Great location but ok room

Very central location, near to the rail station, easy for uber or bolt, and just off Rue D'Antibes and La Croisette. The bakery below was great for breakfast treats, as well, the mini supermarket, Carrefour City

Make sure to request a room with a window or you may end up with a windowless room as we did. No natural light so had to set an alarm to wake up.

Spacious, clean rooms! Very secure property! It was a little tricky finding the entrance door from the street and not a lot of people in the nearby shops spoke English but once I found the entrance, it was smooth sailing from there on

clean shared bathroom, nice shared kitchen, 2k walk from train so quite walkable for us with backpacks, Conad grocery not far away and walking access on Pisa Wall right across from Conad store entrance was great for walking to Tower and center.

Good stay!

It was a good stay..Booked for 4 nights. Airconditioning of the room is very good. We were allowed to check in early. It would have been better if we have a better towels and pillows. You may or may notl get used to the noise of the train coming in and out of Cannes as said on previous reviews. Grocery stone & bakeshop are steps away.

Good holiday appartment in Cannes.

Very good position as not too far from the beach. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Many supermarkets, restaurants and shops near by. I've stayed here twice and will definitely stay here again. Four floors of rooms. Internet connection was not very strong where I was on the fourth floor. Would not be so good for elderly or disabled people as there is no lift, but otherwise ideal. Not far from the train station for exploring the rest of the coast..

Well worth staying at here while in Cannes!

Extremely close to the train station.Desirable area and feels safe. It is vibrant! Lots of shops and restaurants.

Really great location literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Only issue was one of the showers, it was clogged and would nearly flood the bathroom. Had to turn off the shower every 3 mins to let it drain. But other than that everything was nice and clean and my friends and I had an amazing time

Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops and everything you'll need. The room and bathroom looks recently renovated and is kept clean, loft bed took a bit of getting used to although was comfortable and BIG! I was on a business trip so didn't spend a lot of time in the room other than to sleep, if you're looking to spend time hanging out in your room you may want consider something a bit bigger. I'd certainly be happy to stay here again.

Nice place, comfortable bed. Did not realize t was a smoking-allowed hotel. My room did vaguely smell of cigarette smoke and so did all of my clothing when I left. Overall, good experience for the price.

Good enough for short stints

Really can't fault the location. Within touching distance of everything Cannes has to offer. However proximity comes at a cost and what the blurb doesn't tell you is that the property backs onto the train line and highway with rear rooms literally 10 metres from the tracks. Great if you are an avid train-spotter, bad if you think high voltage cables give you cancer. To be honest the rumbling of passing trains is bearable to extent you just learn to tolerated it as white noise. What wasn't acceptable however was the disturbance caused by other occupants. Okay so it's a period building and so there aren't modern standards of soundproofing. The issue is the noise resonant through the fabric of the building and you really are at the mercy of the other guests. Frequently driven spare by what sounded like a herd of elephants stampeding upstairs every evening and every morning - I can only speculate they where REALLY struggling to get to grips with their sofa bed! Conversations from the communal areas and adjoining room were also perfectly audible I felt at time I should join in. One last cautionary note, it is a pet friendly establishment which is great :) however dogs barking and howling for their absentee owners less so.

It's a decent enough establishment. Rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and presentable. Cosy and comfortable(even if mine did smell like an ashtray!). And still represents reasonable value for money.

Great location, close to train station

This property is in a great location, minutes walk from the train, as that is how you will probably arrive. Outside the door is an outdoor market on certain days, and there is a supermarket just across the plaza, or two more 3 blocks east.
Being an apartment style there is no daily service, but the place is clean, and it was very nice having a little apartment in Cannes. A little tight for two, but I think they have some bigger units as well, but all in all, if you do not need a swank cannes hotel, you can't go wrong. The owners messaged me with directions, how to enter the property, and left the key in the room. Very accommodating!

Great base on a budget!

Fab location 5 mins from station and to the beach. Market on the doorstep eacg morning. Rooms were comfortable and fairly modern, kitchenette was ideal, although we were in a double bunk bed so as long as thats ok (request one without if not). You could hear the trains passing but this didnt affect our sleep. Unfortunately our balcony was unusable really due to noise/smell of trains and walls around it so no view anyway. However for budget stays I would recommend! Tip: the sign is only small so it was difficult to find at first, it's right next to a bakery on your left if you're coming from the station direction!

decent hotel close to everything.

Hotel is close to train station. Neighborhood is a bit rough but we felt safe, just a few blocks you find high end shops and restaurants. Small market right outside on weekends. Rang buzzer on outside door and manager answered and let us in. He was friendly. Free use of washer and dryer. No breakfast. Small room, loft type bed on top only so had to use ladder to get to bed. Small bathroom. Bed was not made but clean sheets available. No daily housekeeping but extra supplies are available. Small kitchenette. Fairly soundproof but right next to train tracks which could be heard and felt. Would return again.

The attic room is nice and clean, decorated with taste. The ceiling is a little bit to low for an average high person (few times I hit my head :-)) but still acceptable. However, the odor from the artificial carpeting was extremely strong and really irritating. Once you open the windows gets better but then the noise from the street start to be really high.
The carpeting should be changed as soon as possible.

Had access to washer and dryer which was great as was travelling around Europe for a few weeks so fab to be able to wash clothes

The landlord was very welcoming and friendly, helping us find a free parking spot and letting us borrow a beach umbrella and mat. Would definately recommend!

Don't book it!

When I got there I was given a room with no bed done... he gave me the sheets and told me to do it on my own...!! My reservation was anticipated of 1 night and althoght i had called to notify .... still he was not execting me...!
Very poor costumer service.

The welcome by the hotel manager was very nice and friendly. The location is extremely convenient albeit a bit close to the station ( view on the railroad tracks) Room was very clean but is a bit small. Internet easily accessible and working well.

Great find!!!

Very friendly and helpful, clean, convenient - perhaps the best kept secret in Cannes at an affordable rate. No official reception desk, but we never had any problems getting in (they have a 24 buzzer access code) or getting help/service.

Abbiamo fatto qualche giorno in moto in Costa Azzurra e abbiamo scelto Cannes per la posizione centrale.
La struttura è ottima a livello logistico e proprio accanto c’è anche il negozio di alimentari.
Peccato solo per i rumori dei treni e della sopraelevata.

Very close but read through the listing before.

Nice place, close to the city and very smooth checkin. But know where you are staying so you avoid to get disappointed. It is very close to the train station. You will hear the trains. Also close to a road. AC works nice, the room was listed as not having a toilet but it actually had which of course is nice. Make sure to look that all necessary things you need are there, e.g I had no soap in my room but there is a store nearby with great opening hours. The door to get in sometimes won’t open, but it helps to hold it pushed while entering the pin, then it will open after the buzzing sound.

Overall very worth the low price.

Estuvimos una semana y tiene lo necesario para vivir y cocinar. También tiene terracita que da su servicio aunque no tiene vistas. En nuestro caso, había una litera, por lo que personas con problemas de movilidad tienen que preguntar antes. Justo al lado hay un carrefour y está literalmente a dos minutos de la playa pública y de la zona de ocio. Destaco la ubicación: es perfecta. Por último, si me leen los anfitriones, ¡un sacacorchos, por favor!

Vraiment un agréable séjour excellent rapport qualifié prix pour la période (séjour en août). Équipement à disposition vraiment très pratique et appartement bien agencé. Je recommande et je me ferais un plaisir d'y retourner! La femme qui s'occupe de l'entretien et très agréable et vraiment gentille. Tous les commerces sont tous à 2 pas. Et la plage en 10 minutes à pieds.
Pour ma part tout s'est agréablement bien passé.

Bonne localisation, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare. Une boulangerie se trouve juste à côté, ainsi qu'un petit supermarché.
Le studio était un peu exigu, mais propre. Le bâtiment concerné comporte 16 appartement répartis sur 5 niveaux, disposant tous d'une boîte à clef sur leur porte.
Le compteur du bâtiment a disjoncté deux soirs de suite pendant mon séjour, la faute à certains climatiseurs allumés, et à la puissance électrique délivrée qui n'a pas été augmenté par les propriétaires, par sécurité et au vu du grand nombre de lots desservis sur le même compteur.
Ce que j'ai moins apprécié, c'est le comportement de la femme du personnel d'entretien, laquelle utilise la buanderie pour laver ses vêtements personnels, alors que cette dernière est clairement disponible pour les clients de ce bâtiment. Souhaitant donc effectuer une lessive pendant mon séjour, toutes les machines étaient occupées par du linge, et alors que les cycles de lavage étaient terminés. J'ai donc dû enlever du linge qui n'avait pas été retiré une fois lavé, pour être en mesure d'effectuer ma lessive. Il se trouve qu'il s'agissait du linge de la femme de ménage, laquelle s'est permise en plus de me faire des remarques déplacées, alors que c'était elle qui était en tort. Une honte. Qui plus est, elle m'a même ensuite demandé à ce que le studio soit totalement nettoyé au moment de mon départ, alors que c'est à elle de s'en occuper. Cela ne me donne pas envie d'y revenir.

Ma chambre était sous le toit, donc vraiment très petite puisque il est impossible de se tenir debout sur la moitié de la pièce. La proximité avec la gare fait qu'on ressent les vibrations des trains, et on entend les voitures malgré les velux fermés. Sinon, la clim est appréciable et le lieu est propre.

Apartement propre, comfortable, bien equipe et bien situe. J'ai trouve que meme s'il se situe tres proche de les voies du train le bruit n'est pas si forte grace au double vitrage. La seule chose qui m'a manque c'est une place pour laisser mes bagages jusqu'au le depart de mon train le dernier jour.

Stan obiektu w stosunku do ceny był OK. Lokalizacja w centrum, blisko promenady i plaży. Gdyby nie to, że obiekt jest położony bezpośrednio przy torach kolejowych nie miałbym zastrzeżeń. Jednak przejeżdzające od 4.00 rano, 10m od okna pociągi, całkowicie dyskwalifikują obiekt. Nawet przy zamkniętych okiennicach hałas jest ogromny a cały budynek drży.
No, chyba ze ktoś lubi rano wstawać...

Ungenügend für ein \"Appartement\"

Ort und Lage des Appartement war gut, mit ca 5 min Laufweg war man schnell am Meer. Der Check-In war etwas mühsamer als vorgestellt da der vermieter selbst etwas überrascht war, dass wir auftauchen. Küchenaustattung war praktisch keine vorhanden und als Kochherd fanden wir einke elektronische herdplatte vor. Da kein Dampfabzug und nur ein Fenster vorhanden war, ist das Lüften des Zimmers relativ schwer. Zudem führt das einzige Fenster in einen Innenhof, in den die Lüftung des benachbarten Restaurant führt. In der Nacht hörte man ständig das Beben der vorbeirauschenden Zügen und die Wasserrohre in den Wänden.
Als Appartement würde ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht weiterempfehlen.
