Since this is resort type hotel, it is a bit far for walking to other stores, markets or restaurants. It is one bus stop away from a highly recommend Itoman Fish Market. The hotel is close by a public beach with its own large size pool for leisure lounging around. The overall experience was excellent.

We had a wonderful experience there. Room was very specious and we could see the ocean every day. Staff were very friendly and also professional. Only thing was that we stayed 4 nights and contents of breakfast buffet were the same for 4 days so we hoped a bit difference but foods were good. Thank you.

Staff was quite accommodating, and displayed excellent ability to anticipate our needs as guests providing an English speaker.

Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. If you would not like to try the food available at the hotel, the bus has a stop at the front of the hotel which goes to pretty much every major part of the city.

Personally my favorite part of the hotel was its location. Great place for some peace & quiet.

The place is dated, the rooms stinks. We tried 2. Is moldy the are way very dusty.
I had a hard time breathing.
Not recommended and Expedia should remove from their listing.

We ate breakfast and lunch at one of the restaurants. The food did not seem to be rotating or refilled throughout. It’s were sitting out for a long time which made the food dry.
The bar inside and the bar at the pool were never opened.
Staff did either clean our rooms and/or restock fresh towels everyday which was great.
They only charge one set price for parking per day which came out to be about $3.50, which was wonderful

This place was pretty good! It's a bit tired looking, a little run down here and there, but overall was very satisfactory. The indoor pool was very warm, which was nice. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, so much to choose from and really good food. I appreciated that it was included in our stay! The outdoor pool had just opened for the season when we arrived so it was too cold for us, but it looked good. I'll be honest when I say the photos don't totally match reality, it's not quite as stunning as it looks, and yes, you do have to go through an industrial area to get there, but for the three nights we stayed, we had fun. I recommend having a car if you can, it's an hour walk to the aquarium, partly along the beach and then through more industrial area, you need to cab or bus to town, but the bus isn't super frequent and it's very slow. Several stops. Not what we were used to coming from the efficiency of mainland Japan, so we ended up spending around 30-80 (CAD) a day on taxis to get anywhere in the surrounding area. To get to Shuri Castle you can actually cab to the Akamine stop for around 2000 Yen, then take the train the rest of the way. Saves you a bit of money and time. Limo bus is also slow. But it was only about 18 minutes to the airport by taxi, which is convenient. Beware the harbor view room, it is technically a harbor, but it's all shipping containers and freighters and what looks like a factory? If you're not in your room much, it's ok.

The hotel itself has a lot of very old feeling furniture in the rooms. Sometimes there’s a lot of music being blasted around the premises that can be annoying. The hotel is also located in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area, but the bus line around the hotel makes it not too big of a deal. The hotel will also schedule a taxi for you as needed. Fine hotel overall.

Room was great! Came all the way from Sacramento, California, USA. Unbelievably warm welcome everybody that my wife and I stayed for three days. The beach area is beautiful. Staff was very friendly and really tied to understand English and our questions. I will definitely be back. Thank you Itoman, Okinawa, Japan. Beautiful place and lovely people.

This property was amazing! We got the view side & I’m so happy we did. Saw the sunset every evening, woke up to an amazing view of the pool & the beach! There’s a great system to checking in & the property is just beautiful all around!
The only possible down side was the parking, it’s quite a distance & there was a storm warning so I was thinking how much I would have to walk in the rain to get to the hotel lobby from where we parked.

Deluxe hotel rooms are subpar with outdated furnishings and dirty walls, plus if you have a balcony there are no balcony chairs. We were so taken aback by the appearance of the room because it definitely did not match the site pics, and we specifically paid more for the deluxe over the standard room for the added esthetics. Our room was unclean, had marred furnishings, and no balcony chairs. Was absolutely floored that we paid extra for a deluxe that looked worse than a motel 6 room. Fortunately we were able to switch to a superior room, which was WAAAAY better thanks to their customer service rep, Ali, who looked at the condition of the room and moved us. I hope this was a one off, but the fact that even the walls were black with scuff marks, and the love seat cushions had stains, make me believe it's not.

Very disappointing for a so called 4-star hotel. The rooms feel old and poorly maintained, with stained walls, dirty bathroom corners, and even ants inside. The mattresses are hard, the bidet water is boiling hot with no adjustment, and the TV is outdated with no streaming apps.

There isn’t much to do around the hotel, and the nearest convenience store is a 30 minute walk one way, so you’re basically stuck eating at the hote and the food wasn’t that good either. Worst of all, when my Domino’s order never arrived, the front desk made zero effort to help me call and figure it out, even knowing I don’t speak Japanese. I had to sort everything out on my own with the help of a kind stranger.

Overall, poor facilities, poor service, and not worth the price. There are much better options nearby with better beaches and amenities.

Great resort like hotel near the beach.
We had a beautiful view of the see from our very spacious room with balcony.
The pools were lovely and a perfect way to relax in between exploring and shopping.
Just across the road was a lovely wee beach which was really nice for swimming.
The breakfast was great, so many options to choose from and making it a really good value stay.
Poolside food and drinks were very expensive and although they had restaurants at the hotel we didn’t dine there due to price and selection
Having a convenience store onsite was great though for snacks, drinks and ice creams ( and a range of souvenirs fairly priced) as there is nothing walkable in this area. That’s the main downside of this hotel but worth it to have the facilities we enjoyed.
There was a bus that stopped at the hotel to take you to and from the airport and to shopping areas so that was convenient.
We spent a bit in u era though as it was a way out and the bus wasn’t always possible.
Unfortunately our check in and out took way too long and the staff weren’t able to help with advice on local restaurants etc which was a shame as we depend on local knowledge when travelling.
Other than that a great stay and we really enjoyed it

The Parking area is too dark at night that I didn’t feel safe at all. How hard is it to install few lights? Really it was very uncomfortable to walk alone and I didn’t feel safe for my car either.

The staff was super kind, but most didn’t speak English, which made even simple things—like calling a taxi—pretty difficult. Housekeeping was fantastic and kept everything spotless, but the beds were really uncomfortable.

There’s no food delivery allowed, and you can’t take food from the restaurants back to your room, which was a bit inconvenient. The gift shop staff were awesome, though, and the views were definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, the room felt very outdated and could use a serious refresh.

It is a nice place to stay away from the noise in downtown so therefore, it is quite a journey to travel to a nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel offers a nearby beach, a few restaurants and a nice big pool to spend the whole day there. A bit limited on the schedule as they close pretty early and it's difficult to have a late snack. Overall this place is amazing due to the view, the cleanliness and the friendly staff.

Great hotel if you want to chill at the resort or on the beach. A little difficult to walk around Naha since the hotels a little out of the way, but they offer scooter rentals in the lower lobby. All around, I'd definitely go back.

Nice hotel. Quiet and we'll equipped. Pools were nice. Location ok, handy for bus transport to city, shops, and airport. Not much nearby to walk to unfortunately. Be nice if the onsite convenience store was bigger with more range, as unable to walk elsewhere. Also, probably shouldn't charge children under 5/6 for breakfast, as they don't really eat much! Wouldn't take much to make this place 10/10 with some minor tweaks

Lovely views! Quiet area, in Itoman industrial area. Parking available. Make sure to put parking ticket into the machine by reception before going out again to avoid getting an additional cost. We paid for parking at check in however were not aware of needing to put the parking ticket into the machine inside the hotel first each time therefore ended up with an additional 2000+ yen parking fee we had to pay to be able to leave the premises however after figuring out there was a machine inside the hotel we avoided any additional fees.

The hotel itself is great, the staff is super nice, the facilities are great and the breakfast is great. If one facility should improve: the kids room isn’t great, there isn’t much to do for them there.

The biggest negative was the location, the hotel is quite isolated, the beach (in the spring) wasn’t great and dining options are limited if you don’t get out by car or bus.

A very good location for short time vacation. The bus line outside the front gate is excellent as it stops at most tourist places. Shopping and dining become very easy. Their laundry room is very big and provides many machines, very good. The pool is beautiful, but I didn't try it, because the weather was still cool. The beach is walkable even you don't swim in this season. The only complaint is breakfast buffet was very crowded.

We liked the room size and view, we appreciate the front desk staff for helping us to get back our backpack we forgot on the bus. The swimming pool is the best, the beach isn’t natural but clean and safe. The hotel has some activities for kids that were fun, there were a lot of kids there. The bus is convenient, it goes directly from airport to hotel and back, but you will need to get the ticket at the bus door and pay on the bus that we didn’t know about it. However, the hotel is outdated, it needs to be upgraded and cleanliness, checked in was confused because the lobby is on 2nd floor but no sign for it. Buffets are ok: more Asian food, a few choices of Western food. We gave 4 stars instead of 3 stars bc the room price and the appreciation to the front desk

Hotel facility is good especially at the price point, proximity to a very family friendly beach helps a lot. Pool is large and the water slide is fun. Stayed with family of four and friends. We all enjoyed the property.

Breakfast buffet food is pretty poor and the hotel has some odd policies like trying to charge 4 year olds for the included breakfast and charging you to use the pool before 3PM check in.

Otherwise though, if you want to relax in a good pool and a kid safe beach, it’s pretty good.

Close but not walking distance to decent restaurants.

For the cost, I guess what can I expect??
We felt bait N switched.

Online mentioned \"ocean view\", and showed an ocean outside the window.... but didn't mention the industrial equipment everywhere in this \"ocean view\". lol

There was nothing nearby the hotel...and to drive to get to places to eat, there was a lot of traffic......where you sit at a light for at least 3 revolutions before you get to cross.

For this type of inconvenience, you would think that they would have a small convenience store within the hotel grounds for necessities and popular snacks.
.....this would be especially important after 9pm.

Good news is they have a year-round indoor pool that is heated. Also a jacuzzi.

The buffet lunch was also tasty.

BEAUTIFUL hotel, views, beach and it's immaculate.

Cons:
-For being 10min from Naha, there is definitely a language barrier at this hotel. 1 doorman spoke broken English, that's it.
-Literally in the middle of an industrial area. MAKE SURE to get a shuttle bus schedule. It will take you to a fish market (a few sushi restaurants), a mall with a beach nearby (with a food court, so you're not paying $35 for a mediocre dinner at the hotel), an aquarium, an outlet mall, a couple of beaches, monorail, and Airport.
-Hotel food is mediocre at best. If you are American, you cannot be a picky eater. Your best bet is a $1.00 shuttle ride to the mall. There they have a food court (Spicy Chicken, Starbucks, Gong-Cha, A&W) and grocery store for snacks in your room
