Chromatics has great staff who are very attentive. They allowed us to use the phone to call our mobile carrier when we were having reception issues. They also stored our bags so that we could explore for the day. Not to mention the breakfast is fantastic, the room had air conditioning and it's within walking distance to a major transportation hub. I would definitely stay here again.

On site restaurant available. They work with your parking which is about a 5 minute walk. I paid 10 euros for overnight parking. More for 24 hours.

This is a great hotel, if somewhat remote (2 miles) from the Old Town area, which is where the bars and restaurants are. It is close to Perrache station which is a single stop from the Part-Dieu station.
Be aware that the standard rooms are pretty small with a double or twin bed. The deluxe rooms are slightly better with a king bed and sofa bed.

Muy muy limpio, camas muy cómodas y excelente desayuno. Las habitaciones son apretadas, pero dado que solo fui una noche, no fue problema. El señor de la recepción con quien me tocó hacer el registro a la media noche fue antipático y no hablaba bien inglés; incluso al hablarle en francés fue bastante tosco. El resto del personal fue muy amable al momento del check out y en el desayuno.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut zu erreichen. Für mich war die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Bades sehr unangenehm. Das Personal hat mit günstigen Parkmöglichkeit weiter geholfen. Beim Buffet fürs Frühstück gab es zwar nicht viel Auswahl, jedoch hat alles top geschmeckt, außer der Kaffee.

Un lien de partenariat est envoyé pour permettre de réserver un parking public à tarif négocié. Très bien SAUF qu'il y a 2 parking Perrache et que l'explication donnée par l'accueil de l'hôtel n'est pas clair. Nous sommes rentré dans le parking Perrache carnot. Comme la voiture n'était pas reconnue, nous avons essayé d'appeler Q Park. Pas de réponse. Rien pour comprendre rapidement que l'on n'était pas dans le bon parking.
Au bout de 5mn de recherche en relisant toutes les lignes du mail de confirmation, on comprends. On ressort et on cherche a rentrer dans le second parking Perrache archives. Sauf que si on loupe une sortie dans l'énorme échangeur on part en vadrouille par le tunnel de Fourvière sans possibilité de sortie. Au final 30mn avant de rentrer dans le bon parking après le voyage de la journée, c'est difficilement acceptable.
