We stayed in this room and, honestly, it was in a very poor condition. In the bathroom, the hangers kept falling off, the shower gel was watered down, and even the shower holders were coming off. The bathroom itself was extremely small and uncomfortable – after showering, the whole place was completely wet. There was no mirror at all in the room. The carpet was old, which really shouldn’t be the case in a hotel. Definitely not up to 4-star standards.

The location and staff were over all good, the rooms are clean enough but when they gave us our first room, the room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom light were on. They did change our room immediately which was good.
The staff were very friendly.

The hotel is located in the perfect location to access the train or buss system. Many options to dine and shop. The hotel was safe. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. My room was cleaned daily.
The hotel is located in the heart of Canes … great … but it was very noisy up until about 4 am hard to sleep.
The most negative very very very negative for me was the dirty ugly carpet in the hotel room… as an asthmatic I was so worried about getting sick … carpets are detrimental for people with bad allergies and asthma… I requested to change my room but they refused … they would not listen to my complaint at all… so I shut up and put up … normally I would change my hotel but I was in a country that was new to me without my husband … so I tried to find reasons to be out of the hotel room until it was time to sleep …

The hotel needs to get rid of nasty carpets in the room and replace it with hardwood floors … that will really enhance the environment and help clients with medical issues.

The room was spotless, and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. However, the shower was a letdown. The water sprayed everywhere, and the space was quite limited. As a traveler, cleanliness is paramount, and the presence of puddles in the room after a shower was quite unpleasant.

I arrived early by train, hoping to relax at the beach, but unfortunately, I wasn’t offered an early check-in, which felt impersonal. I’ve stayed in five hotels in France during this trip, and every one of them offered early check-in.

On the bright side, the area is conveniently walkable to shopping and sightseeing. However, I would be willing to pay a bit more for a bit more space and a shower door next time I visit Cannes.

I want to clarify that I received a great deal on this room compared to hotels in the area. I would definitely stay again if they added shower doors. 😂

The staff was super nice and the room was great. Bathroom floods when you shower but that’s most places in Europe. Housekeeping forgot to replenish things like soap and toilet paper but the front desk was very helpful. Overall clean in a good location and we enjoyed our stay!

Very clean room, fabulous location by the train station, easy to get Uber, train, taxi. Just walk across street. Room is spacious w a lot of storage, even in bathroom. Shower is small as is elevator. Everything seemed new in room and they clean daily. They give two big glass bottles in room for free w free coffee and tea, too. You can refill glass bottles in lobby.

Will never stay here ever again. Rude and demeaning staff who have zero care in the world. 2 terrible things happened while staying here and the employees didn’t do anything or express any concern. When we arrived we informed them that we parked our car in a nearby lot because the one they recommended was full, come to find out the next morning that our car was towed and we had to spend the first day of our trip at the French police station trying to get it back. The front desk employee laughed in my face when I told them what happened and treated me as stupid the rest of the stay. But it gets worse. I had an expensive necklace that I left out in the room while housekeeping cleaned for that day and returned to it missing. I called after realizing it had gone missing and the front desk people dismissed it and had no follow through on the matter. They asked why I didn’t put it in the safe, when I really shouldn’t need to do that if I’m staying at a 4 star hotel. Not a single person I interacted with at this hotel left a good impression. They didn’t take my problems seriously at all and handled both situations very poorly. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy, I never have had any problems staying in hotels and her we have 2 major ones. Never again, do not stay here!

I really want to give this hotel a great review as the staff was so pleasant and welcoming. However, our room was a bit lower than the 4 star rating. The positives were that the room was clean and the bed and linens were very nice. The bathroom had nice storage space. The location was perfect for transportation and dining - an easy walk to everything. The negatives were that the view from our room looked into a parking garage. The room was very warm and the a/c was almost non existent. The shower was very tiny and had a shower curtain, which seemed to stick to you while bathing. There weren't outlets next to a mirror to do my hair. All these items are really personal preferences more than problems, but for a 4 star listing I would hope for better conditions. Again, the staff was so nice so that made up for some of these things.

Third or Fourth time I have stayed and this little gem! Absolutely love it, near to everything, rooms are spacious and housekeeping doing an amazing job as they are always fresh and clean. One of the best boutique hotels we've ever stayed in. Our room was on the small side, but it was nicely decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the little balcony which overlooked the restaurant area. The staff was very helpful, and they have everything you could need available (umbrellas, wine glasses, etc). We were happily surprised to find out breakfast was included with our booking. They had a good array of breads, meats, yogurts, juices, etc, and they also freshly made eggs and bacon on request. The location is also wonderful - just a block from the train station and right in a nice restaurant area.

Area is a bit dicey, adult bookstores etc. Hotel advertises free minibar which is 1 water, 2 coffee pods and a coke. Once you check in, they tell you iy is only comp the first night and you have to pay for coffee eacg additional night. crazy. Also thet advertise all over tge hotel that the rate is 107 euro per night and yet charged me double that. I was booked there 4 nights non refundable and had to pay for morning coffee and water. False advertisement. Very unhappy. only 2 and half or 3 star.

Great location, but extremely loud / 2 star hotel

The location is perfect. Just one block from the train station. However, if your intention is to sleep, this hotel is not for you. The walls are so thin, that you can hear a person whisper next door. Also, it is very misleading that the room includes a coffee maker with coffee. The room comes with two capsules for one day only. Afterwards, you must Buy capsules for your stay, and your coffee is not replenished no matter how many nights you stay. The same is true for the minibar. The mini bar comes with one bottle of water, a can of coke and a bottle of juice. The minibar is never replenished no matter how long your stay is. I felt the hotel was a two star rating. The hotel was a bit run down. However, the location really is convenient and in the heart of town on a cute street lined with cafes. The people at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay super location!

The hotel was just what we needed, very central location in Cannes close to lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants and also not far from the beach.

The room was simple but modern and very clean, it suited us. Friendly and helpful service from the hotel staff. Lovely little toiletries from l’occotaine and we liked being able to use the nespresso machine in the room.

If there was one very minor thing to criticise it would just be that perhaps the shower could do with a shower door or curtain as without this the floor in the bathroom got a little wet!

Hotel Simone was great! This was our first time in France and we found a little gem at a great price! We booked our trip only a week before we left and we were able to book this for 2 nights after reading the reviews. The staff were super nice and checked us in quickly. There is an older style elevator lift and we had actual brass keys for the room as opposed to electronic key cards. I thought that added charm to the hotel! You didn't have to take your key with you, you left it at the front desk when you would leave the hotel. The rooms were somewhat on the small side, but were so cute!! Our room was so clean and just decorated so nicely!! The bed was super comfortable. The mini bar items were complimentary for the first night!

This hotel was on a main street with numerous cafes and restaurants and only minutes from the beach. Really great location!

We had to park across the street at the garage but the hotel validates your parking ticket and you get a 20% discount!

We really enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again if we were in the area.

Hotel Simone is a small recently refurbished hotel enjoying a perfect location close to restaurants, shops in the Rue d’Antibes and the beach. Staff were very smiley, helpful and attentive. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. The room and bathroom were spotless and well furnished. Breakfast was plentiful and could be taken in the room, foyer or on the terrace outside the hotel which we chose. We parked in the Parking de la Gare which although expensive turned out to be good value with the 20% discount given by the hotel and only a minute walk from the hotel. We had a perfect one night stay in Cannes.

Nice boutique hotel in a great area surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Bathroom was very small and slippers and towels were placed on a shelf above the toilet. This meant that the slippers fell in the loo at one point! But nice toiletries and free minibar with water, orange juice and a can of Coke. Hotel has no restaurant and breakfast is served in a small reception area so I would recommend going to one of the nearby cafes instead. Parking in a multi-storey opposite and you get 20 per cent off.

We stay one night in August. We had a really good time here. The hotel is in a very good position (is in the centre, but with a huge parking very close)and rooms are confortable. During the reservation we asked for a baby cot in room, but something went wrong and we had problems at the check in, but the staff was very helpfull and kind, and they found a solution very quickly. I really loved the possibility to choose to have breakfast in room or in the hall (for the same price), even if I did not received the newspapar I asked for. Overall I would recommned the hotel for a nice stay in Cannes.

Affordable, clean and modern

We stayed here for 3 nights in September. The hotel is very modern, and the room was very pleasant, as well as spotlessly clean. Our room had a nice window and balcony. The bathroom was small but functional, although the wet-room design means the floor gets soaking wet!

The location is ideal, round the corner from the train station but tucked round a pedestrianised street which had lots of lovey restaurants and bars. It's only a few minutes to the main shopping streets and 10mins to La Croisette.

Breakfast was served in our room at no extra cost and was great each time. The hotel doesn't really have much in the way of communal areas and no bar or restaurant.

Small modern hotel i. Great lo ation

It is,a small year d renovated small hotel. Very European stule, small room. cozy. Very modern tastefully modern hip decor. Uou have all what you need in Small dose....
Great location 2 walking blocks from the famouse water walk and the Canne film festival hall. Parking is just across tbe street and you get 20% discount on the parking. Not bad at all.
We took the deal with tbe breakfast which was great all what you need and more.
You get a discount to a privet beach.
We love the hotel. The stuff is young all English speaking friendly and helpfull. We will be back

Centric Hotel in Cannes, close to the Gare

Good basic hotel in the heart of Cannes. Many restaurants nearby, and good shops as well. I was given a room with a balcony. But room was a bit on the small side, but very clean and comfortable.

Beach is a 10 minute walk, La Croissette.

Hotel even books the excursions you want to do.

Very well maintained hotel in central Cannes in walking distance to train station. Very good amenities in room. Would definitely visit again
