Cannot wait to return! This stay was fantastic, with an on-site onsen, pool, and the most welcoming service. The staff tended to our every need, providing transports to the airport, slippers (both in-room and hallway pairs), bath robes, lounge clothes, and more. The laundry room is super useful for travelers, and there is even a detergent dispenser for ease of use. Our room had a private onsen with a beach view, and we couldn't have asked for more!

Clean room with full amenities. A bit old though. It’s been well maintained.
Loved Spa, but no chance to use the pool as it closes 6pm.
Parking was free and plenty of spaces. There is no CVS in the island, so better to get all before you go to the hotel.

A very unique and fun experience, breakfast had lots of veggies options which provided a much needed balance of diet, especially in Japan. The hotel is located in an isolated peninsula by the airport, don't expect to walkout to any family marts or typical city retail shopping. There are good casual restaurant nearby and outdoor enjoyment of being by the coast. Staff and service were good. The only thing is certain parts of the hotel seemed dated and worn out. Some cosmetic upgrades and renovations would make this into luxurious hotel

Even standard twin room is spacious as it has a small living room space, clean and tidy lavatory and comfy bed. Onsen is a must go for sure. Just that the reception staff can have more smile and greet guests proactively.

It's a perfect stay when you just landed/ about to depart given the near proximity to the airport. Everything is perfect, from the breakfast to the scenery and onsen, the only thing that I hope can be improved is the air-conditioning. It's too weak during the summer.

Good service and location. Room was clean and tidy, with a nice view. Breakfast was fanciful, with many meats and a good soup, but a bit soggy. Didn't visit the onsen as they don't allow any signs of ink even if it is temporary. Overall a decent stay.

The staff is nice and helpful. They provide special gift for toddlers. The infinity pool is nice but close a bit early. The hot spring got several pools and with long opening hours. Breakfast is provided but you need to queue up for the tables so remember to go earlier and save longer time for that. The hotel is close to the airport with only ten minutes drive. It is a good place to stay just after you arrive or before you leave Okinawa. And the seaview is stunning at the balcony with private hot spring. A number of restaurants to choose from nearby the hotel.

Great service with some improvements to be perfect

Staff was relatively thorough on explaining facilities in the hotel. Staff was helpful in booking taxi for us for our early flight the following day. As one of my family members is a vegetarian, hotel was able to accommodate to her requests in both dinner and breakfast which allowed my family to have a peace of mind.
Also, we were able to get our shuttle bus refund back despite not having the 'receipt' from the bus driver, which we didn't know we should get.

I love the sea view of the hotel, the open-air bath in the room and also that loccitane products were provided in the rooms.

However, it seems that different rooms have different clothes to be worn in the hotel. We did not use it as we have booked different rooms and it seemed like there was a class difference.

Some of the placement of things in the room could have been better. There was no place to hang clothes or towel in the shower room - which was weird for me.

Dinner was simple in a fine dining style. As we had to take the morning flight, hotel prepared a cold bento set for us in the morning by 6am. I would have enjoyed a warm bento though.

The room was beautiful the food was pretty good not amazing but good, the view and hot tub on our terrace was awesome, although the service was not that great, we had to change clothes, we were early, obviously the room wasn't available, which I totally understand, but they didn't have any other choice than the toilet to change clothes, they have a spa area, but they don't allow people to access to change, we were at a different hotel in Naha a few days prior and they had no problem with it. You pay a lot of money for the night and you get a lot less service.
The room was the best part but not sure I will go back.
There is nicer place for the same price in Japan usually the service is impeccable this was a snobby place.

Love the buffet breakfast spread! Large variety of western and japanese options. We stayed at 2 different rooms - Standard Twin and Anji room. Despite paying lesser for the standard twin, we felt the room was much better. The layout , space and functionality of the room made more sense. The anji room layout was odd. The sink was behind the bed and the toilet and showet were far apart. However on the plus side the anji room offered better toiletries. The star of the hotel was the onsen! We love the different pools to soak and the sauna! Would definitely go back again!

The room can be requested with ocean view, private onsen bath on outdoor balcony. Breakfast buffet awesome. Infinity pool was fantastic. Massage and facial were incredible. There is a shuttle, although you have to watch the hours it is open. The terrace shops and restaurants are great. The staff are super helpful. The swimming beach and jogging path are available free. We plan to come back.

Worth every dollar spent

Amazing stay. The room was nice and cosy. We were introduced to join free membership of the hotel and entitled us to have free drinks at the lounge. We went to the onsen twice, although the onsen is small, but it’s well maintained and offered good views. The sea view from our room balcony was breathtaking. Breakfast spread and quality were good. We hardly wanted to go out from the hotel for sightseeing.

Great stay

Great time at Senagajima. Went for the Onsen and had breakfast at the terrace. For those who don't know, you can print out a 300 yen discount coupon at the hotel lobby. The staff was super kind and the room clean. There's a shuttle from the monorail station and airport as well. This was my second visit and I will be staying again the next time I visit.

員工都相當親切且專業，提出特殊需求也有協助達成，還會使用翻譯機詢問問題！早餐的種類也相當多樣化，還有提供當地的特產；唯一美中不足的是可能是老飯店了，房間內的馬桶沖水聲相當大，若是同行者中有淺眠的人，晚上很有可能被吵醒（但也有可能是剛好入住的那間房的廁所有異常）
