Lovely place to stay while in France. Quite convenient - my wife and i were on a get away to the south of France and chose this location because it was in between major cities and easy for day trips to Nice, Cannes, Menton and a lot cheaper than staying in the major cities. Grasse is also a very beautiful town, about a 25 min walk away up the hill from the hotel. There is a pizzeria less than 5 min walk away from the hotel with amazing pizza, and be sure to check out the Cambodian food truck abit further downhill (10 min walk). Highly recommended.

We had a great family stay here - restaurant was ideal, swimming pool lovely, staff were really friendly and helpful, rooms were very comfortable and location was perfect for visiting the Fragonard perfume factory and joining a workshop. We walked down the hill there in just under 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Last minute plan change brought us here. Pleasant helpful staff, very clean, beautiful outdoor area nestled into to city. Felt safe and secure. Pool was a plus! Great price. Rooms were smallish but comfortable. Restaurant closed Friday and Saturday, but recommendations for local eateries from front desk was terrific and they called a made our reservation.

I would stay again.

This property was within walking distance of the lovely historic town center of Grasse. We enjoyed the pool after the walk around the center. The fitness center is poorly equipped and the machines poorly maintained (not calibrated properly). But the room were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. We had the family suite so our terns had their own room which was a big plus. The decor has a retro 70’s feel. The front desk staff were always helpful and we loved the restaurant they recommended across the street.

The hotel is somewhat away from the city centre. The building is not very attractive, and the rooms are outdated. The bathroom especially is more 3 than 4 star. The lobby has no atmosphere, but the pool area is ok.
Altogether I would say that this hotel could use some extra attention......

The staff is terrific and the location ideal! The GARE (train station) is 15 minutes walking and there is a his station that takes you to the center and even stops at Molinard! Try the restaurant, really good!

Love this hotel. Very pleasant surprise as we arrived late afternoon, sat poolside and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It’s location is perfect if you’re in Grasse for perfume making and exploring. The staff is excellent and the rooms and amenities are very nice. I would definitely stay here again with our family of four

The hotel itself was very attractive and the facilities good. The attitude of the staff was poor. They need to be more customer-centred. We could not get a hot tub booking until our 3rd day. The restaurant was closed second night. The TV in the room did not work so had to move rooms. I asked to go topless but was told that this was not allowed - very strange for France. I saw a young couple making-out in the pool.
Grasse is a great place but I'd avoid this hotel again.

The hotel is nice and the staff was very helpful. We were traveling in July during a heat wave and the air conditioner went out. It was very hard to sleep at night and we had three nights of no air conditioner. The staff tried to do their best with the situation but very unbearable to sleep. They did discount the rooms which was the right thing to do. We also had very limited wi-fi during stay which made it difficult to communicate with our family in friends overseas.

The rooms are small conpared to american standards but very clean and modern. The hotel is a 5-10 drive from the center of the city where all the restaurants and bars are, so if you are looking for something close to the center keep that in mind. Overall, I would highly recommand!

Amazing time in Grasse and the ladies on the front desk namely Eliodie, Carman and Laurie were so very helpful, and they went out of there way to ensure that we had a great time at the hotel and they are so knowledgeable of Grasse which was great. Those three ladies are a credit to that hotel. Not to forget Stephane he was great as well.

Executive rooms are very small by American standards but clean. In general we like Best Westerns in France. They have nice locations and are well run. Lobby and pool area were nice. Pool lounge chairs somewhat sparse. Pool has no shallow end but I liked it. The first night we took a taxi in to town, I think 20€. Make sure you get taxi contact info from the desk so you can call one when you leave. It’s 3km/2 miles back. Breakfast was adequate.

The service at this hotel was excellent! We got upgraded to a bigger room because they had free rooms. Also the restaurant at this hotel was excellent! The pool area was really good og it was a nice big pool. The hotel is situated a little outside the town which make it a bit of a journey to walk to town because Grasse is very steep.

Very Mediocre

Most of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, one waiter at the restaurant treated us far inferior to other guests who were French.

When we left the hotel we asked for a taxi to the train station - the taxi driver delayed us because he was too busy chatting/flirting with the girls at the front desk. He left the meter running while he kept us waiting and we overpaid for the 2 minute ride but we didn't have a choice because we had a train to catch. I called the hotel from the train station to complain about the inflated price and unnecessary delay and the staff was indifferent.

The AC didnt drop below 25 degrees Celsius and the bed wasn't comfortable. There is very little near the hotel so you have to walk or take the bus to the center of town.

The pool is nice but other than that we wouldn't stay here again.

Very nice and modern hotel. Great breakfast and even has a gym though limited equipment. Bike, elliptical, treadmill and rowing machine. Plenty of parking - not ideal if you want to walk around though.

Good no frills hotel

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The weather for our stay (mid Nov) was excellent but this meant our room was uncomfortably warm. We were told that the air-conditioning did not work once summer was over and that the only way to reduce the temperature was to open the window. This meant we were subjected to considerable external noise; not conducive to a good night's sleep!
Initially our room safe did not work properly. It was quickly replaced - but I am a little wary when such items can be moved so easily!
Although this was a perfectly adequate hotel and served our purpose well, I feel that a 4 Star rating is slightly over generous.

The hotel was generally ok, the staff were lovely, the setting tranquil but... The room was really quite small for 2 people, the food choices in the evenings were bizarre and in the evenings mice ran around the terrace area. Grasse as a town was quaint but is easily done as a day trip, I'd stay elsewhere and visit for a day.

We planned to travel to other cities and used this hotel as our base. It is a bit hard to find, and the breakfast was pricey, therefore, we chose to eat at McDonald's close by. The WIFI was spotty, but it was free. Shampoo and soap were in one dispenser that was hard to work. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. There was ample free parking.

A friendly welcome. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Ordering our evening meal proved difficult as the staff in the restaurant didn't speak any English. Receptionist kindly translated the menu. Location with great views but not ideal for a walk into town. Need a car for sure. Would recommend hotel and would stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is nice and the reception staff and housekeepers were brilliant. The pool and facilities are great too. Location wise it's a little out of the centre but it's very close to the train station and there's a bus stop just outside. Make use of the regular local buses as much as you can - taxi's in the part of the world are extortionate! They don't serve lunches but there's a fantastic pattisserie at the bottom of the hill serving some of the best lunches and cakes I've ever had. Great stay! :)

Nice hotel, but not near enough to town

Room very small, but clean and has all facilities required. The pool area is also a nice addition. We arrived on a Monday to be told that there was no restaurant available and the local pizza restaurant across the road was also closed. We ended up eating at Mc Donald's at the bottom of the hill.

Prix de ma chambre trop élevé .prix du petit déjeuner très excessif par rapport à la prestation !!!! Certes ce B W est un hotel de passage mais quand même . A mon arrivée le personnel d'accueil peu aimable .A contrario , le personnel restauration et petit déjeuner a été efficace serviable. En revanche la carte du restaurant : mieux vaut ne pas tester plusieurs jours . En conclusion je ne recommanderai pas cet etablissement

La qualité des séjours que j'ai pu faire auparavant chez Best western sont appréciables,pour cette fois-ci ce qui a été décevant lors de ce séjour a été un souci avec une demande de réservation du jacuzzi qui a été facturé le 1er jour mais le lendemain matin une autre personne m'a dit pas possible d'y aller car besoin d'une maintenance dessus, chose qui a été l'après-midi démenti par la même personne du personnel qui avait validé la réservation la veille. Après cette incompréhension je suis en attente du remboursement qui devrait être fait normalement semaine prochaine. Souci aussi avec fer à repasser dont je n'ai pas pu bénéficier après avoir insisté à plusieurs reprises la journée pour en avoir un mais pas de disponible car déjà dans d'autres chambres.
En dehors de ça le petit-déjeuner très bien comme d'habitude ainsi que le lit confortable.

L’hôtel est situé en périphérie de la ville, assez loin du centre, il faut mieux utiliser la voiture pour s’y rendre. La chambre sentait la fumée de cigarette, dommage.
Par ailleurs la chambre, confortable ne permettait pas de se croiser devant les lits.
Pas certain que le statut des 4 étoiles soit au rendez-vous.

Camera con affaccio piacevole sulla piscina. Il letto era comodo e il piccolo frigorifero in camera utile. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio incluso nel soggiorno. Tuttavia, considerando il costo della camera, sarebbe stato apprezzabile avere la colazione incusa.
