days I didn't stay. That is a problem.

La vista del cuarto esta excelente. Piso 11. Mientras más alto más bello. Acceso a restaurantes al frente. No olviden visitar Hojaldrería y comer alfajores de corazones. Stayed here on a few different reservations. This particular stay the hotel had no hot water, so showers horrible. Also, the breakfast in the morning is at the attached restaurant. How any place can make toast that dry amazes me. No fruit (only hotel in 100 in Medellin without fruit) and the restaurant staff were not friendly
Now, having said this, the hot water issie got resolved for future stays and I just went to Santa Elana down the road for breakfast. So, five stars in that case

Everything was close by, The staff was always pleasant, The one thing my husband and I did not like was the breakfast choice, It was very limited the same thing everyday, it would be wonderful if they can change the menu and add pancakes, cereal, oatmeal and some type of protein besides eggs. For the price a stay here is convenient and amazing. Very affordable compared to a normal hotel. As far as the room itself i only had 1.5 issues. The pipe under the sink had a leak and the way the shower is made the entire floor gets wet and it drains slowly so if the shower is running full speed the shower fills quickly with water.
My major issue is the guest policy. $100 per visitor no matter if they are staying a couple minutes, few hours or for the night. Each guest visitor you have is $100 per visit. Me and my friends all had separate hotels and airbnb so they were not able to come visit me at my place. That was a huge issue for me.

Todo estuvo excelente! Lo unico que nos pareció que deben mejorar es en el baño la división de vidrio de la ducha solo tenia un vidrio y al bañarse el piso de la parte del toilet y vanity se mojan . Del resto todo es excelente. Recomiendo Urbit por si excelente ubicación y servicio!
