Its was ok, not worth $80 for sure. Could barely see the ocean, we returned to the hotel around midnight and we wanted to shower. There was NO HOT water at all, ran the water for over 45 minutes and NOTHING! water was all over the floor since the curtain didn't protect enough(too short). The breakfast at their downstairs restaurant was awful!
My hubby eats really spicy food but the chilaquiles were UNEATABLE! He was blown away on how extremely spicy they were. They took a long time to serve us (and there were only maybe 3 other couples there, so we didn’t have time to order something different. Just very disappointing.

Room was pretty decent. Check-in was an absolute nightmare. Took about an hour and a half to get room key. Pillows are the hardest pillows I've ever encountered. Other than those two aspects this is a solid hotel.

The hotel was good, the staff was friendly. The rooms were freezing and there was no heater. Check out takes a while. I got breakfast and notified staff so my room could be checked out. I finished and still waited 15-20 mins for check out and my deposit.

On Saturday we booked a night, waiting for about 2hrs to check in. When we walked to our room we realized someone was already in our room. We head to the lobby and they move us to a different floor/room. I had paid for an ocean view and a king bed. The new room had no view and two queen bed. I am submitting this review for a price adjustment since the hotel told me to submit this inquiry with whom I booked with.

The service at the restaurant was great. We really liked the free Mexican Style Breakfast. Chilaquiles are my wife’s favorite Mexican dish and that’s exactly what they were serving in the morning. 10 out 10 is my score for their breakfast. Fabulous service. They even served tepache at noon. We want to comeback as soon as we can. The good old US Of A is good but not as good as good as their neighbor South of the border as far as making real Mexican food; and that’s all I got to say about that!!!!!!!

I have told you once and I’m going to tell you again. The waves hitting the sand on the beach are too loud. I prefer a beach that is soundless. Perhaps in a beach where sound wouldn’t travel through the air and I wouldn’t had to listen to any sound. Something like a vacuum. It’s too much wave sound.

The corona plaza is always a good hotel although if a swimming pool is your fun then I suggest another hotel, in the winter their pool is freezing as well as the jacuzzi…. Other than that the service is splendid and they are very friendly and courteous, rooms are clean and the water is hot .

The hotel is downtown Rosarito in a convenient location to various restaurants & bars. The hotel went thru a lot of renovations. It is only 1 block away from the beach. The place is very clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful.

The staff blamed me for breaking a window and charged me for it but first they went back and forth between the managers one of the maintenance guys told me that he didn’t even know why they had put us in that room because the ac didn’t work and now I know why to blame me for the broken window. Only one of the outlets on the other side of the room worked. Great view of both the city and ocean from the north side of the building, but a very dirty window ruined it.

I really liked its proximity to the beach it was like a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. My room was facing the beach and ocean I was able to see parts of the beach and ocean from my room window which I really enjoyed.

We were never able to check in, because there was no electricity in Rosarito. We were waiting in the lobby until 8 PM. There was still no electricity. We drove home and came back the next morning for a dentist appointment. This was very inconvenient for us.

Very limited staff and space for check ins. Plan to check in when it’s not busy cause you can find yourself in an hour line check in. The rooms don’t have phones for room service so they give you a card with their number to call them from your cell phone but they never answer. If you want an iron in the room you need to go down to the front desk wait in line and leave an ID as collateral. The restaurant didn’t have change for large bills when I was there. This place was a nightmare. Never again.

Upon Arrival, It Took Almost 1 Hr To Check-In, Parking Was Easy, and Between The Elavators and Lobby Was Hot. Upon The Arrival Of The Room The Was Hot and Also Absolutely No A/C in The Room Only Level 6 Had A/C. Management couldn't Give Us Another Room Dou To Being Booked, And They Only Offered A Fan. It was very run down and expensive for no reason. The water pressure of the shower felt like it was going to rip out skin off, because it was so heavy. There was no 2nd lock on the door so it didn’t feel as safe.
