Pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Admiral Palace. The physical hotel is a bit dated (only sit down tub, no functional shower); but they keep it up very well. The hotel restaurant is excellent with unique menu items. Nice pool facilities.

So sad to see .

The area let down the hotel. Once the area was the place to be seen with the stars. Now I am sorry to say most hotels are closed and just shells. The tourists train drive around the town is so sad reflecting on the area in days gone by .

we stayed here 2 nights .. there was a party of 7 of us in 3 rooms. when we checked in we had no towels. we asked on 3 separate occasions for towels before we eventually got them from reception. internet wifi was poor. hairs in rooms would suggest the bathroom was not cleaned.

Resort style hotel. Excellent facilities.

A beautiful location in Chianciano Terme. Visit the historic hilltop town for spectacular views of Tuscany. Resort provided entertainment and tastings of local cheeses, olive oil and wines. Very large restaurant, ample breakfasts. Only one concern, the outdoor pool was quite chilly. Why not utilise solar heating from the Tuscan Sun? Great town.

Good hotel for price

By no means a real 4 star hotel, but for the inexpensive price it is a very good choice. The rooms are bright, clean, with good bathrooms and beds, the breakfast is above average, wifi free in room, and a convenient location to explore Tuscany. The hotel is a bit dated and fairly basic with amenities but again, you can't go wrong overall for the price.

Most appreciated - free soft drinks in the mini bar and free tea and coffee on request.
Least appreciated - hiring of bathrobe/ slippers for the spa was compulsory with an extra daily charge to use the indoor pool.
Hotel was as good as I expected from a Best Western, staff helpful and room warm and comfortable.

The hotel is very outdated. There was mold in the shower and a duvet without a cover, just a sheet underneath the duvet. Very unhygienic. We had lunch in the restaurant when we arrived, which unfortunately set the tone for the stay. The selection on the menu was incredibly poor. The toast we were served was not toasted at all, and the burger was so bone-dry and had a big pile of cheese (which looked like it had been melted but had solidified into a cold lump again). We asked for fries with the burger, but that wasn’t possible. Nor was it possible to get any sauce with the steak. This hotel belongs more in the 2-3 star category. The staff was friendly and helpful. That is the only positive thing about the hotel.

Pueblo fantasma

Hotel muy antiguo en un pueblo fantasma. El pueblo está abandonado calles descuidadas. En otro tiempo ha debido ser un pueblo para descanso pero ahora está muerto.
El hotel tiene piscina que es lo mejor q tiene.
La habitación es enorme con antesala pero el baño está muy viejo.
En el armario las Per has están tan altas que yo no le llegaba para colgar la ropa.

Comodo il garage ,ma andrebbe segnalato meglio. L'hotel si presenta bene ,bella la holl e il bar . La camera \"classic \" si presenta molto bene,spaziosa, letto king comodissimo e cuscini i
memory top ,tv 50 pollici e aria condizionata buona, di contro c'è il bagno un po' vecchio con la doccia da cambiare ,però buoni gli asciugamani,un po' troppa polvere in tutta la camera e il telecomando era veramente troppo sporco. La colazione buona ,molta varietà di dolci e salati.buono il cappuccino. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno ho puntualizzato solo per la struttura che con poco farebbe la differenza.

Ho prenotato camera con accesso SPA, da nessuna parte era evidenziato che è obbligatorio presentare il Green Pass per l'accesso alla SPA.
Ogni obbligatorietà deve essere evidenziata al omento della prenotazione.
Il cliente non è obbligato a conoscere tutte le normative, che cambiano anche all'interno della stessa struttura, in base al tipo di servizio erogato.
Capisco che le normative ultimamente cambiano con frequenza, ma di questo non ha colpa il cliente.
Nessun rimborso è stato offerto per il servizio non erogato.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel solo una notte quindi non posso esprimere il mio giudizio più allargato ma posso dire che sono rimasta leggermente delusa....mi aspettavo la classe di un grand hotel ma purtroppo non era cosi...diciamo che è un buon hotel di 3 stelle superiori....
Bagni assolutamente da ristrutturare questi mi hanno delusa tanto...
Invece stanza era carina ...molto bella con un letto gigantesco..comodissimo ...ho dormito tanto bene...materasso comodo...arredamento fine...molto carino...
Purtroppo appena arrivati abbiamo avuto problemi con la carta per aprire la porta della camera perché la ragazza non la attivata bene se ho capito bene...e dovevamo fare su e giu due volte...perché continuava a non funzionare..

Invece spa era molto carino
..pulito...curato...
Anche se mi sembrava un po troppa gente...non sono riuscita fare neanche vasca idromassaggio..

Soggiorno piacevole, tappa per spostarsi in Val d’Orcia quindi poca vita di hotel.
Mi ha colpito un pianoforte a coda all'ingresso senza sgabello, usato come soprammobile, peccato in una struttura in cui ogni sera ho sentito musica su basi preregistrate.
Colazione molto buona, abbondante purtroppo poca attenzione a cibi bio, vegani e alternativi al tradizionale latte.
Il personale assolutamente eccellente, ragazzi cordiali, disponibili, educatissimi.
SPA di buon livello.

Ottima colazione, ottima posizione per muoversi nella Val d'Orcia, personale molto bene. Bella e al sole la piscina esterna, alcune sere al bar fanno musica dal vivo, parcheggio anche coperto, bella vista. Ristorante ok se non avete voglia di muovermi.
Stanza grande anche se non tutto moderno e correttamente funzionante, spazioso anche il bagno, letto grande, pulizia a volte super a volte male, la spa ha un costo extra, acqua gratuita in stanza
