All the accommodation units feature a fully-equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom and a spacious, comfortable seating area. They come complete with a host of modern conveniences such as air conditioning.
It features a seasonal outdoor pool, sauna and fitness centre. POLICIES: The resort requires a credit card to secure a refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment on check-in.

Staff, in particular, Rebecca (manager) and Espoir, have been amazing with service and recommendations for dining and travel. Our two week stay with family, including a 7 month old baby, has been seamless. A bassinet and high chair were in the room upon arrival. After a long flight from Canada we could all nap! Nice, Cannes, Eze all within an hour radius. Great food everywhere. We had forgotten how fresh veg and fruit tasted - so delicious.

We arrived lat about 11pm. The reception lady was great and was expecting us. Rooms were newly decorated and clean. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very good for cooking in.
The hotel is very well situated for travelling to other towns. Ice gym as well.

First of all - understand that it's a $25-$35 Uber EACH way from the main train station. It's UP in a smaller town in the hills. (where EVERYTHING closes early.) Upon arrival we got ATTITUDE from the reception. Asked about the pool & told it was closed at 8PM... so we missed it by a few minutes...(However it's Still DAYLIGHT until about 930PM in July) Who closes a pool in DAYLIGHT??? and it's not that there is a lifeguard to pay... ALSO - this is supposed to be a RESORT??? no restaurant AND if you want breakfast - it ALSO must be ordered by 8PM (however it's still DAYLIGHT AT 8pm - and we missed ordering croissants - by a few minutes too... So they tell us to walk into town (where everything is closed)... The Room #101: The front door has at least HALF the pain peeling off, the toilet seat is broken, the shower is moldy, NO soap in the shower soap dispensor - not even an empty one... (I wish I could post pictures) The room was reserved for 3-guests. There was a double bed and a fold-out couch. Bed was OK and my kids slept on that and I slept on the fold-out couch with NO sheets/blanket or pillows the first night... The next morning they said it was MY fault for not checking the THIRD closet for sheets... This is supposed to be a RESORT HOTEL - NOT FEND FOR YOURSELF SUMMERCAMP!!!

Lots of stairs
There are a lot of unnecessary stairs in this complex. Park, walk down a spiral staircase and then up again to get to the apartment. Then the apartment had the bedroom and bath upstairs. The front desk staff was not at all helpful to me (American English speaker-I also speak and understand French just not fluently) but they did make a grand effort for my husband (who speaks excellent French). We reserved a room for 4 and have two small kids. The bedroom is upstairs (spiral staircase, very scary with a toddler) and a foldout couch downstairs. We couldn’t leave our two kids downstairs alone and I didn’t want to risk them falling down the stairs so we had to split up and he took the older child up to the bigger bed and I had to sleep on the foldout with the toddler. Not ideal. Wish I had known ahead of time because I would have brought the pack n play.

It was all OK and not as fabulous as I hoped from the reviews. Pool smaller and less open than the pictures. Staff would not let us check in before 4pm (had emailed in advance to request it) so sat for 20 minutes in reception waiting for them which was disappointing.

Club Mougins was exceptionally clean and great for what we needed. We had a duplex with a spacious balcony. One slight downside was that the kitchen was exceptionally tiny and we missed having an oven. Also the stairs and doors were super creaky! The pool was small but would have been fine if it hadn't been so cold! All receptionists were friendly and helpful - Svetlana was particularly helpful when we checked in.

Great place to have a few days off. Room was spacious and clean. There is a pool and some other facilities, but we have not used them as we stay only one night, but if there is need to spend few more days it would be a great place. One thing that can be concern for some it is away from the beach.

Nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Request the recently refurbished apartments. Resort itself lacks amenities for those with young families. The swimming pool area is very small and in need of some attention. Don't forget your towels for the pool as you will be charged and don't expect your apartment to be cleaned or towels changed daily - these all incur a n additional charge which we found disappointing. You will need a car to get around especially if you have children.

Clean pleasing rooms. Less than basic services. The pool is very small and disappointing. Everything costs money including safety box use! The room was only cleaned once during our 6 nights stay. The cleaner decided to take 2 of our four towels away and not replace with clean ones. The receptionist couldn’t help when I asked for clean towels ( we are a family of four) she said that she was alone at reception and housekeeping team had left at 18:00 so we had to cope with what we had for the night! No Luxury at all but basic comfortable accommodation in Mougins. The restaurants in the village are really good and the village itself is charming. Fred parking is a big bonus for those traveling with cars.

We stayed in a lovely apartment with a large balcony... the staff were incredibly helpful and even volunteered to change our room to one that was closer to the car park, just to make life easier with a 9 month old baby.

Apartment vacation season property.
While close to old Mougins it is on the steep side of the hill, the short walk to the old town is very steep, better to use a car unless one is very fit. This is an apartment with kitchenette type unit would be a good choice in peak season if the roads and town restaurants were full. Ample parking, gated. Lots of traffic in the new part of town, crossroads nearby.

Hotel did not have our booking on arrival I had to show them my confirmation on my I pad, however this was not a problem and they suggested an upgrade and that was brilliant. Staff very good and informed us about a festival in nearby Mougins and the route etc. of the free shuttle bus. Resort and apartment spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished with all that you require, with the added bonus of a very large balcony. The gardens and surrounding areas are very well kept. The self service laundrette was a bonus especially when you are on a motoring holiday. The festival at Mougins on top of a hill was worth visiting and the village is really beautiful to meander about. We had only booked 1 night and were so impressed we asked about extending our stay but could not as they were fully booked. A delightful place for a holiday and visit the surrounding areas or possibly just relax.

This is a complex of time-share apartments. The gym, pool, wifi, tennis etc costs extra. The complex was undergoing major refurbishment during our off-season (Nov '15) stay so the bar & restaurant were closed. Our 2 bed apt was very spacious for our family of 3 - but it could easily accommodate 4. Mougins is includes a beautiful, historic village at the top of a steep hill which is home to several excellent galleries and restaurants. It's definitely worth a look.
The staff were very unhelpful, unfriendly and brash. I had read this in previous reviews and found it difficult to believe. We arrived at 1pm but were informed that checkin was not until 4pm. There was no question of checking to see if our apartment might be ready before then. There is no tourist information or maps in the apartments - instead you select from a list and they are meant to deliver to your door. We submitted our request on the first day but never did receive our requested leaflets. We were not informed of the major works prior to our arrival and they staff shrugged in response. They were angle grinding outside our window. That said, we paid only £36 per night

Lovely hotel but my sofa bed was extremely dirty
I love everything except the sofa bed! When we arrived, I found out that the bedline is extremely dirty. The receptionist time me that it was too late in the evening (7:30pm) so there is no house keeper. I didn't take off my clothes so I was very much let down! They changed it in my second night stay. Staff were perfect!

enjoyed our stay very much. Good mix of French and Foreign guests, all staff were polite and helpful, rooms were large, clean and very well equipped. Parking is plentiful. Tricky to find the first time, but very convient for traveling to Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlos. Restaurant is very good (best meal we had on our trip) chef is a great character and enjoys talking to the guests. Pool was nice if a little chilly but then it was late September! Highly recommended.

5 Days at the Club
Clean, modern hotel in a can't-be-beat location if you want a quite, small town atmosphere. We had exceptionally courteous and friendly staff. We were in a bind and looking for a room because we decided late to attend the Cannes Lions event in Cannes. All the Cannes hotels were sold out so we expanded our search on the internet and found Le Club. We were driving from the Nice airport, the GPS worked great finding the hotel. Plenty of free parking spaces. We had great food at the Bistro 21 there. Excellent chef! Only had time to use the pool one, it was nice.
The only trouble we had was the WiFi. Worked great but their system made us login every time during the stay. If your use to hotels that give you the username / pw and it's there for the duration of your stay, this login in every time can get annoying .

We were delighted with the size of our apartments and the ameneties provided . Breakfast was available and although it was not as convenient as staying in Cannes we knew this beforehand and it was not a problem . We had a car which was essential so we did not have to rely on taxis .

We were unable to book a hotel in Cannes (where my son is at college) due to the Real Estate Conference that was on the week we had decided to visit. We looked further afield and were so glad we did. This self-catering resort was just 4.5 miles away from Cannes. It was very attractive and quiet and the apartment spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on site, but as we had a small but well equipped kitchen we were able to cook for ourselves a lot of the time. Although self catering, a cleaner came in on the 2nd or 3rd day which was unexpected. Very close to Old Mougins which is a very pretty hill-top village.

We stayed for 2 nights for my husbands 40th birthday overall the hotel is great an I wouldn't hesitate to return. Just a couple of things were not 100% 1. The apartment was comfortable bit it was not newly refurbished. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The tennis court is good. The pool is smallish and a bit cold (September). The restaurant could look better but the food is outstanding and the chef is very happy to talk about any of the dishes. The price for the restaurant compares favourably with local restaurants. The old town where most other local restaurants are is a steep walk with quite a few steps. Buses to Cannes are every half hour in the day. Parking is allocated to each room.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Mougins and will definitely consider returning to Le Club Mougins for a future stay. It is very fairly priced, and the location is just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, art galleries and a museum. We traveled with our two children, ages 10 and 6, and found the accommodations to be quite spacious and comfortable. We will hope that it remains fairly priced after its upcoming renovation. We had dinner at the restaurant on site one evening. It was very good, and the service was excellent.

This is the first time when we stay in that hotel, but everything was perfect.Just one advice, ventilate the apartment before guest arrive, especially in winter season when the rooms are not in use every day. We stayed in 1-bedroom flat for 4 night, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen were equipped with everything if you want to cook, the view is very nice, the staff is helpful. The location is excellent, 10 min driving from Cannes, 30-40 min from Nice and 1 h from Monaco if you don't use motorway.

It was well situated 5 mins drive from the beautiful old village centre of Mougins and the entrance to the A8 motorway for access to Nice or Cannes..

We stayed in this good size 1- bedroom + lounge + kitchen aparrtment for 6 nights (we need another night but all sold out so we have to book a hotel in Cannes), we are extremely delighted with the decision. The apartment is only 5min walk from a Carrefour supermarket. We had a hired car so we do not know if public transport is convenient. The hotel sells Internet Access Cards (1day, 3days & 7days). However, when we arrived, all 7days cards are sold out, we have to buy two 3days cards (35Euros), which is a lot more expensive than 7days card.
