I have stayed here before and had a good experience but this time around I was not happy. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice but neither the phone or the tv worked. I had to beg for more toilet paper and soap and the people at the front desk had no idea how to answer any questions. Cleaning staff comes once a week instead of every day and when you needed anything the response is always \"I don't know\" or \"we don't have that\". The description says pool but they don't actually have one that is open. You should tell your guests this before they book or after they book as this is one of the reasons i booked this hotel. Aside from check in, the staff is unfriendly and not knowledgeable. When i asked for dinner recommendations or directions to attractions, the front desk had no idea or gave me horrible suggestions or none at all. If you work at the front desk you should have some idea of what is going on in your city and you should be able to recommend places to go and eat/visit. I have never encountered a hotel that does not give you kleenex or toilet paper when asked. To say the least i will not be staying here again, and this hotel is nowhere near the star rating that it is given. It is a 2 star at best.

Not very welcoming. Reception staff not very helpful. One was very rude (Tatiana). Vital information not given at check-in which resulted in added costs to my stay that I totally disagree with and would like to contest. Was not informed regarding the fact that we had to take out our own refuse at the end. Was told one complimentary cleaning of the apartment was included as we stayed for 7 days which never materialised. We constantly cleaned our apartment during our stay as we have 2 small children. Was told at check-out that we left the place extremely dirty. However this is not true, as the only thing that was left in the apartment was two well organised refuse bags (one recyclables and one general trash would have taken them out if I knew!).
During our stay on the times I took the refuse out, the refuse area in the RJ level was unsafe with wooden pallets all over the place and bins that were over flowing with trash.
Breakfast bar light not working.
Bathroom sink clogged and takes ages to drain.
A/C was controlled centrally and was set to heating even though the room was registering 26C!
Heavily stained carpet and dirty floors. Had to keep footwear on at all times.
Fire alarm went off around 7.30am on Thursday 17th April, had to quickly get up and evacuate the building with 2 small children. No fire drill protocol was followed. No fire marshals present. Fire alarm was due to burnt toast in the breakfast area. No staff came to apologise to the customers. Very unprofessional

Worst hotel in Cannes. Treacherous and misleading pricing, beware of the attractive rates! They pre-authorize the highest possible amount with no clear or fixed rate, charging at will. The service is terrible. The receptionist who checked me in was rude and unprofessional, took my concerns personally, and refused to listen when I explained that I wasn’t aware of their pre-authorization policy. She was also uncooperative and disrespectful toward the Expedia staff handling my case.

Check in process was good. Everyone at the property except for 1 person at the front desk is extremely unfriendly. The Asian look lady who did our checked out never acknowledged or smiled at people. When you ask her questions, she gives an angry look. Makes you wonder why she is even working in a hospitality industry if she can’t be pleasant.
The property is located in a convenient location. But it’s really run down, old, and just not comfortable. I checked out 7 days earlier.
But the staff except for one person has been helpful and friendly including the maintenance who came to fixed the issues. Obviously with an old property, it is not the worker’s fault. They tried their best.

Im not a messy person, but i am on vacation and paying a lot to stay at they hotel. Check in is too late 5pm needs to be a little earlier for the price

Apartment room was quite dirty and needs updating - carpet had heavy staining throughout. It’s safe to say also that it is laughable that they do not provide clean towels to guests without charge. The air-con/ceiling area of our room made a terribly loud buzzing/drilling noise every 1-3 minutes, which made sleeping quite difficult. We informed the reception staff and manager of this issue and were initially told they would look into finding another room for us. We subsequently packed our stuff and when we informed them we had packed, they told us there were no rooms for the rest of our stay but that they would look at sorting the issue with maintenance. We approached them later and were told that maintenance said it was noises from ‘aspiration’ and the receptionist told us there was nothing she could do. It seemed like a ‘tough luck’ sort of response with little sympathy given. No compensation was offered to us even though they acknowledged that there was an audible, continuous noise in the room. The shower also had a loose part which cause this to drip all night. The aircon turns off after a while meaning you have to get up in the night to turn this back on. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Very very disappointed by this property. Elevator was not working and The website doesn’t say while booking that even basic amenities like clean towels are charged. Not a well maintained property. Staff is very disinterested in making sure that the guests are comfortable. Expedia should have reviewed this property more thoroughly before promoting it. Only plus point is the location. Which was the only saving grace. Have stated in many many Apart Hotels all over the world. But this one is the worst one ever. The room had a stink throughout. Please don’t mislead people when they book through Expedia.

The Nemea apart hotel is in an excellent location for central Cannes, the Croisette and for shops, bars, and restaurants. The facilities are good and the check in is efficient and friendly. The rooms have good facilities, comfortable beds, and good showers. It’s great to have a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher etc. too. The rooms do need some attention in terms of carpet cleaning/vacuuming, sofa had stains on it. which should have been cleaned prior to arrival, as did the mattress, and our fridge door wouldn’t close properly and just needed general maintenance to keep the facilities in good condition for guests. Overall, a good, secure, and well equipped apart-hotel, with good facilities, and is good value for money.

You are also only provided with one towel per guest and have to pay extra if you wanted a clean towel.

Online and in hotel they advertise Wifi, one of main criteria when we booked - No wifi throughout our stay and it seems the problem had been going on for a while before we arrived. If we had been warned when we booked (booked the same day we arrived) or on check-in we would not have stayed. We were told technician coming next day and then some staff kept sayng speak to the manager, manager was not available until our last day.
This caused us a lot of inconvenience, I wish we had moved on day 1.

Modern and comfortable spacious room with galley kitchen hidden behind folding doors. Spacious and stylish ensuite. This is a great option for Cannes as its nice and quiet to relax from the hustle in but a short walk to the station and main shopping streets. The Large bed , great linen and good A/C really helped. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery , frdge,dishwasher sink induction hob ,kettle. The hotel offered breakfast but we didnt make use of it as we used the kitchen and there was a bakery a few shops away. There was also an indoor pool and spa. Staff were pleasant and friendly so all in all a great choice.

Though the hotel was on the other side of the station from the sea front it was a good place to stay if you don't mind walking - ten minutes to the sea front. My room was very comfortable, though as it was an Aparthotel it was not serviced during my six day stay, which I did not mind. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. Good value for money.

Great hotel just a few minutes walk from the train station. Location is great for access to the beaches and port areas too-approx 10 minute walk to both. Stayed as a family of 4-kids had a double pull out bed in the lounge which was perfect for them and we had a fabulous queen bed, very comfortable. Great bathroom with overhead shower and toiletries included. Room also has a fridge. Went down to the pool which was a great was to relax before an evening out. Reception staff are 24 hours and the hotel is just great. Will be back again soon!

Good location near train and bus station, stores and restaurants. Easy walk to main restaurant area and to beach. Decent exercise room for a small hotel. Small pool too. Rooms have decent little kitchenettes with pretty much everything you would need for simple meal prep. Very clean and very model, ideal! Definitely loved our stay here and would come back. The staff are extremely kind, the apartment rooms have more than enough space and the beds are comfortable. Hands doubt the best bed I’ve stayed in. One improvement would be if the Netflix app was downloaded on the tv. But we had YouTube at least. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily (which is actually ideal for us because we could sleep in without worry). Honestly love this place and will hopefully return

Nemea appart hotel in Cannes is excellent, it's recently been renovated so the place is in great condition. It's really good value - you get a bedroom and a living space with kitchenette for the price of a normal hotel room. Just north of the station it's really well located - 7 minute walk to the Palais/Croisette.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, so it's a very different experience to many French hotels! Clean, spacious, well air conditioned and good value, I'd thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here as it was a convenient part of Cannes to get to all the attractions. We will return as it was even better than we expected for comfort and cleanliness. It was very quiet and stylish. We liked eating breakfast at different restaurants or being able to keep food in the fridge to eat in our room. Staff very friendly but at times overstretched as the wait at reception seemed to take rather a long time. There was no maid service but we were quite happy without it for 5 nights., at the price we paid.

What an excellent hotel! Beautiful bright, modern, clean rooms. The reception area is very welcoming as indeed are ALL the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful and genuinely interested in the guests. Value for money is amazing. We used the indoor swimming pool which is a great asset for the hotel. With a range of breakfast choices in a well appointed dining area , we decided to eat there. However, with the amazing kitchen facilities( discretely hidden behind sliding doors) ,it would be easy to enjoy breakfast in the room. The hotel has convenient supermarkets nearby and is in a perfect position for all important areas of the city. I am reluctant to give this hotel and all its amazing staff a perfect score because there may be no vacancies next time we visit. !!! However you are definitely 10/10. Thank you and well done.

The property access was unclear, once we entered we were told to move to a different spot.

After checking in we went to the room only to find out a small apartment with holes in the curtains and a shower that had one-to-many issues. The couches were dirty as well.

As for the location, it’s definitely not the best for new visitors. We ended up checking out early and renting in a different place

Poor service and people in the reception we spoke to could not speak English. The room was not clean, when our baby was crawling on the floor in a white outfit it got brown/grey within minutes… besides that it’s a decent place with ok location

God beliggenhet - og perfekt for noen dager.

Fornøyd med oppholdet.
Beliggenheten var veldig bra, både kort vei til togstasjonen og ca. 10 min å gå til stranden.
Det er en leilighets hotell. Ingen som vasker og man må kaste søppelet selv. Trengte man nytt håndkle, kostet det ekstra.

Lagom avstånd till centrum.
Helt ok hotell om man bortser från att det saknades toalettpapper på hotellet.
Tyvärr fanns det inget toalettpapper när vi behövde. De i receptionen sa att vi fick vänta till morgondagen för att få toalettpapper. Detta var inte ok!

En primer lugar a parte de pagar la estancia total te piden una paga y señal de 150€ por daños…cuando entramos en el apartamento había una baldosa del baño rota y la vitro cerámica no funcionaba, además de estar muy sucio.
Bastante mal la verdad

Bel appartement cosy à la déco moderne, cuisine bien equipée et literie très confortable. Nous avons apprécié notre sejour en famille. Nous avons bien profité des prestations piscine intérieure chauffée, sauna et salle de sport, l’ensemble est top.
La situation proche de la ville est un avantage, on peut laisser la voiture et se rendre rapidement à pied au centre ville pour flaner ou encore boire un coup ou se restaurer. Également proche de la plage. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour le bon rapport qualité prix en cette période de début mai.

Bel hôtel sur le papier, mais nombreux couacs. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain à l'arrivée, télévision qui ne s'allume pas et ne s'est jamais allumée malgré la promesse d'une intervention, le bruit de la rue tellement présent qu'on oublierait qu'il y a un double vitrage, accueil mitigé à l'arrivée, prise électrique à côté du lit défaillante... C'est un peu du gâchis, car l'hôtel dispose de nombreux atouts (belles chambres spacieuses, localisation, piscine...). Dommage

Séjour convenable pour le prix. Emplacement de qualité.
Néanmoins, le mobilier de la chambre était abimé, une odeur forte dans les couloirs et il manque du confort dans la salle de bain.
