my first room's toilet and tv didn't work, to which the front desk staff had us moved a few rooms down. the bathtub dipped in horribly when we showered, the neighbors kept us up all night with their dogs barking, the towels smelled so strongly of bleach that when we wiped our faces with them, it burned. there was trash left in our room from previous tenants as well. it was overall a poor experience with the room, amenities, and guest.

Do not stay here!!!! Is not managed well. Went to my first room and someone was already in that room. Went back to front desk and they gave me a new room. Stating that house cleaning marked it as available and empty. When arriving at second room my key wouldn’t work. Went back to front desk and they “fixed” it. Went back to my room and it still didn’t work. I just decided to leave at this point. Then the manager wouldn’t give me a refund. So basically I paid for something that was his/his staffs fault.

When our son arrived at 8pm, two hours before his overnight shift, he was denied check-in. He called us from the parking lot, understandably stressed, and we then spoke with the front desk. Although they apologized, they ultimately refused to honor what we had been told during the booking process. We were forced to scramble last minute to find alternative lodging for him. Policies are policies, and if the actual minimum age were 21, we would have simply booked elsewhere. The issue is that we were given incorrect information, which resulted in lost time, unnecessary stress, and a few hundred dollars tied up in a reservation that never should have been accepted. Bottom line: this experience reflects poor business practices, inconsistent communication, and inadequate staff training. With many other options in the area, I would keep looking.

I liked checking out. I will never return and do not recommend it. Maybe it was just a bad day for the staff, maybe it is just the evening staff…whatever the issue is the woman checking us in was horribly rude. Upon entrance, she was angrily telling her male coworker what to say on his phone call, so I was already on eggshells from the attitude she had with her own coworker. checking us in was clearly an inconvenience to her evening. I asked a simple yes or no question but she spent several moments beating a dead horse with explanations of what the purpose of the hotel was and seemed upset we were just staying 1 night. My home is being renovated, and the water is temporarily off. we only needed 1 night, not something I usually have to explain. Normally I can ask front desk staff where is the ice machine, etc. but she handed us a sheet with a heavy sigh as if she was winded from handing me the key card. The room had beer bottle tops in it and on the heater, the floor was wet around the unit. Lots of towels, no soap. The morning breakfast staff was more polite. Breakfast was mediocre. Nothing to write home about, nothing too horrible aside from the sausage patties being cold in the middle. All in all- survivable , but you certainly get what you pay for here.

Two issues with my stay. One was the A/C unit in the room. Made a great deal of noise. The second was at checkout. I get to the lobby door and it was locked. I rang and someone came to the door. The greeting was, “ what do you want” . I said I was checking out, and I hand him my keys. Then he says “ anything else “. I asked if I could grab an orange that was on the table right inside the door. The guy replied, “we are not open”. With that he closed the door. The time was, 5:49AM. He was not wearing a name tag, nor did he give his name. Yes I was ten minutes before opening time. I don’t think that I was too far out of line. Since my request was to step five steps into the lobby, grab an orange, and leave. I will remember this treatment, the next time a book a room. And I will 99% book with another company.

This was the worst expereince I have ever had staying at a hotel. We checked in and was given a room with active cockroach infestation and a very moldy bathroom. We went to the front desk to complain and get a new room only to go to that room where there was already a guest in it. Third room was adequate but upon checkout day there was NO HOT WATER. Sent emails to the general manager Yanesh with NO RESPONSE to this day. Complained to front desk who laughed in our faces as if it was a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I saw a roach on the desk on two different days during my stay. When I notified the front desk of the problems, they fixed the light fixture and the microwave issues.

Only downfall to the property is they did not have any dishes or dish detergent. We checked in around 9p and i assumed since the room came with a kitchenette that the pots spoons and cooking ware would be provided on site.

This is a motel where your room door opens to the outside. There were multiple families living in the hotel. Hotel staff taking pics of people's rooms who were overstaying their welcome. When we arrived, we were met at the elevator by a woman smoking weed up against it. The beds are on metal bases that sound like a filing cabinet opening whenever you move. Bathroom was old and gross. Place is terrible, would never go back.

The first room we were assigned to was not acceptable bc the bed frame was loose and rattled with Every movement! The manager did move us to another room however did not fix the bed frame before another couple was assigned to that room with the same bed frame issue!

Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable. Room air conditioning was perfect and you are able to control it. The room has wonderful black out blinds for privacy. On a side note , because it is a 2 star , be mindful to bring your own soap and shampoo. Some is provided but you will for sure need more than that. Lighting is sufficient, Microwave, stove top, sink, tv, fridge. Make sure to bring anything you want to cook with or eat on.

All in all ot was a nice stay and for the cost it was well worth it. The convince of checking in later was suc h a bonus as were were checking in around 7:30 pm and there cut off is 11pm. The lobby was clean and we were immediately welcomed and checked in. The staff as friendly and helpful.

I was so pleased with my one night stay. We had two rooms for a nearby concert and were looking for a close place. Only an 8 minute ride to the Filene center. The bed was comfortable and sheets and cover soft. It had a basic setup but the larger fridge was great. Minimal kitchen but we did not use it. Friendly staff. Small but adequate continental breakfast with included eggs and sausage. I would definitely stay again.

This is listed as a hotel built in 2015; it is not- Suburban Suites are just a few rooms in the Quality Inn with a higher price and different decor. This is deceptive; they should pay you to stay in this room.
My non-smoking room had a heavy smell of pot and cigarettes, a clogged toilet that did not work (they sent a maintenance guy twice, who tinkered with the chain and fish valve to no effect), and large patches of black and pink mold. Service at the hotel was nonexistent, and most of the basic claimed amenities (eg the ice machine) were broken.

Fair at best. Our room wasn’t ready on time at the time they specified it to be ready, we walked into what we thought was a freshly clean room. Only to be hit with an overwhelming smell of cleaning products that left the floor slippery, and left a yellow residue on every pair of socks we wore. The A/C unit didn’t get very cold and it rattled loudly we had to hit the unit every so often to make it stop. However the front desk staff were very welcoming, and we liked the close proximity location to access the Metro. We booked this hotel with the mind set that we were only there to sleep, spending majority of the day/night in the city. However for a more relaxed visit where we’re not in a rush for the cities events, we will not be coming back and will be spending more money on a nicer hotel with better location in the city.

The facility is nice, the room is well equipped with basically a full kitchen including a stove top. So that would be helpful for longer stays. Check in was a little bit difficult because the second person staying in the room had to wait in the lobby for 13 hours until the primary person's plane landed.. Even though this was explained in advance, they were still made to sit in a chair for 13 hours. But the hotel is very recommended and hopefully my one little experience is not commonplace.

My only issues were that the shampoo was obviously completely empty with the bottle crushed in the middle and housekeeping was too lazy to change it. I had to ask for shampoo at midnight from the front desk. The shower doesn't operate in a usual manner so I thought it was broken. I pulled, and turned and did everything and it wouldn't start. The AC works very well but it's very loud. 65 decibels. That is ridiculously loud. There's also construction on a building outside.
All that being said, the location is fantastic. The room was clean and the parking was easy. I would stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Tyson property and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was infested with weevils, cockroaches, and other bugs. We spent the entire night trying to kill them, but there seemed to be endless numbers. We ended up sleeping in the car because it was simply uninhabitable.
To make matters worse, the door had a huge gap at the bottom, and insects were crawling in freely. We killed at least 9 bugs ourselves, but there were many more lurking around. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing, especially considering it already had a 2-star rating — I now regret choosing this place.
When checking in a couple of customer were complaining that thier key cards were not working. We had to run to the fron desk each time as well.
Would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay!

The bed frame was extremely squeaky.

Really disappointed with the after service. The propety was great but midway throughout our stay they emptied our room whilst we were out due to an admin issue there end. Our belongings were packed away in black bags and held, they moved us to another room when we returned and the problem had been solved but they offered us a refund but after following up they are now going against their word. Really disappointed as the initial service was fine, the situation was stressful in another country with a 3 month and it is just a shame they've not honoured their word.
