I had a wonderful stay at the Courtleigh Hotel and Suites. I booked a double bedded room and I was given a suite. The staff was wonderful, the food was wonderful. It was very relaxing. I would stay there again.

The food prices in the dining room are way too expensive, myself and other guests that I associated with white at the hotel went outside the premises and find much better and cheaper meals so they are loosing revenue because of overpriced meals.

I found the staff friendly, approachable and willing to assist - I needed help to understand the elevator - they were there. I needed something scanned - they were there. I needed needle and thread - they were there. Thank you. But of particular delight was the breakfast served every day - I stayed six days. I want to say a big shout out and thank you to Amoya - the Hostess in the breakfast area and to the chef who tantilised my palate with boiled yam, dumplings, creole mackerel and kidney. Thank you for everything! I totally endorsed anyone whoh want a quiet, clean, well maintained environment with excellent food - you found the Courtleigh.

The suite was very clean and spacious. A little dated but still comfortable and well maintained. Cleaning staff kept everything fully stocked. The breakfast buffet was ok but the regular menu had a lot more choices. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is conveniently located (5 min walk) to Bijoux, a luxury retail jewelry store. Overall stay at Courtleigh was very good.

Stayed in a suite. Room was very spacious and clean, it had a nice work area.
Cons - the AC in the bedroom wasn't not cooling but maintenance came and sorted it out. The toilet water kept running so I think it needs a new flopper ball, Other than that the stay was very comfy and room service was available and the staff was courteous.

Throughout our stay, the front desk team and management stood out for their professionalism. Even when addressing concerns, they remained composed, attentive, and solution-oriented. That level of consistency under pressure speaks highly of their training and dedication.

The gym facilities were well-equipped, though cleanliness initially fell short. Once this was brought to their attention, the staff acted immediately to rectify the issue. Their quick response demonstrated a genuine openness to feedback and a proactive approach to improvement.

Housekeeping was generally satisfactory, though there was one instance where our room was not cleaned thoroughly. That said, when we raised concern, the team promptly offered to return and make it right, which we appreciated.

Staff was helpful, room a and place was clean. Location was convenient for restaurants and things to do. I didn't like that I had to ask staff to reheat food as there was no microwave, but they didn't complain or look put out when asked. I also didn't like that some of the plants in the lobby had mealy bugs. Overall, great experience, beautiful and clean hotel.

Continental breakfast was really good and a big shout out to our Driver Dr. Watson, Stetson and Bar Attendant Patrick, they made the experience warm and family like always ready to assist in any way they can. The bar staff and bellhop were the best at this property. Everything and everyone else was subpar. The ladies at the front desk will stay in your business. There’s no respect of privacy or boundaries. The balconies are huge with a nice view but the railing isn’t safe nor is the step going out to the balcony. The fire alarm will go off randomly, so maybe prepare for that. The room is okay though, could use some upgrades, starting simple with pillows and towels.

Breakfast offered with room package did not align with our diet, but praises to Mrs. Reynolds for helping to make sure we were able to get breakfast that worked for us. Mrs. Reynolds and staff made our stay a plus!

The check in clerk was not the most friendly and was more rigid than was necessary? But the other staff and their friendly attitude made up for and feelings I had about the start of the encounter.
Again, this place will be one of my go to when I am in Kingston

The room was well appointed, updated with beautiful decor. Very comfortable bedding. Very large space. The on-site restaurant had good food offerings. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great value for money. The only hiccup was that there was only one elevator working for the entire building. It was so frustrating I had to take off one Star.

I kept extending my stay because of circumstances beyond my control, didn’t want anywhere else to stay the staff are very nice and professional Mrs Reynolds is very nice, professional and helpful, management team are extremely awesome (love them). Craig and other front desk staff are very nice and professional. The food is to die for great flavor with lots of options to choose from, very nice and clean restaurants with very friendly staff Sedrina , Amoya and all the staff are excellent. My room is clean beautiful and comfy. Very nice house keepers, hardworking maintenance team, No regrets, no complaints, Love this Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at The Courtleigh Hotel and Suites from last Sunday until today. Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, caring, and truly welcoming from start to finish. The front desk team was always helpful and kind, making check-in and any questions easy and stress-free.

Housekeeping was absolutely superb—special thanks to Nadia, who kept my room spotless every single day. Her hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Big thanks to the chef and all the dining room staff for consistently great service.

Overall, shout-out to all the staff, even though I don’t remember everyone’s name. Your professionalism and warmth made this stay special. One love ❤️ I’ll definitely be back—no other hotel for me. Courtleigh all the way.

The room was clean but keeping our mess to a minimum was hard with a 3 years old and his disorganized mom was challenging yet our housekeeper Charisse did an excellent job and was very pleasant.
The staff in the dining room at breakfast was awesome, very friendly to the sometime cranky and very picky aforementioned toddler. They stopped to speak to him and one even walked him around a few of the tables, always encouraging him to eat.
Checkout was easy however on check in, the reception clerk on duty needs a little common sense, putting 2 women plus a toddler in one bed? Despite a call to the hotel requesting 2 beds, we were given a king sized bed but it was changed without a problem to a more appropriate room. Javon at reception was awesome.
Breakfast was ehh. Not what I was expecting, not even a likkle bit a ackee for the 7 meals we ate. As a long time food service manager in educational and institutional kitchens, I would use frozen eggs vs powdered eggs, better quality sitting on warmer for extended periods.
All in all an above average stay.
