The hotel’s location was convenient to the shopping centers, but the traffic and just trying to get into the hotel was horrible. There was a horrible stench in the hallways every day, and also in the parking garage. The towels never really looked clean (except one time), and the shower and sinks had a slow drain. We called about the slow drains, but nothing was ever fixed. The housekeeping staff and bellmen were friendly, but the front desk staff need more training on customer service. We were billed “additional fees” at checkout because of “dirty” towels (that their maintenance staff dirtied), and for a key card that had an ink stain on it. We stay at other hotels regularly, and they never ask for the key cards in return or inspect them for marks; however at this hotel they had small print in their contract that they can charge fees for missing or damaged key cards, and they actually inspect them when you checkout. Treat your keycards special, but know that the hotel staff won’t treat you special,

Although the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is incomplete. We had to request for an iron which they provided upon availability, but there was no ironing board. The rooms were made, but they didn’t change the bedding. It also didn’t feel very clean as we came across 2 cockroaches during our 3 night stay.

The rooms are clean and quiet. Hotel staff are pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast is good. If I may suggest, to have 1 elevator designated to be used by people using the pool, or they shouldn't be allowed coming in and out of the elevator wet,, making it a fall risk for other guests.

The staff attending my check-in was under training. He seemed poised and a quick learner. He will be an excellent FD staff member in due time and will learn to take check-ins as an opportunity to showcase the hotel. I was assigned a room with a door that creaks when you try to open it fully. It was also missing drinking glasses and a pillow. I suspected that the room had been stripped of some amenities to meet an emergency need for another guest. The rest of the room was as good as I expected, and the aforementioned issues did not bother or inconvenience me. I feel assured the deficiency did not represent the overall hotel quality. It should, however, be part of the FD training to ensure that rooms like mine are not assigned to a guest, especially during periods of less-than-full occupancy.

The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. We had trouble figuring out how to work the shower and i just called housekeeping and they sent someone to help us. After checking out, I asked them to book me a Grab going to the airport. The hotel is close to SM Aura, it's probably a 5 minute walk. I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but management clearly doesn't have resources or drive to make it better. It's located right in the edge of BGC, walking distance to Aura Mall, but it's on a corner of a super busy intersection. Staff do their best, but clearly the place lacks some investment.

Centrallly located, close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everything. SM Aura is across the street and Ayala Mall also. Market Markrt for fruits, goodies, street foods and everything in between, this hotel is a hidden gem. The best part of this hotel is their staff specially the bell staff, concierge. Front desk staff are not as accomodating especially checking in early even if they have room availble. They want to over charge for a few hours more than a days rate. They need to look into this so they don’t miss out on opportunities of making extra money. If check in is at 2pm and rooms are available early, create a policy to check in people at prorated hourly rate not P3000. That’s like robbing people. Then letting people wait in the lobby until 2pm. Instead of creating a great experience upon arrival.

However plenty of restaurants at SM Aura to spend that money on.

I will still recommend and stay at this hotel. I love the everyone at the door and concierge. They are so welcoming, always courteous and kind with a smile.

I am very particular about hotel bathrooms, and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the bathroom in my room. Not only it is small, the water splatters on the floor outside the shower because the glass door is halfway open. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are not firm, towels are very old and over used. The towel are faded and the threads are coming off on the edges. The hotel staff are not very welcoming, they don't greet customers with a big smile, their faces has no emotions whatsoever. They greet the customer \"hi how may I help you?\" with a straight face!! They guy who checked me in is pleasant but still has no smile in his voice, even told me I can only have one door key because they are running low on cards. Excuse me!!! That is not my problem and it is not a valid excuse! Also when we first checked in, the hotel lobby is hot, A/C unit is not working, hallways are hot as well, only the rooms has a working A/C! Good thing, I got a good view of the BGC skyline in my room, that I like very much! If you are not particular about bathroom and small space, and looking for a budget friendly hotel, then this hotel is for you. We were just here for 2 nights so I did not mind it. But I would not stay here again.

The property is fairly new, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to great shopping and food places in BGC. It is in a busy intersection and traffic jams are common during busy hours.
The a/c is window type, which can be noisy to operate.

Internet is kind of slow. There are roaches in the bedroom. The worst is the mold in the shower room.
There are three of us and when I asked for a third cup the maid said there are no more available cups.
The only good thing with this hotel is the location. Very close to Market Market, SM Aura and Highstreet.

I did not use the airport shuttle - The internet connection lags from time to time. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the cleaning crew was very nice, courteous, and professional. The intersection to the hotel is quite busy and the elevator was busy all the time making it hard for me and my nephew to go up and down

Room is decently clean. WiFi is also reliable and speed was decent. Guards are also friendly and helpful.

The room sound proofing is rather bad. Despite stsying on the 17th floor, I barely had a good sleep for the days I can clearly hear vehicle sounds from the main road, from other guests closing their room doors, etc. My colleagues on 28th floor had no issue with main road sounds so I suppose one should choose to stay at the higher floors if given the choice.

What is unfortunate however is the lift situation. 4 lifts but only done are working. You end up waiting and queueing to even get a lift. Longest wait I had was almost 15 mins just to take the lift.

Hot shower wasn't hot as well. Water despite boiling had a very strong chlorine and metal smell to it so had to buy water just for drinking. Although 2 small bottles of water was provided, that's just too little for even one person's consumption despite only using it as a place to sleep.

Everything is great here, except for one thing. The elevators. There is a bank of four elevators. And they all move extremely slowly. I am talking 15-20 minutes just to o get an elevator to come to you. And many times it’s already jam packed with people. Its honestly ridiculous that an elevator takes that long.

The location is central to shopping areas like Market Market and SM Aura. It is also a walking distance (if you love walking) to Bonifacio High Street. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only con is the condition of the room and bathroom. But knowing that this is a budget hotel it was expected. I’d recommend this hotel to those who are on a budget and don’t mind the crowds around the hotel.

Room was a bit smaller than other rooms. Filipino TV channels did not work or accessible. Overall, it was a good experience with housekeeping and bell staff assisting with my luggage storage and weighing my luggage prior to departing for the airport. Location was great as it was near Market Market where I bought my pasalubong for my trip home. Would definitely return here on my next vacation.

The room was ok to stay, sink counter has mold, bed was too worn out that when you seat on it or lie down, your body go down so deep in the bed, considering they said it’s only been 2-3 years open. Due to the mold they moved me to another room but found a live cockroach, good I was able to kill it. Shower floor overflows to the toilet floor. Breakfast was terrible, money went to waste for that. Takes forever if you request something from the housekeeping. Most of the time front desk is so busy, you can’t get through. Line at the lobby for front desk is always a long line. Long wait to check in and even for check out. One good thing about it is it’s cross the street to SM Aura and Market Market and close to BGC. I won’t go back and I won’t recommend. Too many people in the area.

Check in was slow, and when I got to the room, it wasn’t 100% ready. Pillows were hard and not that comfortable. I got everything I needed, just lacking the comfort. Overtime it was an okay hotel.
