For a stay at this time of year, it was less than ideal. The hallway smelled SO bad we nearly didn’t even go into our room. The room was OK. Bed and carpet were clean, but the bathroom was such that we opted to not shower in the morning. The staff was friendly. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money to just sleep for a night so I can see how this hotel would be great for Cincinnati games, events, etc. But I don’t believe we’d book a future stay here under any circumstances

Cigarette burns on the blankets. Odd stains all over the couch. The entire hotel reeks of smoke and weed.
Disgusting.
Also - it seems that the entire homeless population shows up for the hotel breakfast. Now I'm all for feeding the homeless but the hotel needs some management.

Our curtains had holes.
The hallway reeked of smoke.
Our room had a mixed scent of strong urine and smoke.
The bathroom walls were dirty.
One of the soaps was open
There was a full iron burn in our carpet
Our t.v. didnt work until a kind employee fixed it for us.
The wall closest to the bed had a giant crack.

Unfortunately, this place was just gross and we'd really like to be refunded

I had an absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, the staff behavior felt strange and unwelcoming, which immediately set a bad tone. The hotel itself smelled strongly of cigarettes and gave off an overall feeling of neglect and poor upkeep.

The room was genuinely gross. The bedding appeared dirty and unclean, and within minutes of being in the room we found a bug in the bed, which was unacceptable and alarming. On top of that, there was a homeless man clearly living in the parking garage, which made the situation feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

The entire environment felt unclean, poorly managed, and unsettling. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not even feel safe or confident confronting the front desk about the issues, and the hotel was completely unstayable.

This was not just an inconvenience, it was an experience that made us feel unsafe and uneasy enough to book a new hotel. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Our room (809) was very clean... The shower did not work very well, and not because of the low flo shower head... the plunger you pull to make the shower come on was screwed up... We stayed 2 -14 - 25 and it was very cold and snowy outside... Their underground parking was great because of the weather...

Workers at the desk were very friendly. Room was good. No luggage carts which was not good to have to carry from car in the garbage to the room… Covid 19 is over .. do away with the signs and regulations.. I mean we couldn’t even take a cup of orange juice out of the breakfast area. We have always let my husband go get me something to eat and bring it to the room while I get ready but they would not allow it .. not even a cup of juice.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. That's about the only positive thing to say about this property. The hallway leading to our room smelled and our room smelled. There was an obvious burn mark in the carpet of our room where someone had clearly dropped an iron. It was just a rather dingy experience overall and the hotel is definitely a lower tier.

So disappointing! Broken ice makers, malfunctioning door handles, broken stairways and garbage everywhere on the exterior. The area/neighborhood felt extremely unsafe! Definitely not worth the cost even with the somewhat comfy beds. I would not recommend.

The breakfast selection was really good. Fresh waffles,eggs and all the fixings. The coffee was fantastic and eating area kept neat & clean.

My room was a double queen. The room was clean and comfortable although the mattresses were lumpy and could use an upgrade.
We were on the 7th floor and the night view of the city was awesome.
I would stay at the Quality Inn & suites again. Plus the parking was free and private.

It’s a convenient off-of-downtown hotel that is cheap and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only issues we had with the property is it’s location is right next to the freeway and the building is older so you hear everything from the freeway next to you. And when you’re there for football like we were, that noise can go ALL NIGHT LONG. It’s also a little bit away from any food or drinks. We are young so we don’t mind walking 20-30 minutes but I know that others ride shared into and out of downtown and that can add up on vacation

I was staying at this hotel one night to go to the Cincinnati Bengal game to see my Hometown Detroit Lions. And that is the only positive thing. I could say about this hotel. Is that the location to go to the downtown area? And the stadium was great, but besides that, this hotel is horrible poor staff. Ice machines on floors that are broken dirty room. Old furniture ,do not stay here. They need to remove the pictures off the website because it's very deceiving.

The outside could use a bit of a powerwash - especially in the garage, but maybe that's just me. Rooms were actually very nice and the lobby was also okay. Bed was pretty comfortable, but there was a um.. skid mark on the bottom underneath my toilet? The place looked clean but that made me feel.. dirty. Probably wouldn't stay here for any longer than one night, but $100 incidental for that was kinda bogus.

This place has potential. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. They are trying their best. Our room did not have bed bugs which is a win. The toilet in our room did stop working and the door wouldn't lock when we first arrived.

They fixed the door thankfully but the toilet issue was not great. The hotel just needs some sprucing up.

The entire staff was very nice, the front desk people and the lady taking care of breakfast was hustling to keep everything stocked as the place was packed! The hotel seems a little dated, the rooms and hallways and lobby were kind of worn. It was common to smell like it had been populated by smokers once upon a time despite the nonsmoking facility signs and threats of charges. We came right down to met the front desk know my daughter’s room smelled of smoke. They apologized, promised they’d would be no charges to us for that, and went and sprayed her room to help with the smell, so that was nice.

This is the worst hotel that we have stayed in for years. We traveled with our adult children & grandson. The pool was filthy with no chairs around it. I don't have any idea if it was even functional. There were no working ice makers in the hotel. We rented 3 rooms. Room 1 had a non-functioning door handle, and the toilet quit working the morning we left. Room 2 had a toilet that ran constantly, and the door wouldn't shut hardly at all. The road noise is significant. The rooms were not clean, but the lobby looked better. The windows appeared to have been last washed 10 years ago. For over $200 a room, this was a massive rip-off. The staff was good to retrieve a book that my daughter left. This is not in a great area, but you could overlook that if the property was better. We will definitely take Quality Inns off the possible list of hotels in the future.

Breakfast was good but there is no bar or restaurant on premises, this should be removed from hotel description because there is nothing close and you are in the hood. Not sure if pool was open or not but water and area around it was gross, parking area is also on the shady side. The one great convenience for us, was that the hotel was very close to the TQL stadium, which is where we went for an event, and why we chose this establishment.

I guess I'd also consider it convenient to have an overpriced gas station with a shop right across the street to counter the very limit selection at the hotel shop. That's where the positives end.

Exiting the elevator on our floor felt like looking down a prison cell block. I don't know who chose those wall and door colors, but the bare white-ish walls with slate greyb metal doors on either side was not exactly inviting.

The room itself also looked a bit rundown, especially the bathroom. The ceiling/wall corners were chipped and/or moldy, the sink faucet was loose, and the toilet moved every time you got up from it, followed by a loud banging sound when it resettled. Also, the one light by the bed didn't work, so the outlet on it had no power, and the other light had a busted USB slot so charging our phones was not an option.

I don't know what I expected. I guess, considering the relatively low price for an overnight stay, I should have known it's not gonna be a luxury experience, so that's on me. Lesson learned.

this is the second time I used Expedia for an trip and was very disappointed that last trip was in Jamaica smh instead of letting hotels use your website to get business you need to make sure the hotels are honoring there end of the stick!!! I will not use Expedia no more

This hotel was just okay. And i feel like that is a generous statement. Room was pretty clean but bathroom had mold in it. Bathroom had a very low drop style ceiling. I am 5'6\" and my head was pretty close to the ceiling. If someone taller used that bathroom they would've hit their head. The hallway stank badly even with the plug in air freshener right outside our door. Our room smelled too but wasnt as bad as the hall. We sprayed perfume and it covered the smell mostly. Our room walls and windows must be very thin because we could hear every conversation of those in the room beside us and the traffic ohtaide our 5th floor window was very loud at times. Outlet in the bathroom did not work at all. Outlets in the room walls had very little power and took forever to charge our phones and would not heat our hair straightener. Staff were friendly when we checked in and out. Parking was in garage under hotel and it smelled bad and had a lot of litter. Parking to the lower level was taped off and unusable but there seemed to be enough parking for those staying. Garage exited to a parking lot behind the building and back onto the street but there were a lot of people loitering out there at times that made my daughter and i uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel and i would not stay at it again. We did not try their free breakfast. Pool was closed due to the season but looked bad enough that i would not have used it if it were open. Carpet in our room had burn marks in it.
