The hotel environment is excellent, and the staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and eager to help. The parking area is well-maintained with very clear signage. I especially appreciated the wide variety of delicious breakfast options. Of course, the stunning beach views and the high-quality room interiors were also impressive. The only reason I did not leave a total 5 star review is the fact that you cannot get cocktails at the pool or on the beach unless you spend $100 for a day at the Oasis. I couldn't drink enough to make it worth that. I was just wanting to have a couple of afternoon drinks pool/beachside. The Club Lounge was great. The room was super spacious and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful time here. But a little more clarity around the fact that the only pool drinking is at one pool and costs $100 would have been nice.

Loveeeeeeeeeeeee this hotel & resort! From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’ve landed into paradise. Every detail, every accent, the amazing staff, the epic view of Nashiro Beach, my goodness! We literally fell in love and because of this, we cancelled several of our outings simply to enjoy the resort. The private beach and pools are even more beautiful than the pictures and the breakfast buffet is TOP TIER! All the rooms face the ocean so no one is without the breathtaking view and each room comes with a balcony to enjoy the view and sound of the ocean! My
husband and I are beating ourselves up for not extending our time here. The highlight for our trip to Okinawa is absolutely this hotel! For Americans, the beds are twin size but they are super comfortable! 100/10!

This resort is isolated, so I would recommend purchasing their breakfast package if you like to eat early. I regret not getting an international license and renting a car, however it does have a bus limousine to/from the airport, but it only runs until the afternoon. A public bus also stops at this resort.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was low season (mid March), the pools were open but the outdoor ones were cold (didn't stop us from swimming!). The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful: from the moment we arrived (porters, reception), during our stay (pool & ground staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping, market staff) and our departure (concierge, porters). They all made our vacation delightful and very pleasant!
Their breakfast buffet is spectacular! Western and Asian offerings, so something for everyone. The dishes themselves don't rotate, but with the variety, it was easy to eat something \"new\" everyday.
Beach is very well kept. Towel service near each pool. Lifeguards on duty at the pools and beach.
They provide many amenities in your room: pajamas, flip flops, beach bag (which we used for laundry), bathroom toiletries, small fridge, bottled water.
Washer/dryers are available in each wing but take coins only. Change machine in laundry room, very convenient.
We would definitely stay here again. The Ryukyu Hotel and Resort, Nashiro Beach exceeded our expectations!

This property was beautiful. It is remote, but the local bus pulls up right to the front of the property so getting around wasn't an issue for the places we wanted to visit. Beware though, as the beach is not open from November to mid-March.

The hotel was fabulous, especially for the reasonable price. I would have been satisfied having paid several times more than I did. Facilities and amenities are top notch. The staff is exceptional. I also loved the system where the hotel gives you a ¥1,500 discount if you choose not to have your room cleaned. This perfectly offset the daily parking fee of ¥1,500.

The room was clean and the view of the beach was amazing. Staff was very nice. The hotel overall was great and we will be coming back. My only complaint was that we were not allowed to stay in the VIP lounge after our checkout. I know that's due to their rules, but as my parents are elderly (both are 80+), I was hoping they would make an exception for them. We had a later flight so we were only able to rest in the lobby...would have been nice to see the hotel make an exception for elderly, disabled customers.

This is a wonderful hotel. The beach and sunsets are truly beautiful. The bedroom was very comfortable. Access to the lounge was a fabulous addition to our stay. Cocktails prepared by a barman in the lounge were excellent.
The staff at the hotel are very kind. I left my credit cards on the desk at check-out and I received an email reassuring me they were being kept safe. Luckily I was in a position to come back to collect them, but the hotel also offered to post them to me. I really appreciate this level of service.
Also of note is that the hotel is easily accessed by an affordable public bus from Naha city and airport.

We loved this resort so much we are dreaming about the day we can comeback and stay longer. We felt truly spoiled staying here. A real five star experience. The pools were amazing and the view from the balcony was so beautiful. Everything from the kind staff and delicious buffet breakfast, couldn’t have been more perfect. There were restaurants on site to suit every budget including a little store that sold some snacks and drinks. We ate a couple of times at the soba noodle restaurant and it was great. There are not many places outside of the resort to eat. Even though we had a car, we were happen just relaxing at the resort.

Let me start off by saying that this hotel is some complicated and maybe that is the nature of a resort style hotel but there's a lot of do's and don'ts. Very complicated, with lots of stuff to remember. With that being said let me say this hotel is plush with a touch of opulence if that is what you are looking for. They seem to cater to a wide range of budgets and family types. This hotel is family/kid friendly with multiplie swimming pools, a slide and fountain. But it's also caters to adults without kids having an adult dedicated swimming area in the VIP sections and a lounge where kids are not allowed after 5. Even a restaurant where no kids are allowed period. The property is somewhat sprawling and a little complicated to understand until you've been here for a few days then you get your bearings. The staff is very very attentive. Have you heard of the stories of the cleanliness of Japan? Yes it is all true. You don't have to worry about sanitation and cleanliness, it is prevalent wherever you go and this hotel was clean from top to bottom. Rooms are spacious and have quite a bit of amenities within them. I would take a guess as to say 70% of the rooms have an ocean view of some sort. The concierge works hard to make your wishes come true. There are multiple dining options including two buffets with one of them being for executive lounge guest. This hotel overall is a bit on the pricey side but if you are not impressed then a true resort style vacation is not for you.

Hotel was very clean and new, dinner restaurants are expensive with minimal variety. Centre pool reserved for “VIP” members was empty throughout our 10 night stay with a premium charge of £75 per person if we wished to spend the day there which is ridiculous. Hotel supplied a free shuttle for a few days to the centre which was nice but don’t understand why they stopped it in prime summer, hotel is pretty far from everything so a taxi isn’t cheap. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but pools hardly had any hammocks. Maybe 15 for the large pool? If you arrived to the pool after 8am you would have no chance of getting one for the day. The rest was all private beds for hire. Complete waste of space when could be used for more hammocks and supply for your regular customers and not aimed at premium people wanting to spend a fortune to spend the day at the pool.

Guest Experience Feedback – Reservation and Check-

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, at the time of check-in, the reservation details were not thoroughly confirmed, and I was initially provided with a room that did not include the extra bed. Fortunately, after I raised the issue, the room was changed and the additional charge(for child) was removed.

That said, I was concerned that, had I not noticed and informed the staff, my family of three might have spent the entire seven nights uncomfortably in that room. I kindly suggest that more careful attention be given to verifying reservation details at check-in to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

観光で２泊しました。
空港からのアクセスは良く車で20-30分ほど。
新しいホテルとあって、外観内観ともに綺麗で、南国のリゾート感に溢れています。プールと南国の木々、そして目の前に広がるビーチは沖縄感を満喫できます。
そして部屋からの海の眺めと潮の匂いは最高な気分！
ブレックファーストは噂通り種類が豊富で味もなかなかでした。お腹いっぱいになっちゃいます（笑）

ただ一点、車で行くと宿泊者でも一日毎に駐車料金が取られるのはちょっと残念な気分になります。。。

We stayed at Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Nashiro Beach for three nights and found it to be a great option for families, especially those with young children. The pools and beach were the highlights of our stay. However, do note that the afternoon tide can significantly lower the water level, making swimming less enjoyable during those hours.
We visited during a very hot and rainy period, which limited some activities. Breakfast and lunch at the hotel were excellent, with a good variety and quality. That said, if you don’t have a rental car, transportation becomes a challenge,taxis are necessary to reach nearby cities or attractions.
A key tip: renting a car in Okinawa requires an International Driver's Permit (IDP), which you must obtain in advance (e.g., from AAA in the U.S.). We were surprised by this requirement and unable to rent a car, which limited our ability to explore the island fully. Additionally, any tours or island visits often need to be booked well in advance, so plan ahead.
The hotel caters mostly to families with children. While it’s a very nice property, adults traveling without children may find the atmosphere less relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The room was excellent — quiet, well-designed, and the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. We also really appreciated the hotel’s restaurants, facilities, and friendly, attentive staff.
That said, some areas felt overcrowded. The front desk and pool were often packed with guests, and there was a long line for the breakfast buffet each morning. The beach wasn’t as beautiful as expected. It was scattered with pieces of broken coral, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot.
Having an in-room dining option would have made our stay even better. Still, we truly enjoyed the experience and would consider coming back.

開業以来ずっと気になっていて、念願かなっての宿泊でしたが、この夏に再訪したいと滞在中に検索するほど快適に過ごせました。プレミアツインを選びましたが、梅雨の合間の晴れの日だったせいか、ベランダのカウチが心地よかったです。部屋にあったビーチサンダルも、男性用と女性用でしたが、女性２名での宿泊だったので連絡したらすぐに女性用のものを持ってきてくださいました。ホテル内のレストランのスタッフの方も説明も的確で、気持ちよく食事できました。ホテル周辺には食事できるところがほとんどなく、週末は非常に混雑するようなので、事前に予約しておいてよかったです。
ただ、唯一、改善をお願いしたいのはチェックインです。海外の方も多く、それぞれに説明をされていたので、とにかく時間がかかります。私たちも約40分並び、到着早々かなりのストレスでした。スタッフの方は多いように見受けられましたので、並んでいる人が多い時間帯だけでも、フロントをフルに開けて対応していただきたいと思いました。これを除けば、最高の滞在でした！

Property is very new and has everything we need, very new and clean, great options of activities, lots of different pools , awesome staff, life guards are very attentive.
Downside is the location is remote, nothing around the resort, need to use car to get to anywhere.
Gym hours is too short, close at 8pm, almost everywhere else is opened 24hrs.
Beach has a lot of dead corals so it’s rough on the feet.

The view of beach and facilities for various pools was really great!!👍 The condition is the best among the swimming facilities I've been to. Room was also comfortable. It was convenient because the temperature control could be adjusted in detail. The beach is wonderful, and the pool facilities are excellent. There are a few different types of pools which is very rare within one hotel. On Saturday night, when I returned to the room after dinner, I heard there was live band and music somewhere around the pool. The atmosphere was great and relaxing!

This property is well kept and is beautiful. The pools are great as well as locations. Room- excellent. We enjoyed the on-site gym. We would give a 5 star rating with the exception of limited eating options that force you to buy a ‘course’ of food which may include items you don’t want. When we arrived around 5, only 3 or 4 restaurants were available and no a la carte. Additionally they charge per hour for late check out and this seemed a little money- grabby to us. One or 2 hour late check-out should not cost.

Have requested for baby bottle sanitizer for a couple days, promised to bring to my room, but never show up.

Hotel does not have in room dining service and vending machines, couldn’t get any alcoholic drinks at night, not user friendly.

Gloomy and rained during our stay, couldn’t experience the outdoor pools and beach, quite disappointed.

On the other side, front desk is very helpful in recommending restaurants for us.

In all of my 50 years, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel! The customer service was IMPECCABLE! We were met outside by Staff, escorted to check-in, and served tea during our checkin. Also, the view is to die for!

My complaints:
1. No room service
2. “To go” is not permitted from restaurants
3. The same items are served in the club lounge

My family and I truly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurants were wonderful.

Very classy nice view anywhere you look.This hotel is a pleasant to stay ,Staff are really helpful I will recommend this place if you want to go for relaxation and quiet time together bed are really comfortable, very clean and smells good when you just enter the lobby you can tell the place is excellent.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel was clean, spacious, and beautiful. We loved just relaxing in the room and walking around the premises. The hotel breakfast was incredible as well, lots of options and the service was impeccable. 12/10 will stay here again.

If you are looking for a nice resort to relax in, this is a good option. It’s a beautiful facility with excellent staff. Ocean views are spectacular. However, it is remote with few options outside the resort. Biggest complaint is the hours they keep. The club lounge and gym did not open until 8:00 am. Waiting until 8:00 am to have breakfast or to workout at the gym is too restrictive. If you have a captive audience with few options, don’t make them feel like prisoners with your hours of operation.
