The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great!
The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short.
They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs!
Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one was SILENT.

I just returned from an incredible stay in Tanzania, and I'm still thinking about it.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The housekeeping team cleaned our room twice daily, twice!, and left everything pristine each time. It's the kind of attention to detail that makes you feel genuinely cared for.

Speaking of care, the staff here set a new standard. Throughout the day, someone was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It never felt intrusive—just warm and attentive in a way that's increasingly rare.

The dining experience was a pleasant surprise. Every meal was a buffet with a wonderful variety, and at $20, it's remarkable value. We never left hungry or disappointed.
Now, the view. I don't say this lightly: it's so stunning you'll wonder if it's real. Whether from our room or the dinning area, I found myself stopping just to take it in, over and over again.

And if you like to stay fit even on vacation, there's a gym and paddle court you can use use, neat and descently equipped.

And for anyone who worries about safety while traveling, the security here put us completely at ease. And as the locals will say - Hukuna matata - Guards are stationed at the beach area, which added an extra layer of comfort that let us fully relax and enjoy ourselves.

Tanzania stole my heart, and Tembo was a big part of why. I'll be back!

O hotel é novo, com uma estrutura de piscinas muito bom, lindo. A praia é maravilhosa também, água cristalina e com boa estrutura, com caiaques a disposição. Tem também uma quadra de padel. O quarto é grande, cama confortável. Tenho apenas algumas sugestões para o hotel, deixar mais explicito que o hotel não possui bebidas alcoólicas para a venda, sendo que vc pode beber, mas tem que adquirir nos hotéis ao lado e assinar um termo de compromisso. Melhorar o menu a la carte, pois tem poucas opções, a gente que é do Brasil teve uma dificuldade um pouco com as comidas, e melhorar também a academia, as esteiras não estavam funcionando e poucos pesos. Gostaria de agradecer aos funcionários, super prestativos, principalmente os do restaurante, se sentimos muito bem acolhidos, Khalid e Sampson principalmente.

Vi hadde en kjempe fin uke på Tempo hotell. Stor og fint hotell med god utsikt. Stort basseng og kjempe fin strand. Hotellet har buffet og à la carte til lunsj og middag. Anbefales og en spesiell takk til Hamida som gjorde restaurant opplevelsen kjempe hyggelig.

This is the best hotel resort I ever been to, the food was delicious and the room was so luxury and good service despite it was new opens, one negative thing was the hotel was alcohol free but there was a lovely bar on the beach right beside the hotel 20 meters
