The staff was super kind! We checked out early to take a tour that ended in Cannes and they allowed us to use luggage so we didn’t need to walk our luggage back to the car at the train station garage! The even messaged me to let me know I forgot a power adapter in my room and they put it with my luggage! How kind and honest!

Overall a very good stay. Very friendly and helpful staff members and great location. I stayed in one of the apartments that was across the road from the hotel building, and this building did not have an elevator which was a problem for one of my guests. The apartment itself is on a very busy street, directly above several restaraunts that were going off until 2am. One of the bedrooms faced the other way and was more quiet, but the other looks out on the busy loud street. I gace the \"quiet\" room to my guests and slept in the bedroom facing the restaraunts and it worked out ok, but for some people this could be a problem.

Good value for money. Excellent location and staff

Hotel was great for price, location and reception service. Our room was a bit too small for what I expected, with not much privacy between the bed and toilet due to a 'light' sliding door set up for the WC/shower room. TV was also so-so. Breakfast was quite basic too.
I guess all sort of expected for the price we paid. Good price for time of the year and location. Paid extra for parking not far from the hotel.
Overal, thanks to price, location and reception staff we are happy with our stay.

A trip to Cannes

The hotel is located in a very good location in Cannes which is just few steps away from the beach and rue du antibes. Furthermore; there are many restaurants nearby. However the apartment section needs to be more cleaner and hasn’t elevator. Overall the hotel is a good one

Hotel was lovely. Everything was clean and tidy. Rooms were basic but perfect for what we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in the town and a 2 minute walk from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was smaller than expected, but clean. However, it had a weird wooden beam running diagonally from the top of the wall near the ceiling to about three feet off the floor. The beam is supposed to be decorative I guess, but it divided the room in a hazardous way. I'm only 5'2\" (1.57m), but I had to keep ducking to avoid hitting my head. The tub likewise was tall and difficult to step into. It also had chipped enamel and the grout around the tub looked black and moldy in spots. There was a small round pedestal table in the room with two cheap-looking clear plastic chair. Most unattractive of all, the room had shag carpeting(!), which went out of style in the 1970s.

On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located around the corner from the train station on Avenue Jean Medecin, the main shopping street that the tram runs on. It also has good wi-fi, and a stocked mini-fridge that I used to put my own water and juices in. My room was quiet, ad the water in the bathroom was hot and had good pressure.

Breakfast was 13 euro, which I think was expensive, particularly considering all the cafes in the area, and the fact that my previous hotel had breakfast included. I did not have breakfast in this hotel.

Overall it's an OK hotel for a night or two, particularly if you are catching or arriving on the the train. However, IMO there are nicer hotels in the area with more amenities that are in the same price range.

Great location and really nice staff. unfortunately, did find long black hair, complete with extension, entwined in the toilet paper. They would do themselves a service to replace the wifi provider, which requires one to write a review of the hotel and enter details with each and every logon. then you get an email requesting that you confirm that you wrote the review. who has time for that even on holiday. I did need to make more travel plans and keep in touch with family so went to bistros to accomplish this.

Wonderful Little Hotel in the Heart of Cannes

For a budget student traveler such as myself, the family-run Hotel Le Florian was a gem of a find. Not only were the staff exceptionally kind, the hotel was clean and welcoming from the moment I walked into the lobby to the day I checked out. Every night I would come back to a most comfortable bed, in a understandably small (yet pleasantly cozy) room that included a small, spotless bathroom. There was a television in the room, though I never made use of it. The closet space was quite sufficient, and the included safe was easy to use. Every morning I would wake up to a simple breakfast in the lobby - two croissants, a baguette, with jelly, butter, and tea/coffee (w/ milk). I am thankful to the staff for being so accommodating and cheery every single day.

Good for the price

Not fancy at all but in the heart of Cannes, and right in action if one is into the party/night life scene. You get what you pay for and if it just for quick stay, I would recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and friendly.

Nous avons séjourné à quatre personnes. La chambre nous a plu. Elle est propre, il y a une plaque de cuisson, de la vaisselle et des appareils électroménagers. À une minute à pied de la promenade du front de mer. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise et en sécurité. Merci !

Nicht zu empfehlen.

Probleme:

1. Es ist überhaupt kein Hotel, sondern Vermietung nicht benutzbarer Appartements während der Hochsaison. Wir waren im 1. Stock, open house, Lärm von Restaurant war dermassen extrem, dass wir bei geschlossenem Fenster bis Mitternacht den Fernseher bei maximaler Lautstärke nicht hören konnten.
2. Für 3 Personen gebucht, nur ein Doppelbett vorhanden.
3. Kein Lift und Gepäck mühsam von überteuertem Parking herangeschleppt ( über € 30.- für 14 Stunden ), 10 Minuten Fussmarsch bei 35 Grad im Schatten!

This room was awful. no refrigerator with 35 degree weather. It shows only bed.Almost jail. they offered Le florian apartment. It located on the roof
.6-7 restaurant locates down stairs.All restaurant played music till early in the morning(understand holiday) But it smells different restaurant from vantilation which location the roof .All ventilator are in front of our room. Back to room around 23:00. The water was running all floor. Called
reception.The. reception said boss come back tomorrow
morning.So I have to clean refrigerator and floor in midnight. My daughter Marie Thuresson sent photo about it. Plus Ants are on the floor! Paid 5673 Swedish kronor with this kind of room!! VERY DISPOINT. HOTEL.COM THINK ABOUT IT.Are you going to pay this amount ????

Nice hotel!

Perfect location! Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute to main shopping street. Very helpful and friendly personel. Breakfast was baguettes, croissantes, butter and jam. The best hot chocolate I ever had! Our room was facing the backyard which made it very quiet at night. Some noise in the morning because of a nearby school but we didnt mind because you dont want to sleep away the day when in Cannes. Loved this hotel and will stay there again if we go back to Cannes.

Kleines Hotel im Herzen von Cannes

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Fussgängerzone, mit dem Auto aufgrund der vielen Einbahnstrassen in dem Stadtteil sehr sehr schlecht erreichbar. Viele der Strassen sind sogar für Zufahrt mit Auto gesperrt, mit Säulen im Boden, die hoch-/runtergefahren werden können. Für die Durchfahrt muss man an einer Säule ein Info-Knopf drücken und über Mikrofon um Erlaubnis bitten. Durch den Strassenlärm versteht man kaum ein Wort, was die Person am anderen Ende der Leitung sagt. Wenn man das Hotel endlich erreicht hat, besteht kein Platz für das Auto vor dem Hotel. Fürs Abladen mussten wir die Fahrbahn kurzzeitig blockieren. Das Auto konnten wir dann vergünstigt im Bahnhofsparkhaus abstellen. Unsere Zimmer waren relativ klein, aber für einen Kurzzeitaufenthalt ausreichend ausgestattet. Abends/Nachts war im Zimmer mit dem Fenster zur Strassenseite der Larm von den Bars und Restaurants relativ gut zu hören. Man kann zwar frühstücken, allerdings sind die Tische quasi im Eingangsbereich/Flur zwischen Reception und Lift/Streppe. Also auch nur zweckmässig. Das Hotel ist 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, also eher für Reisende per Bahn und mit nicht allzu hohen Ansprüchen an die Unterkunft gut geeignet.

5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Emplacement parfait et propreté très correcte. Bémol : le bruit dans la rue (double vitrage donc s’entend légèrement). Le petit déjeuner a seulement 7€ est très correct ! Le personnel très gentil et très accueillant ! Un rapport qualité prix imbattable pour Cannes !

Loistava sijainti! Villa Royalissa sijaitseva kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneisto oli samassa talossa Salvatore Ferragamon liikkeen kanssa ja aivan julkisen rannan vieressä, vain tie kulki välissä. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä, huoneisto erittäin siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Tässä olisi viihtynyt pidempäänkin 😊

Hotel trés bien situé avec un prix très attractif.
Dommage que l'appartement (pas la chambre) soit un peu vieillot. Seulement 2 chaises dans coin cuisine (appart pour 2/4 personnes).
Les restaurants en dessous sont assez bruyants, mais cela ne dépend pas de l'hôtel.

Zentral gelegen, Abends dadurch etwas laut

Aufgrund der Restaurants mit Außentischen und der Lage in einer schmalen Straße schallt es abends recht laut. Die südländische Mentalität der Gäste trägt dazu noch bei.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise und wollten eigentlich nur schlafen - andere können das gern auch als Vorteil werten.
