We enjoyed the hospitality of the team at Riad Enchante. We scheduled a pick up from the train station upon arrival with a porter guiding us to the Riad within the Medina- thank goodness too many turns then down a secret passage. We also arrange for same assistance for our departure to the airport. The room was Nice, clean with daily housekeeping services and a free breakfast yummy! We also enjoyed a rooftop dinner-Delicious! Kaleet, Bribe & Illyas were very helpful with directions, attention to helping us in any way possible

The entire Riad was spotless. The breakfasts were out of this world. The staff at this Riad went out of their way on a daily basis to see that our every need was met. I can not stress enough just how wonderful the hosts were. Our stay was amazing and when we return we will absolutely stay at this Riad again if it is available. Unbelievable service
The team at Enchante were incredible - their attention to detail and making us so welcome was fabulous. From arranging airport pickup to welcome / orientation / sightseeing tips and hospitality they could not be faulted. We had to leave at 4am and , yes, of course they prepared a light breakfast for us as well as arranging a porter for our luggage and transport to the airport. Sunset on the rooftop dining area was a lovely end to the day. Thank you Illyas and all your team - we will never forget our Marrakesh experience.

Located right where we wanted to be and just far enough away to be quiet. Room was great but what made the stay 5 stars was the staff. The two college age guys that ran the place (wish I could remember their names) treated us like old friends that came into town and made our time in Marrakech that much more special. They went above and beyond ensuring we knew where to go, what to do, and of course our bellys were full even when theirs were not due to Ramadan, and when they could eat invited us to join them for their iftar. If you've read this far into my review, stop searching and stay here. They will answer any questions or concerns you have about the area and ensure you have a great time in Marrakech, my wife and I sure did!

Great hospitality
The Riad Enchante was a pleasant place to stay. The hosts were helpful with every aspect of our stay. It is a very good idea to have someone pick you up at the airport because it would not be an easy place to find on your own. I even got lost a couple of times after I knew where it was. When someone saw that I was lost they offered to help me find the Riad, but then they wanted to be paid for pointing me in the right direction. So that part of my stay I didn't appreciate, but that was no fault of the Riad Enchante. To get to the Riad, it is a few twists and turns off of the main shopping area. If you are by yourself walking, it doesn't feel very safe, but I felt fine as long as I wasn't walking alone. Once in our Riad, I felt totally safe, comfortable and well taken care of and there is someone there to help you 24/7. We had to leave very early in the morning to go on a hot air balloon ride, and then the next morning we had to leave very early to get to the airport, so we weren't able to try their breakfast, but they kindly made us something to eat when we got back from our hot air balloon ride. My husband broke his sun glasses at the last minute and they lent us their sun glasses to go on our balloon ride. They really tried to help us in any way they could. It was much appreciated.

The property is in a very good location for exploring Marrakesh but tucked away in a quiet alley. Small but perfectly formed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Habib was very attentive and make some great recommendations for us to explore. He arranged taxis to and from the airport and a guide to explore the Souks. Hisham was also very helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable about Marrakesh. This property is a little gem and j would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina
We had a fantastic time at the Riad Enchante. The Riad is beautifully restored, well located and walkable to everywhere in the Medina. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom and shower. Very clean and well maintained, our room was cleaned daily. My favorite thing about this Riad was the amazing included breakfast on the rooftop with a great view of the city, as well as the excellent service. Everyone working there was exceptionally nice, accommodating, and helpful with anything we needed. They also spoke multiple languages fluently. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience staying at this authentic Riad where tradition meets comfort. The rooms and common spaces are very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast or relax after exploring the city. Breakfast is served with amazing selection of local breads, eggs, fruit and yogurt. Both hosts were super attentive and pleasure to deal with. We loved it !

I have nothing bad to say about Riad Enchante. All staff members were so welcoming and accommodating. Felt like my own home. So clean and spacious. My husband requested for extra eggs every morning and the staff were able to accommodate. Excellent service. Excellent staff. Excellent location and just a beautiful home and ambiance. The service was fantastic.
The room was very comfortable. However, was a little dark, the tv didn’t work, and there was just a curtain separating the bathroom.
The breakfasts were pleasantly surprising, a great choice of local breads, cakes, yoghurt, fruit juice, tee and coffee, delivered to your table.
The riad was quite hard to find - the entrance to Derb Habib Allah is off a busy street - and from there continue down the narrow street looking out for the ‘Riad Enchanté’ signs on the walls. You’ll turn right and left several times before arriving at the door of the riad. Please note that this walk can be very off-putting to many travellers, especially at night time, although we never felt too uncomfortable or threatened in any way.

We spent 3 nights at the Enchante and it was perfect. A couple of hundred meters from the souk, yet peaceful and quiet. A little oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of town. A delicious breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace making a perfect start to the day. The owners were really helpful organising a trip to a local spa and were always on hand with helpful tips. I'd highly recommend this Riad.

Hussein and Khalid were excellent hosts. They were very personalized and very pleasing. The riad had a great location, but know that it is in the medina where no cars can go. I highly recommend to arrange a hotel transfer from airport to hotel thru Riad Elchante so that there will be a coordinated arrangement for the car and bag porter that will walk you into the maze in the medina. Do this especially if you are arriving at night. Once in the medina, it is a great and safe experience. Great breakfast and roof top too. I would recommend this.

Wonderful place, amazing location and tucked away just enough to feel safe and quiet. 2 minutes walk from being in the middle of it all. The rooms were beautiful, luxurious- photos don’t do it justice. The star of the show was Hussein, incredible service, true 5* concierge and made the trip one to remember. I have travelled to many top hotels and villas around the world and Hussein’s served was memorable and world leading!

They were extremely attentive, offering fantastic advice, and were a key part to our wonderful stay in Marrakesh. The Riad itself was very clean and the Decor really embraced the Moroccan culture. The Riad is located in a perfect location which is close to the key markets but away from the noise. The Riad is also conveniently a 7 minute walk from the pick up point for excursions such as balloon rides and camel riding. We were offered fresh moroccan styled breakfast each morning, which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone looking for a trip to embrace Marrakesh. You will be well looked after.

Riad Enchanté made our short stay in Marrakech very plrasant. We were overwhelmed by the hospitality shown us and heartily recommend this riad to anyone seeking an authentic Moroccan experience with modern plumbing and comfortable accommodation.

Great traditional Riad experience
We had a wonderful stay but it didn't start well. We didn't understand that Riads typically have few if any outside windows - wealthy people in the old days valued their privacy and also wanted peace and quiet. So the rooms are dark if they don't have a window onto the courtyard, which only 2 here do. Our initial room didn't. Our assumption was that we had been assigned the poorest room. However, the Manager was excellent and explained the history of Riads and then offered to move us to a room with a window. Even then, it was a window to the courtyard area and wasn't private but we appreciated his kind offer. Then we came to appreciate how beautiful the rooms are, with period decorations and top quality bathroom fittings. Also, the rooftop is a lovely area for breakfast or relaxing. It is a wonderful Riad experience once you understand the history of the Riad.
Although it is conveniently located within the Medina it is remarkably quiet (and the Medina can be a busy place). Be aware that a taxi can only get to within a 10 - 15 minute walk of the Medina. After that it is a labyrinthine walk through narrow lanes. The manager arranged for our transfer to the Railway Station at a price that compared with other prices we found (150 Dirhams). That included a trolley for luggage and I would strongly recommend using that facility.
We recommend this Riad partly because it is a lovely example of a Riad but also because the manager did everything he could to make our stay great.

This is a beautiful riad. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more but we arrived after Morocco closed its borders due to COVID19. Luckiky, the riad manager stayed at the property in case we, the only guests, arrived, which we did after an exhausting day at the airport. We were treated with great warmth and kindness, offered food and breakfast the next morning at a very early hour to accommodate us getting back to the airport where we successfully secured a rescue flight. We will never forget this kindness in our hour of need. Highly recommend this property.

When we returned, we were informed by the front desk staff that we had been given the wrong room and that all our stufff had been moved. It felt a bit like an invasion of our privacy. They could've waited for us to return before making this move. Also, if the mistake was on their end, they should've just honored the mistake and left us in the room they have originally given us. We were told that the room they mistakenly gave us was booked by someone else, but we never see any other guests at the riad during the two nights we were there. It was all very weird and a little uncomfortable because of the language barrier, but we got through it. They did offer us a free trip back to the airport once we were checking out to make up for the mistake so there's at least that.

Riad Enchanté Is Fantastic!
We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Enchanté. They arranged airport transportation and a luggage porter to and from the hotel, which was important because a taxi cannot enter the center of Medina where the hotel is located. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was different every day, but always delicious including bread, yogurt, fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. Upon arrival Mohammad greeted us with hot, mint tea and pastries, gave us a map to help us navigate Medina and recommended several restaurants which we tried. Our room was large, the bed comfortable and we had a nice shower and bathroom with lovely tile work. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio is an oasis in the heart of Medina and the perfect place to start the day with breakfast and sunshine. Overall a great experience and an exceptional value.
