It’s centrally located however because it is right on the corner taxi pick up is difficult. You have to walk to either right or left to find a proper place where a car can stop. The hotel is nice and clean and great for the price but if you are looking for some amenities like like access to ice all day long you will be disappointed . The hotel reception closes at 7 . And in my opinion they need to make changes with bureaus well.its a bit over priced for what they offer

A nicely appointed hotel with good service. Breakfast is modest but good. Location is a brisk 10 minute walk to the airport rail link, and a couple minutes shorter to another MRT station. Very clean, and a good shower. I have stayed at much lesser hotels in Bangkok that were priced similarly. The only drawback is if you don't want street traffic noise, ask for a room facing the back of the hotel.

Hotel was immaculate. Staff really friendly. Able to drop bags in early before check-in. Aircon in the room was fantastic & beds were extremely comfy. Water pressure in the shower was also fantastic.
Breakfast was simple but tasty.

Only down side is that my sleep was disrupted a good few times in the early hours of the morning due to the traffic on the road. It can be quite hard to ignore so you will need ear plugs.

Like: Friendly & helpful English speaking staff. Check in & out was a breeze. Beautiful arts.

Dislike: A little tricky in getting the temperature right for shower as there was no markings of cold/hot on the taps. Walls are thin so can be quite noisy when neighbouring guests walk in & out of their rooms & don't keep their voices down.

The front desk stuff was the worst than in any hotel we ever stayed. They were not helpful at all, not even with the basic stuff like to help us with a taxi to the airport. It seemed like everything was bothering them, iritating them, they were not welcoming and have not smiled one time. Very depressed looking and overall ignoring receptionist, especially the one that checked us in. The room was clean, but that is what you expect from the hotel, to at least provide a clean bed and bathroom.

Room air-con even though is set to 17 degrees couldn't get any colder. Requested 2nd room key card as we have 2 occupants. Reception states that hotel policies only allows 1 per room. If one person went out late, he couldn't enter the room or got to wake the person up. From my last stay here I believe there could have been a change of management. Things could be further improved. Last time my stay when it was still orange uniform is more enjoyable.

Extremely responsive staff (requests fulfilled in minutes 24/7), comfortable facility and room, amazingly large shower in our king bed room (room 501), good range of amenities. Breakfast included in our package and included made to order hot meal enjoyed in first floor panoramic dining room on busy city corner. Not a buffet, but very good anyway. The same hotel restaurant offers 24/7 lobby meals or room delivery meals that are affordable and good. We also used coin washer and dryer on 4th floor that helped our stay. Style is a cool vibe most appreciated by youthful clients. Biggest negative is lack of parking or drive through for dropping off guests; best option seemed to be drop off and pick up on side street, which was also busy.

Self service laundry service is 50bhat, can change coins at the reception and he gave us free detergent too. Really nice room, big enough for a couple. No free toileteries but luckily I bought my own toothbrush so it’s fine for me.
Only bad thing is the street u need to cross to get the cacha hotel. No traffic light for pedestrians

Overall a nice stay

Hotel room is clean, toilet and washroom is clean. Hotel location is easy to find but a bit difficult to get a grab or taxi just in front of the hotel, usually will need to walk a little bit as the hotel is located at a very busy street. Sound proof of the room is not so good, we can hear the vehicles passing by.

Very good service provided by a male receptionist. 10mins walk to BTS and about 20mins walk to Platinum Fashion Mall. No food stalls outside hotel. Few local chi char stalls filled with crowd along the road to hotel but only open in the night. Taxi and tuk tuk is easy to get. Overall is a quiet vicinity with condo surroundings but safe to walk in the night as hotel is along the main road. Passing traffic noise can be heard in the room. Negative point - lights in the room are not bright enough.

- The girl at reception speaks English a little.... I'd asked for window to the garden, but they forgot. They didn't change a dirty foot towel in my room (4day-staying!). Really noisy inside and outside. Not good location, far from the centre.
+ Close to the Skytrain. Nice design of the hotel. Comfortable bed.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful as well as their guard. Everything is awesome. Just fridge is not provided and the BTS sky train is around 8mins far from the hotel. But the road is full with food stall and the food is awesome. The lady boss of the nearby noodle stall can speak hokkien very well who did help us a lot on transport information. Only the lil bad thing, Wifi is not function for two days. Definitely recommend this hotel to those traveller who won't mind to walk about 8-10mins to BTS station. You can also call for grab or über, driver will pick or drop around the hotel because there is a traffic light junction in front of the hotel which not that convenience for the driver to stop while.

We planned to spend three nights in Bangkok but quickly realised that we wanted to stay longer. We had no hesitation to stay at Cacha. Very industrial decor with fascinating art work. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and decent sized clean rooms. Ten minutes walk from the BTS and about a 15 minute walk to the canal boat pier and Jim Thompson's house. Only downside was the traffic noise but this is Bangkok after all!! Would stay again.

I spent a night here. The room was clean and very comfy. The location is great although it's a bit far from tourist traps considering the walking distance. Quite a long walk to the nearest BTS station. But for the price taking a cab or Tuk Tuk is still worth it.

The room that I got this time was rather noisy as it is just beside the road (junction). Would advise guest to stay at higher floors. Overall the hotel is good with food stall and convenient store around the corner. If you are driving, than it is a bot of problem to stop as there is not place to stop your car.

I love everything about this hotel. It is clean, nice and the staff is great. However I would not recommend for those who mind the distance travelling to BTS is a bit far. To reach hotel from station is at least 15 to 20 mins walk. To the platinum mall is at least 30mins walk.

First time stay at Cacha hotel, Bangkok. I was stay for 4 nights deluxe room corner without breakfast. room was clean so comfort! I really satisfy with houskeeping work.

For location I think this hotel at the middle area between BTS ratchathewi and BTS phaya thai. NOT NEAR to BTS. You need 20mins to walk. If you like walking this hotel probably nice for you. If you dont like walking this hotel probably not suitable for you. Fyi, easy to get a taxi there only 40 baht from hotel to Platinum / Pratunam Market.

Just sharing! maybe that is my fault, I put \"2 guests\" in 1 deluxe room while I booking on expedia, when I was arrived hotel, I came with my dad & mom, After finish check in, they call me to pay extra charge 1 person, I need to pay 300 baht/person/night so the total 1.200 baht. staff is impolite.

So FYI, please put correctly number of guest to checkin in 1 room, if you not willing they charge extra to u :)

NOTE. If you need HAIRDRYER. just press number 0 and they will said \"you can come down to front desk to collect the hairdryer\" lol (self service?)

Was really surprised to see such a nicely decorated and comfortable room for the price. We had chosen the room with no window but the room was so big and spacious that it didn't matter at all. The whole place has a really modern design, bit of an industrial-chic thing going on, one of the nicest lobbies I've ever seen. There's even a cool rooftop lounge, nice to just chill there with friends. Service was good, staff were helpful but could have been more cheerful. About a 5 minute walk to Ratchathewi BTS station, 7-11 nearby, a lot of street food but also restaurants and cafe options. All in all, super value for money, would 100% stay here again.

Pleasant Experience at an Awesome Price

I actually changed my Hotel during my Stay at Bangkok, and boy is it one of the best decision I've made. :)

Coming from another hotel near Ratchaprarop, and with a rather huge haul from three prior days of shopping, I tried my luck to check in slightly earlier than the default timing of 2pm. the hotel staff were courteous enough to accommodate my request, and I was able to do so by 1230pm.

What truly distinguishes Cacha from competition, is in its tasteful internal decor. Hotel walls are filled with murals and motifs, and ethnic ornaments that the makes the experience feels like staying in a Art Museum, with the comfort of a hotel. This exciting fusion of both modern and traditional art truly makes the stay an immersive one.

Room is very clean and comfortable. No pleasant odors, no infestation. Bedsheets are soft, fluffy and clean. There are plenty of wall plugs available so no worries needed about plug availability for those co-sharing a room.

And there are bidets in the washroom.

While it is truly walkable from both Phaya Thai and Ratchethewi Station, there was quite a number of construction going on nearby and the road can be very bumpy. This is something to think about, as walking back to the hotel after a full day of walking and shopping can be rather nightmarish. No worries though, plenty of massage parlors are available nearby. And sufficient street food vendors to satisfy your late night cravings! :)

Will I come back again next time? Definitely!

Very stylish hotel, but some negatives too

Short stay at the end of a trip to Vietnam. The hotel's design is really stylish with excellent rooms. The downside is the immediate area offers little, though a few stops on the BTS gets you to places to eat and drink. Need to take taxis to main tourist sights. Bar/restaurant always seemed empty and dead. I'm not sure the stylish design makes up for some of the negatives.

Perfect for exploring Bangkok at a low price

We came here for a couple of days to explore the city before moving on.

The hotel is very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. We had a deluxe room and it was perfect for our needs.

The price was low and you get a lot for your money.

I recommend this hotel if you want somewhere as your base whilst exploring Bangkok.

It's clean and new with beautiful wood and art designs all over the walls.

There's even a kettle, coffee, tea and water in each room which is a nice little extra

I had such a wonderful stay at Cacha! I loved the service, where they clean up everyday. It also has a mix blend of modern art. I love how warm the staff and crew were. The only sad thing about my stay though was I wasn't able to have a view. I wish they would have transferred me to a room with a window. But overall, I would recommend you guys to try this hotel when staying in Bangkok. :)

Great exterior and interior design. (more interior) Clever to introduce Thai art in to room wall design and deco to give a cozy and yet modern feeling to the rooms. We booked this hotel mainly because of this. However that's about it.
1. Location of the hotel is far from BTS (direct distance measured by goodle map is near. But in our opinion walking on a hot day with shopping bags/luggage through dirty/wet/sandy/broken streets for 15-20mins is no joke. Everytime we were fresh and nice going out, but will end up sweaty and tired when we barely reach the BTS. (Ratchathewi) If you take a cab everywhere you go, then there should be no problem for you.
2. Staff is not helpful enough. It was pouring outside, we just checked out and is trying to get a cab to the airport. i was outside catching a cab, wife is inside lobby with the luggage bags. It is difficult, many cabs just won't stop on the main street and cabs from the side street seem to ignore me for no reason. I came back to the lobby to rest and get a drink. Asked the reception staff if she can help us call a cab, but she couldn't/wouldn't (don't know which) but at least i got her to write on a piece of paper for us the airport in Thai and that's it. Finally i got out again and a cab driver is willing to take us to the airport (long life and prosper, friend)

Good place to stay away from the bustling city. Try getting a windowless room, as you may not want traffic noise since its highest is up to 5th floor. Distance to shopping area is quite far, requires taxi or tuktuk around 60-70 baht. Don't get conned!

The room was less that I expected. There was no mini bar, let alone fridge. There was no seats on the balcony. The breakfast was limited to scramble eggs or cornflakes and one flavour juice... which wasn't labeled.
We asked about tours... initially we were told the hotel doesn't do them. The second time we asked there was a reluctance to assist.
The location is not in a great place... not a single taxi, tuk tuk drive knew where the hotel was and there was no place to stop to load baggage.

While the hotel is nicely decorated, its location is rather far off from the \"nearest\" train stations by foot. Ended up taking the taxi/tuktuk to get around every day. Attitude varied among staff; one of the staff wasn't too helpful but the rest were okay. Left our luggages at the hotel after check-out and was surprised to know that there was no form of labeling to ensure no mix up. In conclusion, an average boutique hotel that I wouldn't return to after weighing the pros and cons.

Overall, we really satisfied with our staying at this hotel. The location is very strategic, its near to BTS skytrain and its easy to get a taxi/tuktuk just outside the hotel. Cacha Hotel really recommended for Muslim traveller since its very near (10-15mins walking distance) to the Darul Aman mosque and you can easily find halal food (stall and restaurants) along the street. Not to forget their hotel staff which is really helpful and considerate, they can speak english very well and we don't have any problem at all with checking in and checking out process.
The only lack of this hotel is their hotel service, not so frustrating but they could improve it for better service. We do request for iron (steamer/reel/clothes dryer) or whatever you call it, but the hotel doesn't have it. Hair dryer is not provided for each room, you have to request for it and sometimes you have to wait a little longer since they have limited quantity and the need is very high in the morning. If you need a peaceful night sleep, avoid room which facing the main road since the noise can really kill your sleep especially around 11pm-3am Room and hotel cleanliness was excellent but they really need to put air freshener/odor absorber since the hotel smells weird and musty.

great solo trip

I had a nice 1 wk stay at cacha hotel. Good experience n friendly staff. It is noisy if u take the room facing road side. It is safe to walk to bts even late at night.

First time Bangkok!

The hotel was good for the value. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was just as described in images. Really wish the room had irons though. Couldn't wear most of my clothes.

Cacha Hotel

This is a very nice small boutique hotel. The rooms were a bit more expensive but you're paying for the cleanliness, the newer facilities, friendly staff, the quaint atmosphere, and good location. However, the wi-fi connection was not consistent.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the nearest BTS (skytrain) station. There are many food options close by.

New hotel with a vintage outlook

-Light breakfast served only (non buffet style). But the ambience of the cafe was very good.
-Hard to get taxi as it is exactly at a junction. Need to walk a little further down the road or across the main road.
-staff are not really helpful due to having fewer workers.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at Cacha. We love it! The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are friendly and welcoming. For the price it's great value! Definately staying again when we come back to Bangkok!

Stylish hotel and friendly staff

The hotel is about 10-minute walk from BTS Ratchathewi. We arrived late night at the hotel and the staff was waiting for us already. There was security guard in the hotel every night so you feel safe.

However, there is no refrigerator in the room.

Overall, I recommend this hotel to other people

Very nice stylish hotel!

The hotel is very nice and clean and definitely a recommend stay.
The internet works very good in the rooms and the overall decor of the hotel is very artistic and pleasant. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is nice.
The downside is not a perfect location (while not bad at all), not known location to taxi drivers and not very knowledgeable staff.

location is ok 5-10 mins walk from Rachatewi BTS, staffs are nice and helpful (try to fulfill my requests) , price is reasonable, breakfast choice is limited but still ok, very clean, very comfortable, will definitely go back again

Beautiful unique theme. New and clean. Friendly and helpful staff with good english. Centrally located on major street, within a wallking distance from a BTS station. Very close to Siam square. However,the breakfast is poor and dissapointing.

Nice & Clean Art Hotel

pros:
-its new clean hotel.
-staff is very nice.
-im very happy with the house cleaning and they did a very good job.

cons:
-basic simple breakfast. you get bored after two days eating the same food.
-no hair dryer. have requested since i reach until check out i still do not have a hair dryer.
-no proper place to stop or hail a taxi. due to busy main street.
