The stay was excellent. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Only complaint is that it took 45 minutes to checkout and some back and forth on charges. Just make sure you keep track of additional charges and receipts. Also, showers are a little tricky to operate but after realizing there are two controls on the nozzle to adjust hot and cold all worked as it should. Beds are a little firm, but my back thanked me afterwards. Hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants around it. Overall, highly recommend and will stay here next visit.

Horrible management. I stayed 3 days. They could not figure out how to connect WiFi throughout entire hotel. They also could not figure out how to have the phones in the room work so for every single situation instead of calling the lobby I needed to go down the elevator which was highly annoying. And a special bonus. They didn’t give me clean towels any day until after 8pm. Horrible hotel management. Don’t stay here. Really bad hotel. Horrible

The room had water damage to floor, the tiles were coming up and weee dirty. For the best hotel in the area we were very disappointed. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 3 years and this was my last. With all the new hotels opening, this one needs a major renovation to be able to compete. Again very disappointed.

Clean hotel however it could use some new furnishing updates from 1990 to the present. The bed was very firm but had quality bedding. The air conditioner beds updated and as when the sun goes down, it cannot keep the room cool. The LVT has spots in which the surface has been worn and needs tiles replaced. The water faucet extends to the middle of the sink which makes it difficult to wash your face without making a mess.

I like the property and the proximity to restaurants and activities in Laureles. The only complaint I have is the WiFi dropped signal frequently which was frustrating considering I had to complete schoolwork while at the hotel. I had a double bedroom however I would rather have preferred a suite. I recommend booking a reservation well in advance for the suite. The staff is very friendly and they speak both Spanish and English. There is a small park across the street from the hotel and the neighborhood offers much to see and do with the people of Medellín. There are small markets where people can buy items to keep in the hotel. Also close by are many restaurants to try various cuisines.

This hotel is in a great location, close to nice restaurants and right in front of ‘Segundo Parque de Laureles.’ While the hotel has potential, it could benefit from more attention to detail.Firstly, the room I stayed in had damaged floor panels caused by water from the sink. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like a microwave and coffee machine, which are standard in most 4-star hotels. Another disappointing feature is that the pool is only accessible for a fee and requires a reservation, which is absurd for a facility meant for guests.
The rooftop has three workout machines, but they barely function. There’s also a jacuzzi, but this is my second stay in two years, and I’ve yet to see it in working order. The hotel has a lot of empty spaces on the first two floors and the rooftop, which could be utilized better. For instance, they could add more workout machines or turn the rooftop into a bar or lounge area for guests to relax.Some staff members are not very friendly, as noted by other reviews as well. The breakfast is decent, with plenty of options, but overall, the hotel doesn’t meet the standards of a 4-star property. Considering the price, you’re better off staying at another nearby hotel.For example, the new Urbit Social Lofts nearby is lovely, with super friendly staff. Although it’s still under construction, it promises to have a fantastic rooftop soon.In summary, this hotel should either improve its amenities and services or downgrade to a 3-star rating.

I wasn’t going to leave them a bad review until checkout when they showed me a picture of a towel with some stains on it and charged me something outrageous (by Colombian pesos standards) to replace it. I doubt I actually stained the towel, and even if I did, I have literally never been charged for a towel before in my life.

Truth: the room wasn’t very nice, there was no coffee setup in the room, no self serve coffee in the lobby, breakfast sucked, the window blinds were damaged, walls were damaged, the mirror was cracked and it was a complete rip off (by Colombian Pesos Standards).

You can do much better.

On the positive side, they were friendly.

Stay was uncomfortable the bed creaked every time we moved from side to side and the mattress was hard. My brother in law also stayed and he stated that his bed was the same as ours. The floors and doors were deteriorated, not good a 4 star hotel as presented in Hotels.com. Breakfast was okay, ai would not recommend this hotel.

Poor staff service at front desk. I was charged $76.24 for local taxes which it was a very abusive action. We weren’t welcome in a professional manner. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are spreading the word about this extremely poor experience with business partners, family members and friends. We were robbed by them, especially when we were charged fees higher than the amount paid when completed the booking. Thank you!!!

This hotel is a solid 2.5 star. Besides the location nothing good to say. Shabby room with drawers that didnt close and musty odor. bathroom had no A/C. One elevator which was really slow. Check in / Out process involved them manually reviewing the mini bar. Rooftop jacuzzi is a bathtub that was empty and they don't let regular hotel guests use the spa pool unless paying for spa treatments.

I never heard a hotel to charge you for a health insurance. When I booked the hotel it said 4 stars, bellman said is 3 stars, when I entered the room I saw: stains on the wall, toilet seat was scratched all over and had a yellowish color, very hard mattress, around the light switch the paint was coming off, hair on the wall, in the bathroom rust by the window, towels look like rags, so I didn’t stay and I was still charges for 4 nights, I paid a lot less for an other hotel that was true 4 stars, nicer and cleaner and well taking care. I tried to get a refund and I got a email saying that my booking is not refundable. I can understand they can charge me for a night but charge me for all 4 days with out staying at all, is ridiculous.
I am disappointed with the hotel and Expedia for ripping me off.

Sin embargo tuvimos problemas con la ducha de uno de los baños, no nos cambiaron la sabana en toda nuestra estadia, teniamos que llamar por las toallas y lo peor de todo es que aun diciendole que la persona de limpieza que usamos la copa no la lavo correctamente. El desayuno no es la gran cosa, sencillo y siempre lo mismo.

Great are. Excellent hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful, from the front desk people to the kitchen staff and waiters. The views from the top of the hotel are awesome as are the ones from the rooms, particularly the top ones. All rooms have large windows to take in the views.
Everything is super clean and comfortable. Dinner menu is great. Someone in that kitchen knows how to cook octopus (a favorite of mine)!

Unexpected \"mandatory\" fees by the hotel

After finding out the \"mandatory\" insurance was really mandatory for the hotel and not for the guests, we showed them the local ordinance, just to get a nasty answer. You pay up, or we cancel your booking :[

When hotels.com called them about tgese charges, the hotel manager lied and said that the charge was for incidentals!!

Location is great for walking to restaurants and bars. Staff was very pleasant overall. Decent breakfast.
Room was falling apart. Toilet broken, tv broken, bed hard as a rock, ac didn't work. No gym, no pool. But incredibly beautiful views from the rooftop.

Amazing 3-star hotel in a cozy part of town. Lots of fun restaurants and beautiful, tree-lined streets. Laureles is flat so it is much better than Poblado to run and walk around the city. The staff here were super friendly and the location is ideal to experience a true Paisa neighborhood. I will never stay in Poblado again after my stay at the fabulous Inntu Hotel

Location of hotel was great. Close to a lot of places. Staff was professional. The room was excellent and clean. The cleaning staff did a great job each dy. They did charge 1 fee per night with was for 24,000 pesos to which i am still not sure and the person in reception wasn't able to explain in english. On my last night the wifi banwith was really low and kept out out. Overall it was a pleasent experience.
