This hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. There is someone outside to assist with parking and help with your luggage, which was very convenient and appreciated.
The location is truly perfect—it’s directly across from the beach and less than a five-minute walk to the medina. I’m not exaggerating when I say the location is excellent. The area is clean, safe, and very walkable, with ATMs and restaurants nearby.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including plenty of choices for vegans, and the staff was very accommodating.
We would absolutely return and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend.

hotel was close to water activities, old medina, port, and beach. appreciated the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. hotel was in need of some updating : our ac unit was not working, deck wax was peeling, and my kids room had water coming from the shower thru the wall near one of the beds. overall it was a good stay so we didnt make any complaint to front desk. complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. thank you

The hotel was right by the beach with wonderful views and easy walking distance to the Medina. The harbour and fish market are a must see experience. The hotel was clean and comfirtable but we had issues with the shower not draining. The hotel fixed this quickly. Breakfast was a great selection.

This property is right across from the beach with quick access to beachside restaurants. Its a very short walk to the Medina and all the shopping and the area is very safe. The hotel itself, is very clean and updated. The staff is courteous, professional and friendly and breakfast was well worth it.

We are very disappointed with our stay at this hotel, before I booked we read the reviews online but all were from before covid 19 and also called to the hotel, booked one-night just to try it first at all..the phone number that was online according to the hotel manager is not an accurate number, the lady that answer that number they does not who she is.....
After spoke to the hotel manager she offered us free drinks as an apology for it sowewait for the room we got the room nice fairly clean room bed was comfortable..then we order food to the room very hot spice seafood plate. The waitress took it back and bring a new dish again, we noticed the air conditioner was not working we called again to the front desk,,, after two and half hours we decided to go to the beach andthe ac was never fixed. so we found that the beach is an open beach to the public not a private beach anyone can go there, they told us at the front desk that the hotel have chairs with a hotel employee there,,,, hahaha no even one chair were there for this hotel, anyways as we were already there and everything in the hotel went wrong on our stay we decided to sit on the sand and look at the ocean and take turns to get a swim due to was not safe left our belongings on the sand.. Others hotels around evenhave a small stand that you an relax and ordersome drinks from, this hotel has none. Overall we are extremely unhappy with the stay.

Very clean and new comfy room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a sea view room, you can hear the crashing waves at night and we were above the dinning area so nights were a little noisy, but not unbearable. I would stay here again.

We paid more and looking for a good rest in a king bed because it was almost the end of our trip. The lady in front desk gave us a small twin bedroom in the beginning, we could not accept and negotiated with her. She arranged another one for us, but we found that the other one was making twin beds together only and seemed not likely as the shown picture. It was not worth this price.

No shower pressure. Shower is either very hot or very cold. Odd knocking during the day in storage room next to us. Most TV channels are in German, nothing in English, concierge was rude, they need to invest in some chaffing dishes. Breakfast served cold sausage and potatoes. Check in took forever and then when you leave they ask for additional money because they were unsure if you paid or not. They need a more knowledgeable staff, chaffing dishes, and a water pump.

Beautiful ocean views and a comfy room. Spent 1st part of trip in riads and within medina, it's fun but was ready for a break...great place to just relax. Room was super clean and well appointed and staff is friendly, great balcony with ocean view and when going to beach they provide towels and loungers. Breakfast is good too. Also worth mentioning is a climate controlled room which is harder to come by than ya might think in essaouira...being on the beach in November can be chilly at night so it was nice to be able to crank the heat and get cozy...after cold nights elsewhere in essaouira and also freezing in the sahara this was much needed.

Nous étions 3 personnes. La chambre 110 très confortable en face de la mer. Pour la piscine demannder le nettoyage pour y aller. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et tout le monde est au petit soin pour vous faire plaisir. A l'accueil Malika est très agréable disponible et fait tout pour répondre à vos besoin. Au restaurant les jeunes sont aussi tres disponibles. Merci à toutes l'équipe nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable.

A parking space was reserved for us in front of the hotel. The staf were kind and helpful at check in. The room was very clean and what an amazing view on the ocean. Breakfast was also good. The only point for improvement is that down stairs tables and chairs were being moved late at night, which kept us awake!
