this is not a hotel, this is a rental, and definitely not a clean one. I don’t know who gave this property the confidence to put 5 stars next to it… in what world is this 5 star quality?

It’s dirty, the floors are disgusting and the whole places smells very pungently of mildew. The floors are not clean and full of dirty shoe marks and spiders and worms. The bathroom is horrible, the toilet does not flush properly and is also dirty like everything else in this property. You can imagine the state of a room that never gets cleaned and is constantly being rented out. There is also rarely any reception staff during the hours indicated. Good luck trying to check in and checkout even during the times where the staff are “supposedly” available.

The reviews praising this property are most definitely fake or they have incentivized in some way to boost the property rating. If you value cleanliness and hygiene, stay away from here. For the price I paid for this, I could have gone anywhere else and had a much better experience, but I was fooled by the fake reviews.

Please take my word if you are considering this accommodation: Go literally anywhere else, sleep on the street if you have to.

The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever.

Thankfully Franck the front desk attendant was able to move us to a better room farther away from the pool. He was the bright spot at this place and the only reason I give it 4 stars. He was very helpful with everything and even gave us some great tips on where to go to see some authentic villages.

Good value, Self catering and enough Free Parking. Had some maintenance issues with room but handled well by staff and management. Wifi was not working properly during my stay and was unfortunately not fixed by the time I left. Will stay again if Wifi and maintenance issues are attended to.

We were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation.
Very clean appartment with an extra large sofa bed and a nice kitchen. Central to a lot of surrounding areas especially since we had our own car. Accessible parking. Wonderful lobby and pool area and very good breakfast.
The only suggestion we have is better WiFi connectivity in our room. It was very good in the lobby.

Convenience apart hotel

Close to the city of Cannes and the Provençal towns. Ideally situated in a quiet area and easy to locate off the highway and city. Rooms are simple. Cleanliness could be improved, dusty on ledges and under the bed. Balcony was nice although a roof would shade and keep the rain off to enjoy. Kitchenette had all supplies. Dish soap would be helpful so you wouldn't have to purchase as a traveller. Asked for towels after 3 days and front desk said there would be a charge. Asked on 4th day and front desk said we usually charge in the summer when the pool is open-but it is winter and shouldn't be a problem and brought fresh towels. (I don't think a guest should have to ask after 4 days! There is no housekeeping until you leave which was also odd for an 8 day stay). Also had to ask for a refresh of toilet paper twice as no one refreshed the room. Breakfast was included, small continental, same fruit for the first 4 days ( 2 apples and a string of grapes not fresh) mini croissants depleted by us, there was one less everyday from what we had consumed the day before. Buffet seemed to be replenished on Friday when more guests were checking in. Cold cuts were stale and started to smell 'off' by end of week.

Lovely apartments!

Lovely apartments. Really chilled and relaxing place. Enjoyed the pool. The old town of Mougin is beautiful but there is not much around the apartments so you need a car. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
The only suggestion I would make is to have more comfort in the lounge of the 2 bed apartment and a pack in the kitchen with few basics: small washing liquid, sponge and few more dishwashing tabs.

Really friendly and welcoming Hotel

I stayed in this nice hotel whilst traveling on business, visiting an exhibition and conference in Cannes. Although slightly out of town the location is lovely and still convenient for my trip. The hotel had only just opened and despite a couple of teething problems the Hotel owner remained helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would happily return. It is clean and finished to a high standard. Too cool for the pool this last week but I'm sure that added facility will be even more lovely in the hotter months. Good value for money

Bon séjour, accueil chaleureux et très serviable. Par contre le logement mériterait des rénovations : salle de bain : lavabo bouché et au niveau de robinetterie de la baignoire : château branlant rafistolé avec du carrelage et de la mousse , fissures dans tout le logement, le sol pas très propre, ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Es un alojamiento normalito, con un mentenimiento escaso quw deja mucho quw desear. El primer día la puerta de la habitación no cerraba y tuvimos que insistir mucho para que la arreglaran porque pretendían que durmiéramos el con la puerta abierta. El lavavajillas estaba estropeado desde el primer día, avisamos en recepción y no lo arreglaron en toda la estancia. También se nos estropeó un enchufe, avisamos y tampoco lo arreglaron. Solo hay una persona en recepción que tiene que hacerse cargo de todo. A su favor tiene la ubicación y que la habitación es bastante amplia y las camas cómodas. Como a partir de las 9 de la noche no hay recepción se nos perdió la llave de la habitación y tuvimos que llamar a un teléfono para que nos lo solucionaran si bien no tardaron más de media hora en acudir y hacernos un duplicado, lo cual es de agradecer.Por último destacar la amabilidad del recepcionista del último día que tuvo el detalle de ofrecernos agua para el viaje de vuelta.

Overall, this is a genuinely impressive establishment to lodge for a few nights. Its proximity to the highway is a notable convenience, yet surprisingly, no vehicular noise permeates the apartment or the pool area.

The apartment provides all the expected amenities, satisfying our requirements flawlessly. However, we encountered an issue with a poorly secured glass door in our shower. Given its instability, it wasn't safe for family use, especially with a child. Luckily, the apartment also included a hot tub and an additional shower, offering a useful alternative.

The reception was informed about the faulty shower door, and we earnestly hope they rectify this issue for future guests.

Despite the aforementioned problem, the hotel is a highly commendable place to stay. It offers cleanliness, tranquility, private parking, a securely gated area, and a multilingual reception. Given our positive experience, we would certainly consider returning if we were to visit Nice again in the future.

Alles in Allem angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Das Positive an der Unterkunft war, dass man sich jederzeit sicher gefühlt hat und man das Auto vor dem Apartment auf dem Gelände parken kann. Das Gelände ist nur über ein Tor und einen Zugangscode zugänglich.
Die Anlage ist gepflegt und ganz hübsch anzusehen. Der Pool ist sauber und wohltemperiert.
Die einzelnen Zimmer hingegen sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht auf den ersten Blick direkt einige Mängel.
Auch der Boden und die Ecken waren nicht wirklich sauber bei unserer Ankunft.
Die Sauberkeit der wichtigen Stellen (Toilette,Badewanne,Bett,Küchenzeile) ist jedoch gegeben.
Handyempfang hatten wir im Apartment keinen, das Wlan hat nur sporadisch funktioniert.
Als wirklich schön empfunden haben wir, dass das Hotel sehr Hunde-freundlich ist. Somit begegnet einem jedoch auch mal der ein oder andere Hund mit seinem Herrchen. Man sollte also keine Angst vor Hunden haben.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und hat uns bei unserem Check-in auf die letzte Minute trotzdem alles erklärt was wir wissen mussten und uns freundlich empfangen.
Bei längerem Aufenthalt (ab 8Tage) muss man noch die Spülmaschine einräumen und das Apartment in einen akzeptablen Zustand versetzen sowie den Müll vor seiner Abreise wegbringen.
Wer also keine Probleme damit hat am Ende seines Aufenthaltes noch ein wenig aufzuräumen und damit Leben kann kein Top modernes Zimmer zu haben ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Bon séjour pour le 31 décembre.
Chambre spacieuse, bien équipé, bonne localisation, personnel agréable, espace bien arboré.
Dommage qu'il manquait quelques petits éléments comme des vestiaires, des pantoufles ou des peignoirs pour aller au sauna / salle de sport car on doit passer dans un couloir bâché vu qu'il y a des travaux pour la piscine extérieure. De plus, dommage que le personnel ne prévoit pas d'allumer le chauffage lors de l'arrivée des clients surtout en plein hiver. Des petites attentions permettent d'apprécier le séjour.
