Tranquil riad on the edge of the souks

Absolutely beautiful little find right on the edge of the souks. We could not fault this place we absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive to any needs we might have. I would 100% recommend to anyone! As much as I would love to gatekeep this gorgeous place, others need to know so that they can experience the service that we had :)

Stunning property! Easy walk to the souks and Grand Bazaar. The rooms are very spacious and decorated beautifully. Mohammed is a very gracious host and as our flight was later in the evening he was even kind enough us to allow us to come back to the riad after a day of last minute shopping to relax before the flight which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Le Riad est non seulement unique, artistique, décoré avec goût, mais il est bien situé et surtout surtout très calme. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant, et disposé à nous aider à toute heure de la journée. Les petits-déjeuners furent bons et satisfaisants. Le lit était un peu dur pour moi: j'ai une préférence pour les matelats tempurpedics. L'air peut circuler grâce à la climatisation. Il est possible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. C'est un petit havre de paix, très silencieux. Il est merveilleux de n'entendre que les oiseaux le matin. Ils adorent les lieux. Ils y sont tous les jours. Nous aussi nous y retournerons un jour.

This hotel is amazing. Our room (Leale) was so unique and beautiful. The service is impeccable. Breakfasts were delicious every morning. Location is great, very close to where the cab can drop you off and not far at all from many restaurants, sights, and shops. One small tip - as of our visit, there was no sign on the door, making it hard to find (though it is actually very close to the main street, so it isn't hard at all to get to!). Have someone from the hotel pick you up from Dar el Bacha (we declined this and regretted it!). Hope to return here one day!!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Riad Jaaneman. Mohamed and Mohamed were gracious hosts making sure we had everything we needed and helping us along the way with any request. Our Leale Suite was lovely and spacious with a private courtyard. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The entrance to the riad is a little tricky to find with no signage, but once you know where it is, it's in a very convenient location off a quieter street in the Medina. Very quiet, beautiful and peaceful riad.

My mother and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Jaaneman. Not only was it in an ideal spot in Medina, but it was also in walking distance to the famous Jardin Majorelle, a quick drive to the airport and to Palmerie. Furthermore, the Riad felt luxurious with beautiful individually designed private rooms and communal spaces. Not only was the accommodation lovely, what really made the whole stay perfect were the staff; Muhammed no. 1 and no.2 couldn't have been more helpful and attentive in making our stay an absolute delight. They were always on hand with recommendations, assistance and endless amounts of mint tea! We would recommend this hotel to any of our family and friends!

Best location in Marrakech

Stylish and comfortable riad in I would say the best location within the medina. Easy to get to by car (which is very rare for most riads), safe location, near the best restaurants and sites in the medina. This was my fourth visit to Marrakech and I would definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing - super clean and beautiful, and the breakfast is amazing every day! The dinner is also amazing and they went above and beyond to help us with our 3-year-old, including making sphagetti bolognaise just for him, without us asking. What really made our visit are the staff - so polite and kind, they really made us feel at home. Special thanks to both Mohammeds - I have never received such great service with genuine care and kindness. If we were ever in Marrakesh I know where I'll be staying!

Beautiful riad in the heart of Marrakech

We loved it here. We didn’t really want to leave, when it was time. Super calm interior to contrast the Medina outside of the door. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The entrance is a bit quirky, but it’s in the Medina and that should be expected when coming to Marrakech. We would stay here next time in Marrakech. This riad is beautiful inside.

Our stay at Jaaneman exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we met exuded warmth and hospitality. We loved the location (right inside the Médina but close enough to a main road so we could access taxis easily), the food was copious and delicious. They went above and beyond when my husband got sick, going to the pharmacy for us and retrieving supplies. I would highly recommend this riad to couples traveling to Marrakech and we both look forward to returning.

Loved our stay here! The team at Riad Anata couldn’t have been more helpful with giving us restaurant recommendations, helping us figure out how to navigate the medinas, and of course offering an awesome Moroccan cooking class right in the kitchen at the riad! Had a great time and would definitely stay at the Riad Anata again if I had the chance!

Riad Jaaneman is a calm and peaceful haven in the colourful medina. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The riad, renovated as a family home, was done so to the highest standard with Italian influences. Everything about our stay at the medina was perfect!

Peaceful sanctuary within the walls of Marrakech

Once we found the Riad it was wonderful, but very challenging to find and there is no sign above the door to indicate we were at the right place when we arrived. Once the door opened, we were welcomed in with mint tea by Mohammed and made to feel like special guests in a beautiful oasis. The room was comfortable and uniquely furnished with one of the best rain showers I’ve experienced.
Breakfast which is included was quite good. We dined in one night and the dinner was especially tasty and fresh.
The location was great to go explore the souks and then to easily come back to the peaceful sanctuary of the Riad.
One suggestion I would have though is to replace the A/C. It wasn’t very warm when we were there and I could see it having a tough time cooling down the room if it were much warmer.

Nice hotel, close to the center of town

We had an amazing stay at Riad Jaaneman. The facilities were great and staff excellent. We have to single out Wafi. What an amazing member of staff. So helpfull and friendly. Couldn't do enough for us. I do think the owners could do something to make the entrance of to the Riad more attractive. Having said that , you have to keep in mind that this is in Marrakech.

A lovely Riad in a nice part of the Medina

Loved the internal areas , decor gorgeous , lounges and room furnishings really nice . Our room patio, outside area needed some attention , water feature wall not working , ear buds in the plants . The roof terrace was the real disappointment with ripped and stained sun lingers , stained canopy and canopy curtains , peeling paint ,
. Just didn't feel like the class of Riad this is compared to the internal riad . The staff and breakfast where wonderful , our meal on the last night very average and disappointing .

Unser Urlaub im Riad Jaaneman war einfach wunderbar! Das Haus ist ein echter Klassiker – stilvoll, ruhig und mit ganz besonderem Charme. Der Service war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, herzlich und immer zur Stelle, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Jeder Moment war ein Genuss – vom Frühstück bis zum entspannten Abend im Innenhof. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen! Vielen Dank.

とても素晴らしい経験が出来ました。

清潔でモダンと伝統が融合した内装はとてもおしゃれで印象深かったですし、メディナの喧騒が嘘のように静かな中庭では心から寛ぐことができました。

まさに、自宅に帰ってきたような感覚です。

私達は到着した日のランチと2泊目のディナーをお願いしましたが、食事も美味しくて会話がはずみました。

そして、リヤドのスタッフのホスピタリティは本当に感動ものでした。
これまで様々な土地を訪れ、いくつものホテルに滞在してきましたがこのような感覚を味わったことはありません。

Le prix en saison haute trop élevé à mon goût.

Se situe juste derrière le Hamman de la Rose, suivre le panneau des Bains de Tarabel (toute petite ruelle - Derb- au fond), à gauche du mur. Repas typique pour 30€ .
Très belle terrasse avec partie couverte et grand canapé.
Personnel très accueillant !
En face du Musée des Confluences, à deux pas du Souk, très bien situé !

Beautiful Riad

Our stay at Jaaneman was really nice, Mohamed was very helpful and made our stay perfect. The weather wasn’t as we expected, it was cold for marrakech, but he managed to fix the room and add some extra heaters for our comfort. The Riad is clean and the breakfast is delicious. We really appreciated that the street the Riad is at is full of policeman and the location is very convenient. All in all I would definitely recommend this beautiful Riad.
