Basic, butvalue considering the price

Lovely staff and friendly people. But the room was very dated and quite gross. We only stayed here as it was close to the airport as we had an early flight. No nice beach near by and there is a bar up the road which has very slow service

Short but enjoyable stay

Only there for one night. The ladies on reception were fantastic! So friendly and helpful! The room was huge and well furnished. Bathroom was disappointing. Aircon in main bedroom leaked to begin with, but fixed as soon as we reported it. A bit too close to the busy main road for a long stay, but perfect for our requirements

Review of reef apartment seychelles

The apartment was clean but the place requires some paint and few repairs inside. The electric cooker was faulty. One of the ring did not work fully and the other one did not work at all. There was a lack of basic kitchen utensils. The workers and receptionist were very helpful and kind.the hotel needs to have info of bus facilities , organized tours and an album or leaflets of places of interest as well as contact numbers.

Close to the beach but horrible.

I stayed only a night. I didn't expect much. It was located close from the airport, beach and easy to find. However, staying here was not a fond memory. The room was large, had a little kitchenette, the bed was clean. However, the shower head was hanging on a tube to the water heater, not fixed on the wall. Later, I found a big spider and killed it with my shoe. The leg span was good 3 inches long. The body was about a quarter coin size. Some lizards but didn't care anymore...

Very good family apartments. Veronique great cook

We only stayed a couple of days - rest of time on Praslin. The 2-bedroom apartment was just fine, clean and nicely equipped, and you should give Veronique a chance to show you what a good cook she is - great value (Friday is her day off). I've given medium ratings because we usually stay in high-end luxury properties, so by comparison this wasn't luxurious, but we wanted this beach especially for the calm shallow lagoon for a few days, and this was perfect, as well as being close to airport.
It is worth hiring a car at the airport rather than getting a taxi - they drive on the left, and quite slowly.

Wonderful stay

We stayed in there for 8 nights and we liked the hotel, the room, the location, the beach across the road.
The breakfast was good and enough to start the day.
The housekeeping was great. The room was spotless.
Everyone from the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I found the hotel to be ideal for my weeklong business trip, all I needed at a reasonable price.
Natalie and staff were friendly and helpful, since I arrived late I called ahead to advise and still received a warm welcome. Simple, functional yet comfortable

Good for overnight.

Used apartments for our last night before flight home.
Staff excellent - very friendly.
Enjoyed fresh fruit breakfast.
Nice big room. Small pool but ok for dip to cool off. Good kitchen facility in room. Away from shops but on bus route.

We stayed at Reef Apartment for 10 days. It was great and we satisfied the hotel service. Rooms are clean and the hotel is located close to the airport. The only downside it is far from the downtown and restraunts. The people who works at the reception are amazing and very friendly.

Very nice if basic

Very large, comfortable room (powerful AC!) and right across the street from the ocean. The highway can be a bit loud as it is right in front and there are almost no restaurants nearby, but the bus comes by frequently and is easy to use. The staff was superb - very friendly and attentive.

Warm, friendly staff makes this place shine!

We spent 6 out of our 7 days in the Seychelles at Reef Holiday Apartments and were thoroughly impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of David and Veronique. Hotel staff were always on hand to assist with questions and anything we needed. On our final day - my birthday, Veronique left a birthday message on my bed made with flowers which was lovely!
Rooms are clean, spacious - simple yet comfortable. Rooms include air con, TV and we managed to get access to wifi in the hotels reception area. Great little hotel, especially for those on a budget. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it.

The apartments are ok. The kitchen facilities are good. There are lizards in the rooms which scared the kids. Towels are not changed daily unless asked for. Pool is very small for the number of apts/ guests. There is no proper beach opposite the hotel.

Good price close to airport

The hotel is very close to the main road and spoiled by traffic noise. Apartment was spacious, good cooking facilities and clean. Small swimming pool fine for a quick cool down.

Good if you are on a budget

It is an okay hotel to stay at if you are on a budget, This was the thrid and final hotel I stayed at while on the island after spending 2 weeks in the Seychelles and I used this hotel while I waited for my flight out. It is just under 10 minute drive to the airport which was perfect for me. The hotel staff were very accomodating as they allowed me to stow some luggage there for a week as my friend and I travelled to Praslin Island. Room was adequate enough for what I needed although no internet in the room which seemed to be the case for many hotels on the islands. I didn't use any of the hotel services so I can't comment on it but the staff were friendly and quite helpful.

Close to the airport

Having chosen this hotel purely because it was close to the airport and I had an early flight I wasn't expecting or looking for much however I was pleasantly surprised in the overall size and amenities room was very big and had two double beds in it.
A sofa and chair,small dining table and separate kitchen space,shops are to the right of the hotel and beach over the road.
Would use again if I was in the seychelles as a short stopping point for the airport

Great holiday for a good price!

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Its a short walk from the Takamaka rum distillery which do the best cocktails and the beach is literally across the road! If your on a budget its a short walk to the bus stop ( even if your not on a budget i recommend the bus anyway as it is great fun! Plus you get to see different parts of the island) or if you want to drive, the receptionist will sort out a hire car for you. Staff were very friendly and the cleaners that came round every day were fantastic. We will definitely be back again.

Good base to see all the beaches

To go to Seychelles and to stay in just one area of the island is a crime. We wanted somewhere to base so we could visit the whole island and that's exactly what we got. Granted the mattress was a little harder than we used to, but the hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Anything we did not have in the room they were happy to provide it for us. The rooms were cleaned each day with fresh towels and, tea towels and simple things like washing up liquid refilled. (it is self catering). On occasions we were left fresh fruit and cakes. Car hire easy and can be done at airport when u arrive. Places to go Anse intendance (for the brave), great fun with the big waves, very picturesque, Grand Anse and Port Glaud for safe clear tranquil water and must visit. Fairyland great scenery with the granite rocks and for ok snorkelling. Beau Vallon (every one goes) but worth visiting. Everywhere accepts Rupees (and most other major currencies). If you never been to La Digue you have to! But this is expensive £100 pp
Snorkelling trips are worth the money, you out all day, given lunch, can catch fish with ur hands like I did, and see 3 different islands all in one day, make sure u barter.
Eating out, the cheapest if ur on budget go to local burger and chicken vans.
Seychelles is one of the most beautiful places in the world and our whole experience was great.. It was topped of by flying with Emirates (probably the best airline in the world)

Nosotros solo lo cogimos para una noche por estar cerca del aeropuerto, tiene una bonita playa delante y piscina, a 5 min caminando puedes comer o cenar en un hotel y a 10 min hay un un supermarket. Nos consiguieron un transfer q nos costo 300rupias. En general bien. La cama es cómoda y apto grande. Cocina regular.

Diese Unterkunft war an Unsauberkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Angekommen in der Anlage traf uns schon der erste Schock. Alles verwahrlost, nichts gepflegt. Regelrecht vermodert. Wir habeb nur 20 Min auf unser Zimmer warten müssen. Im Zimmer angekommen traf uns der nächste Schlag. Überall Krabbeltiere, die Tür war schon ein Witz. Das Bad war der Horror. Das Zimmer war groß aber alles extrem verdreckt. Diese Unterkunft ist keinen Cent wert. Die Lage ist ok man kommt in 10 min zum Flughafen, wenn kein Stau ist, welcher jeden Morgen ist von 7 bis 9.30 dementsprechend laut ist es auch . Vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft zahlten wir 500 Rupies. Zurück: die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns abends zuvor ein Taxi bestellt,haben wir nur 350 Rupies bezahlt. Allem in allem eine Anlage des Ekels

Room was basic and clean. The Wi-Fi was very good. Beds were a bit too hard and the pool needs a proper cleaning. The road next to the hotel is noisy and busy and the lack of restaurants in the area was a bummer. The best part of our stay was the short distance to the beach and lovely staff member Veronica, who helped us with a big smile. It looks like we are going back.=)

Die Appartements wären wirklich groß und hätten alles, Küche, Bad und großen Wohn-Schlafraum. Leider ist es schon sehr abgewohnt und nicht gerade sauber. Der Strand ist wirklich schön. Die Betten waren bequem und sauber.

Mediocre but close to the airport

Nice staff. Ok place but the standard is so so. The bed was terrible! It's located right by the main road and the traffic is very load even in the nighttime! I choose this because its proximity to the airport (about 8 minutes by car) but the cost for a taxi was still 300-350 SCR.

Meine Empfehlung: Schafen Sie hier nicht!
Urlaubsfeeling will hier nicht aufkommen - vom nicht vorhandenen Service über das abgerockte Zimmer bis hin zum unterirdischen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Umgebung ist auch nicht schön - vor allem im Vergleich zu all den anderen wunderschönen Stränden auf Mahe. Der Strand ist ungepflegt, es gibt keinerlei Versorgung (Take-Away Food o.ä. in der Nähe). Das Zimmer ist groß, einigermaßen Sauber, aber völlig ungepflegt. Die Bettwäche ist dreckig (voller Flecken), Aber die absolute Zumutung ist der wirklich schreckliche Zustand des Badezimmers. Das einzige Gute an unserem Aufenthalt war, dass wir hier nur einen Tag waren. Gesamturteil: Gruselig!

nous nous attendions à un établissement simple mais convenable, quelle déception.
Nous devions y passer seulement quelques heures en attendant notre vol, nous sommes même partis plus tôt que prévu et avons préféré attendre à l'aéroport.
Cet établissement semble être sur le point d'être abandonné...Seul l'accueil a été sympathique.

Большой номер с кухней, хороший бюджетный вариант. Море через дорогу. Заселили утром сразу по приезду (в 8:30), очень дружелюбный персонал. В номере чисто, имеется всё необходимое. Вечером немного мешал шум от дороги, но ночью тихо. До аэропорта 6-8 минут на автомобиле (без пробок).

Har hatt en fin ferie. Leid bil og kjørt rundt på øya. Bra plassering på hotellet da det ligger ca midt på øya. Koselig personal. Vennlige og hjelpsomme. Lite minus da det går en vei rett utenfor hotellet som det kjør mye biler på. Slitsomt i begynnelsen men etter hvert ble man vant til det. Liten koselig strand rett over veien. Hadde gjerne brukt dette hotellet igjen.

Albergo utile per la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto.

Una sola notte di passaggio per attendere la coincidenza del volo di ritorno, relativamente vicino all'aeroporto ma non in una zona molto turistica, utile l'utilizzo di una macchina.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti in questa guest house. Personale attendo e disponibile.
Camere pulite e ampie. Unico neo la mancanza di una presa di corrente in bagno.
Come detto da altri, alla mattina non si riesce a dormire a causa del passaggio di auto e autobus in strada. Per noi però non è stato un problema, perché in genere andavamo a letto presto e ci svegliavamo all'alba.
La piscina è piccolina, ma non l'avremmo comunque frequentata. La wifi funzionava a singhiozzo, ma essendo gratuita (disponibile alla reception e in piscina) non avevamo alcun diritto di lamentarci. A disposizione, ma costosissima (circa 10€/ora) la wifi in camera (ne abbiamo fatto volentieri a meno).
La posizione, per chi come noi era munito di auto, è ottimale. Vicinissima all'aeroporto e centrale rispetto all'isola.
Consiglierei questo alloggio a chi sceglie di girare in lungo e in largo l'isola e torna in stanza solo per dormire.

Sommes arrivés tard le soir, le gardien nous a accompagné dans notre appartement.
Appartement propre qui manque un peu de vaisselles quand même.
