Great room overlooking the beach from the balcony. The check in guys were super friendly and helpful, very good to talk to. Shame we couldn’t have stayed longer to catch up for a beer.
Keeping in mind you are staying at a party beach expect to hear the clubs until early morning. If you’re drunk then you don’t notice…
Breakfast was ok.
Would recommend staying here for 2-3 nights.

This place is terrible unless you are in your super early 20s. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. If you have an early flight, there is no transportation to the airport until 9 am. The cleaning staff is friendly but they come very randomly - sometimes in the morning and then sometimes late afternoon. It is centrally located to a lot of the other different beach clubs and is very close to a mini market and bus station which was nice but you pay for it in the end because this resort is so absolutely inconvenient in every other aspect. It seems like a great deal but in the end you spend more to do everything else, you could have just stayed at a nice resort. There is no pool here by the way. Some of the pictures are VERY misleading.

We had an amazing time at Paradise Beach Resort overall! The bar and restaurant staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful, and getting chairs in the morning was easy, which made for stress-free beach days.

The party scene was perfect – lively and exactly what we were hoping for during our stay. The rooms were good, although we did have a problem on the first night when one of the beds had a bad smell. The security/on-call staff that night were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue quickly.

However, the only major downside was the male receptionist. After the bed issue, he repeatedly made unnecessary comments about how we had “woken him up at 5 AM,” and continued to blame us for the situation throughout our stay. He even threw money at one of my friends at one point, which was completely disrespectful. He also gave us attitude when we asked simple questions, like checking the bus schedule.

Check-out was especially unpleasant – while on the day we arrived, he had one of his staff help carry our 4 large suitcases up multiple flights of stairs, on the day we left, he refused to help us bring them back down, and just stood there watching as we struggled. He didn’t offer assistance or ask anyone to help, which felt needlessly rude and dismissive.

Aside from this one individual, we truly loved our stay and would definitely return – hopefully with better front desk service next time.

Had a good time all the bartenders were great, I didn’t like that half of the food on the menu was not available. Also there were these little black bugs that were in the hallway of my room. Every time I open the door a couple would get in my room. But other than that I loved staying there, would definitely go again.

This property is not a resort. The beach is nice but that’s it. The staff was rude and pushy. A bouncer got in my face for bringing a water bottle to breakfast when I was on my way back to my room. Cleaning took 3 towels from me on the first day and only gave back 1. I had to argue with the front desk worker til he got the manager just to get another towel. I was there for 4 nights and the sheets weren’t changed AT ALL. DO NOT take the sheets off the bed because the mattress will disgust you. Friends I met staying there that were girls also said the staff was rude to them and had hit on them while on duty. If you stay there you still get charged the same as civilians for a beach chair ($35). Overall terrible experience, I would stay somewhere else and just take a day to go out to paradise beach.

Never stay here!!

This was the WORST hotel I have EVER walked into. Our room had bugs, not just one but LOTS along with toenails and dirt all over the floor. We pointed it out and they said they would spray then we can stay in there. We asked for a different room and they took us to another room equally as dirty if not worse and it had a smell that gave me a headache within 10 minutes. I wiped the floor with a wet wipe and it was black from all of the dirt. Went to the front desk to see if we could work something out and they got an attitude and mad at us for complaining that the second room stunk and was dirty. The worst service I’ve ever received from a hotel. I was trying to be nice and they just got so rude with me I was extremely disappointed in their customer service, especially when I asked if we could get somewhat of a refund considering it was for poor living conditions. Safe to say we left after that and found an amazing hotel/airbnb that was clean and cheaper and provided excellent services.

Some of the staff were a bit…creepy. It felt like they were trying to sell us stuff all the time, which was a bit annoying. Also, the hotel driver was constantly trying to stop and have us pay via the ATM, even though we only wanted to use card. Location also not ideal, as it’s far from anything else.

More a camp than a hotel

The so called hotel looks like a workers/refugee camp. Our room was a prefabricated white cabin, not terrible, but not what expected, given the price was not cheap. It was full of mosquitoes and spiders. No TV or Internet. Patio just a patch of dust. Beach noisy and daybeds cost extra 25 euro. Do not recommend.

I really liked the bar/restaurant by the beach. The staff is amazing !!!
I did not like the fact that we had to park outside de hotel entrance… since we had a child wasn’t to pleasant.
There’s no Tv, a kettle…small things that makes a difference .

This property for staying is for the young. Beach during the day is awesome and lovely but come 4pm turns into MTV Spring Break. If you’re under 25 think twice about booking. If under 25 and on a budget it’s perfect for you. 👍

Staff was very friendly in general. My air conditioning broke and they tried to blame it on me setting the temperature too low. Idiotic - units are rated to lowest setting 16/60, if it isn’t working it is broken. Staff tried to explain that even a 2C/5F lower than ambient temperature setting was impossible - Ridiculous. (Night temp was 68 F). Roaches all over the property, sick on stomach for 5 days after staying there for 3 starting first day. Go to nicer surrounding hotels, don’t risk your trip to be closer to club

I was beyond disappointed. When i got there not only was the shuttle driver smoking in the vehicle while we were all being transported from port to hotel but also with the front door open, my belongings almost flew out when he took a sharp turn. My mother has bad asthma and this was not acceptable. When e arrived to hotel they attempted to putvme in the last room small corner no balcony looking like a standard room but claiming it's a superior room. I know what i paid for and the pictures you have on Expedia are false. The rooms are horrid, dirty and unfit for the prices they request. I asked if they had any towels for guest to go to the beach, i was told no and what do i expect is only a 2 star hotel. I never experienced such a rude, disrespectful worker in my many years traveling the world. I have used Expedia for all my vacations this trip i have to say was the most disappointing.

Well is a good place but not for family with kids because so guests tuning around naked around the beach. The housekeepers (cleaning) ladies are very friendly and helpful the drivers and everyone who worked this place are friending and do anything to make you feel conferrable. Avoid Paradise Beach Resort. This was my second time in Mykonos and it was a horrible experience. The reception and staff are extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. It was impossible to get any assistance from the hotel. The sheets were all stained and ants infested the room. The breakfast was poor, nothing was fresh, and all low quality. Most importantly I did not feel safe at this hotel. It was incredibly overpriced- it’s better to stay in a nicer resort or home and take a 2€ bus ride to the beach. This opinion is shared by my entire party.

Love that the resort is connected to the beach. However, you still need to pay 10 euros per sunbed, which I think is not very nice if you are already paying to stay there.

The rooms are very simple, but comfortable with bedsheets, towels, and AC. It is decent for the price, but it could be a lot nicer.

The stay was one of the worst I have ever experienced. From the start where the shuttle cane to pick us from the ferry terminal we were greeted by this rude frustrated driver who asked us to wait in the corner. After waiting for several minutes he drove like a maniac and got us to the hotel. Post the death ride, we were greeted by an extremely curt and rude man (white long hair) who behaved as if he was pissed we were checking into his hotel.any query was cut off with a curt reply and we were given our keys in the worst possible way. We were then ushered into an extremely dirty unhygienic room. The bathroom was smelling and all the sheets in our triple room were dusty and stained. We let it go as the reception wasn’t receptive for any feedback.again while leaving, we told the same rude shuttle man to take us to the airport as we were promised shuttle service to the airport. He took us to the ferry port, where we told him ‘airport’ he literally abuses us in Greek and started screaming that it’ll now take half hour(maps said 15 mins). He drove like a maniac and quite literally dropped 3 of us with our bags 500 mts away. And threw our bags on the floor. He repeatedly abused and drove off again like a maniac. If you want an insulting disgusting stinky holiday this is the hotel to be. Very very bad service and want to rate it 0 on ten on every scale.

For the price we felt it was just ok, no cleaning service unless you ask, no one at the front desk to help with anything and overall the cleanliness was not ideal. Service and cleanliness was great. We had a room with a great view. Bed was a little hard, but can't complain. As other reviews stated, you can hear the music late into the night, but it did not bother us. Very close to bus stop that takes you into town. A little bit of a hill walk from reception area. Did not see the pool as mentioned in other reviews, but did not ask where it was located. Spent more time on the beach area. Club/DJ area had more of a relaxed dress code.

The free breakfast each morning was awful, really awful as in the worst ever experience. But the ocean view makes up for it and the beach area was kept clean and well maintained. My room was also sparse but clean. If you want to visit the beach on low budget travel with no frills this is what to choose.

It is what it is. Basic accommodations in a party scene. The rooms were bigger and cleaner than I expected. Bathrooms are nice. Music blasts until the early morning. It was super convenient and fun as we were looking to have a good time in Mykonos. The beach is beautiful. Get there early for lounge chairs.

We booked the superior room for 3 in june 2018. The service inluded hotel- airport transfer and breakfast. After all the average and bad reviews we read, we were bracing ourselves for disaster and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and always happy to help from owner all the way to cleaner. The room was nice, clean and overlooking the beach and we had a little terrace as well. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. The resort had everything you could possibly need, mini market, boutiques, restaurants, lounge and club \"Guapaloca\". The beach was beautiful and clean and by paying 10 euros a day you could have a sunlounger and parasol. We had the most amazing time! Thanks and hope to visit again soon :0)

The beach at paradise is beautiful, there are many chairs and umbrellas (7 euro each) to lounge on. The included breakfast has a lot of variety, was always fresh, and tasted great. Our view from a superior room was amazing, overlooking the beach, day clubs, and sea. The beds were very hard, which is my only complaint.

This nightmare of a hotel thinks that just because they are on a beach, they can prevail. Well, here’s some news for you, Paradise Beach Resort... you aren’t anything compared to the other resorts that I have had the pleasure of staying in. Your room small like feces mixed with a 40 years old chain smoker, mixed with some chicken nuggets and marijuana. There is absolutely no WiFi in any room, so let’s just use up all of our cellphone data!
Oh, and let’s not forget the service at the reception. Horribly rude.

We booked last minute due to ferry strikes. The staff got us right to our room. Room was small but that’s ok. There were ants, hairs on the bed cover so i doubt they really clean that well. But it was right on paradise beach which is amazing and the party spot of Mykonos.

First off the rooms are small and shabby its ashack. The sheets were not clean and bed very uncomfortable with no padding on the bed. I woke up my first night with shoulder pain because the mattress was so hard. My mattress had a whole dirt stain on there. I called to have it changed no one came. I couldn't even feel clean after I showered because the beds and sheets were unkept. They were torn stained and worn out) There are also stray(friendly)cats everywhere. They lay sit and walk around everywhere. Even hop on your chair while eating. So if you are allergic or afraid of cats I would say to not stay there. my room location was like a back alley dungeon. The bathroom door was constructed in a way that it was restricted from closing. The shower curtain had a stain on there that I was so fearful of touching me while I showered. It was GROSS. You also could not throw your toilet tissue away in the toilet. Everything had to be thrown in the bin they gave you. At first I thought they just meant feminine products but No the actual toilet paper you wipe with had to go in the bins. As a girl who ended up getting her period on the trip you can just image how annoyed I was and how bothered I was as the smell of my blood started to to creep up later that night. any solid waste had to be flush three times to fully eliminate it. The wifi was a JOKE. It's a shared network that everyone uses. Theres no password. I complaied about no wifi in my room they said go to the common areas.

While the Paradise Beach Hotel is fun if you'd like a Vegas meets Spring Break top feel, I unfortunately had a horrible experience at this hotel.
Apart from the one kind front desk greeter (young lady with brown curly hair), I did not have a pleasant experience with the staff. The maid accused us of having an extra person staying in our room, and when I tried to explain that it was just my friend from another hotel room sitting in our room to talk, she got the front desk man who straight up yelled at me without hearing us out.
The next day, after the maid cleaned our room, we between the 2 of us, had 90 euro missing from our wallets. Now sure, we could have miscounted a bit, but 90 is a lot to \"miscount\". Might I add that this is after the maid told us she looked through our closet and luggage to \"prove\" we had 3 people staying there.
We did however, have a nice time dancing at the night club and relaxing on the beach. Just be ready to pay for everything... including a 7 euro lounge chair rental.

Nice hotel just a few feet from Beach.

This hotel does not own any property on the beach. If you want a lounge chair on beach it be will cost extra money. All prices here are about twice the price in a supermarket.
If internet is important don't stay here the internet only works sometimes and the hotel does not have its own internet. Internet did not work at all in my room and the hotel was not concerned. Just told me to go outside and use the restaurants internet.
The music starts disc going at 4pm and continues 2/3 a.m.

Only Stay here if you Party 24/7.

I dont want to know the hotel because the staff is great, all of them, all very nice and accomidating. But the rooms lack televisions , the beds are the worst beds, so uncomfortable and slide all over the place. The location is great, paradise beach is beautiful and fun but much further from downtown Mykonos than I thought. The hotel is only peaceful from 5am till 4pm between those times it is soooo loud the music shakes your rooms even if the door is closed. Like I said it is a great party hotel if all you want to do is party.

Nice hotel with awesome ocean view!

It was a good place to stay, gorgeous ocean view, multiple clubs in the beach, they will pick you up from the airport or the bay if it's between his working hours, and the room was clean and nice. But it was some cons too, it includes \"free breakfast\" but is so poor that you will end up buying everything and paying more than €10 per person, everything there runs with cash because they will limit you a minimum of €20 to run a card and you will see them very unhappy with that, the chairs and shades in the beach are not free, they charge you €10 per person to use them, only the sand space is free but there is not much space because everything is full of chairs.

Perfect location.

This hotel provides great value if your looking for a fun, party experience. This is not for you if your looking for a luxury, quiet escape. The hotel had a club on the beach. There is a party day and night. We had a great time.

Great hotel, amazing air con and best party place! It is a must to stay there, just be careful of other travellers as they can be a little bit creepy! Easy, convenient and alcohol is always flowing!

Fun to party but extremely over priced

Paradise beach is an awesome place to party that's for sure but the rooms were overpriced. The \"free breakfast\" was 1 small sausage, 1 egg and a piece of cheese and thats if you were lucky!! The last day we got a boiled egg and a tiny croissant. Very expensive transfers also.

I would not recommend

Overpriced for what you get, food is terrible especially the breakfast. The rooms are advertised as hotel rooms and they're basically cabins. The window in our room would not close and the wardrobe absolutely stank. The restaurants were awful and so expensive. The night life is amazing and it was a shame the accommodation was such a let down.
