The room was well appointed, updated with beautiful decor. Very comfortable bedding. Very large space. The on-site restaurant had good food offerings. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great value for money. The only hiccup was that there was only one elevator working for the entire building. It was so frustrating I had to take off one Star.

I kept extending my stay because of circumstances beyond my control, didn’t want anywhere else to stay the staff are very nice and professional Mrs Reynolds is very nice, professional and helpful, management team are extremely awesome (love them). Craig and other front desk staff are very nice and professional. The food is to die for great flavor with lots of options to choose from, very nice and clean restaurants with very friendly staff Sedrina , Amoya and all the staff are excellent. My room is clean beautiful and comfy. Very nice house keepers, hardworking maintenance team, No regrets, no complaints, Love this Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at The Courtleigh Hotel and Suites from last Sunday until today. Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, caring, and truly welcoming from start to finish. The front desk team was always helpful and kind, making check-in and any questions easy and stress-free.

Housekeeping was absolutely superb—special thanks to Nadia, who kept my room spotless every single day. Her hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Big thanks to the chef and all the dining room staff for consistently great service.

Overall, shout-out to all the staff, even though I don’t remember everyone’s name. Your professionalism and warmth made this stay special. One love ❤️ I’ll definitely be back—no other hotel for me. Courtleigh all the way.

The room was clean but keeping our mess to a minimum was hard with a 3 years old and his disorganized mom was challenging yet our housekeeper Charisse did an excellent job and was very pleasant.
The staff in the dining room at breakfast was awesome, very friendly to the sometime cranky and very picky aforementioned toddler. They stopped to speak to him and one even walked him around a few of the tables, always encouraging him to eat.
Checkout was easy however on check in, the reception clerk on duty needs a little common sense, putting 2 women plus a toddler in one bed? Despite a call to the hotel requesting 2 beds, we were given a king sized bed but it was changed without a problem to a more appropriate room. Javon at reception was awesome.
Breakfast was ehh. Not what I was expecting, not even a likkle bit a ackee for the 7 meals we ate. As a long time food service manager in educational and institutional kitchens, I would use frozen eggs vs powdered eggs, better quality sitting on warmer for extended periods.
All in all an above average stay.

But brought their mom who I wasn't suppose to see till the next day. She was exhausted. They traveled a distance with her in the car. Shes 89yrs. I paid for a single room. I checked with the desk to see if it would be alright for her to stay in my room. I asked for two double beds. But when we got upstairs itvwas a king. They said hotel booked. But could change the next day due to thevrooms opening up from checkoutm But before thst it took aprox 30mins to sort that out. The next day we left in the morning andvreturned after 3pm. Our room hadn't been cleaned. They finally changed our room much later. It was a beautiful room with view and balcony. But, the lock was nonexistance. Maintenance said the room had problems with the l9ck being broken so they removedbit
So we slept with no l9vk. It was very didturbing. No more rooms available. Two staff members were rude throughout my experience with this hotel. The General Mgr and front desk staff were lovely

I booked for two nights, there was no hot water available during the first day. I couldn't shower properly and no one resolved or gave a proper follow up. I would've expected better customer service, I had the VIP room and not even the coffee machine worked. In other hotels I have even got credit when something essential as no hot water is available... terrible.

I visit Courtleigh at least 4 times per year, unfortunately I don’t recall giving a review. I had to this time around since I was forced to extend my stay October 27 because of hurricane Melissa.
I’ll start out with the friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. Miss Powell consistently makes me feel valued and ensured I’m okay.
Danelle, Jevon, Shajianna-Kay, were simply awesome as usual.
Tatiana was not there throughout the hurricane, but she’s awesome.
The doorbell guys, mainly Craig, great.
I have to give special recognition to Christine in the restaurant. She always delivers good service, but I have to say during the hurricane she way a cut above the rest.
She went all out to help whoever she could and I was well pleased with her service.
Joseph, Charmaine, and Ventrece, are also great workers.
Donnette, definitely needs some training. She doesn’t quite know how to communicate with her guests. At least that was my experience, and my sister who is a regular there had the same experience.
The food is always great, hotel is very clean, and overall it’s my favorite hotel in Kingston.
