I booked the stay last minute and didn’t have a chance to look into the location, amenities or the rooms themselves. There was a damp smell throughout the hotel that made me think there was mold somewhere. I am an architect and it felt like if I focused my attention on anything specific I was going to find that what I was focusing on was broken; not working properly, crooked, etc. The towels were tiny, the tv was tiny and didn’t seem to work, the bedside tables looked salvaged, the ceilings were extremely low, the sheets were not comfortable, the key card for my door barely worked and I had to attempt to open the door about 15 times before it would work (and I’m not exaggerating). I would never stay there again.

This hotel was not in the best location. The hotel was old and needed a lot of renovation. The hallway and room had a horrible odor. I did but feel safe in the hotel nor leaving my car in the parking garage. I immediately checked out an hour after arriving the manager was not accommodating in reimbursing my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located in a rough part of Cincinnati with very limited parking. I would not recommend walking around the area after sunset. The rooms were decent, but nothing special. In my opinion, it is worth spending a little extra money for a nicer hotel in a better location.

Due to the overall experience, we decided to leave a day early. When we requested an early checkout at 9:00 AM, the hotel still charged us for the additional night. We were told multiple times to call back later so a manager could approve the request, but every time we called we were given the runaround and promised a callback that never happened. We also contacted Expedia, but they advised us there was nothing they could do and that the issue had to be resolved directly with the hotel.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Spend a little more and book a better hotel elsewhere.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had an issue. This visit was a little different the wall outlets were sketchy with one missing its cover which left an open hole in the wall. We did find bugs in the room which was a first. It just needed some extra TLC. Staff however were amazing

This hotel was a bad choice on my part. First, a bridge NEXT to the hotel is being torn dorn. A crew was using a jack hammer after midnight Friday night to destroy the concrete. We heard trucks working during the night and could not sleep. Our air condioner rattled due to age. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was loud. The outlet in the bathroom was broken, and the room really was not clean. They dont do daily or even ever other day maid service. Both bathrooms in the lobby area were broken, the door from the dirty parking garage to the hotel is broken.

First, I have read that this property is under new management and am inclined to believe it. They seem to be working to provide the best experience they can with the resources they have.
The staff was as good as I've had anywhere: courteous, kind, responsive.
The building is run down and needs remodeled and a deep cleaning, but the linens were clean and we never saw the first sign of pests.
This hotel is in a rough area right next to the interstate, so it is loud when you are trying to sleep, and(though no one ever tried to bother us) I wouldn't recommend travelling on foot alone.
Unfortunately pretty much every day we saw someone who was clearly in the throes of substance abuse while we walked to the convention center.
Overall, for the right purpose I would recommend this hotel, but not for families with children or solo travelers.

We did not get any sleep!!! The outside construction worked all night pounding and tearing up the concrete road. The hotel new about the construction work but didnt let anyone know this would take place. It was so loud that you couldnt hear the TV. This was nonstop all night!! We talked to the front desk and all they said was , \"sorry\" I know plenty of people complained,
it was horrible. We should be completely refunded for our stay. Not only the construction noise but the.barf on the back of the bathroom door was disgusting as well. I would never ever recommend this hotel.

This property is definitely dated.
Our room was clean, but there were stains on the walls and lamp shades. The wall paper border had been taken off, but nothing put up or painted in its place. The bathroom had several things that needed attention. The blow dryer had exposed wires. Neither the tub or sink had drain stoppers. The vent was half hanging out. The traffic was loud. The air conditioning did work great.
Staff was average. Breakfast was average.
Parking was sketchy. There were often homeless people in the lot.
Across the street is a gas station and White Castle. It was convenient for snacks, but there were several homeless people who hang out there and are not afraid to come up to you and ask for food or money.

What i didn't enjoy was the awful smell of the hallway walking to the room and that the television stations were few, forcing us to use our phones over an amenity that we paid for. Willing to move past the few negatives due to friendly staff.

For a stay at this time of year, it was less than ideal. The hallway smelled SO bad we nearly didn’t even go into our room. The room was OK. Bed and carpet were clean, but the bathroom was such that we opted to not shower in the morning. The staff was friendly. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money to just sleep for a night so I can see how this hotel would be great for Cincinnati games, events, etc. But I don’t believe we’d book a future stay here under any circumstances

I had an absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, the staff behavior felt strange and unwelcoming, which immediately set a bad tone. The hotel itself smelled strongly of cigarettes and gave off an overall feeling of neglect and poor upkeep.

The room was genuinely gross. The bedding appeared dirty and unclean, and within minutes of being in the room we found a bug in the bed, which was unacceptable and alarming. On top of that, there was a homeless man clearly living in the parking garage, which made the situation feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

The entire environment felt unclean, poorly managed, and unsettling. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not even feel safe or confident confronting the front desk about the issues, and the hotel was completely unstayable.

This was not just an inconvenience, it was an experience that made us feel unsafe and uneasy enough to book a new hotel. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

No luggage carts which was not good to have to carry from car in the garbage to the room… Covid 19 is over .. do away with the signs and regulations.. I mean we couldn’t even take a cup of orange juice out of the breakfast area. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. That's about the only positive thing to say about this property. The hallway leading to our room smelled and our room smelled. There was an obvious burn mark in the carpet of our room where someone had clearly dropped an iron. It was just a rather dingy experience overall and the hotel is definitely a lower tier.

The breakfast selection was really good. Fresh waffles,eggs and all the fixings. The coffee was fantastic and eating area kept neat & clean.

My room was a double queen. The room was clean and comfortable although the mattresses were lumpy and could use an upgrade.
We were on the 7th floor and the night view of the city was awesome.
I would stay at the Quality Inn & suites again. Plus the parking was free and private.

It’s a convenient off-of-downtown hotel that is cheap and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only issues we had with the property is it’s location is right next to the freeway and the building is older so you hear everything from the freeway next to you. And when you’re there for football like we were, that noise can go ALL NIGHT LONG. It’s also a little bit away from any food or drinks. We are young so we don’t mind walking 20-30 minutes but I know that others ride shared into and out of downtown and that can add up on vacation
