The staff was not friendly. My wife had to park the motorbike away from the entrance during heavyrain. 4 staff were just looking, she asked for help and they ignored her. My wife is Vietnamese, she can easily communicate with them,but she was ignored. I asked for a litter to light a birthday candle and was told they didn't have any. I asked another staff member and he helped me. The control for the room lights didn't work properly. We didn't have a good time at the hotel.

My family and I we loved the breakfast buffet with many selection, and different dishes were changed everyday so we didn’t get bored eating. Wonderful and helpful employees at the breakfast buffet, very nice and smart people. The room was big, big beds and comfy, clean bathroom. We will definitely come back, my children liked the Hotel a lot.

I had a great time at Ramana hotel , amazing staff, good restaurant with variety of options fresh and tasty , good pool , gym option available, clean hotel and Room , i had a nice balcony view , 20 min away by car or motorcycle on any place you want to visit.
Safe area have not had any issues . Definitely a hotel i will come back when i visit HCM city. Thank you for the amazing stay

Conveniently located near most of the main attraction in District 1. Many eateries and clothing shops nearby, within walking distance. The hotel is functional, nothing luxurious, in term of its proximity to the airport. Our VIP status was recognize with a room upgrade. Beyond the main lobby/reception areas, due to extreme heat you and no AC, you will find extremely hot and bad odor inside and outside the elevators and surrounding areas. Breakfast buffet consisted lot of food dishes from India, probably due to many tours from India that have booked during our 3-night stay. Limited seating as the buffet only open from 6-9:30am; additionally, tables were not cleaned properly as food crumbs remained for future guests. Do not have a great variety of local dishes …
Executive room was spacious with extra seats and sofa. Rooms were not well insulated; therefore, noises and sounds from hallway will penetrate easily.

If i have something i wanna complain bout it need to be the food. There where a lot of different dishes. But some of the food was like tasteless. Even add salt&pepper did not make any difference. Sorry.

Great atay in District 3

I would definitely recommend this hotel, the service, comfort and cleanliness were of very high standard. Great breakfast with huge variety. Facilities sich as pool and luggage storage very good. I also used the gym every day, for cardio is fine with 2 treadmills and.one elliptical, but i think weights machines could do with better maintenance or ideally an upgrade. But i didnt see many other people using it, so i guess it isnt much of a priority.

Staff and location also great, on a main street with convenience stores, ATMs and restaurants nearby.

Id definitely stay again if returning to Ho chi Minh city.

Ants everywhere. GROSS!

There were little ants everywhere, in the room, on the table at breakfast. It was gross. They didn't clean the bathtub or shower the entire 4 days we were there.

The pool was not at all like advertised.

The lady at the noodle station for morning breakfast named Tuyen was so kind and helpful. She offered me some noodles but I said I had it some the other day, so she recommended beef stew. She even went out of her way to get me a small bowl to eat with bread. Awesome services

In general, the hotel is above average but not the swimming pool. When I entered the pool with my beach swimming short, the guy in charge did not let me swim due to my short was not the short required for the professional swimmer. I felt so disappointed with that such policy. Remember most family do have such of that swimming short during the travel.

The area around the hotel seems a little deserted. The pool is lovely to relax before a flight home. Staff are friendly and the areas and rooms are clean and well maintained . The breakfast is a little basic but ok - noodles, rice, eggs, sausages, toast with condiments, fried eggs, a couple of cereal options, pineapple or watermelon. Very close to the airport, you can actually see it from the hotel. The rooms are VERY hot when you enter, the aircon does cool it down though. A few things in walking distance.

Pros of this property is cleanliness,professional staff (front desk staff, luggage carry staff, room service staff), good brekky.
Cons is not in the center of tourist attraction. Need a cab to get there. Dont worry cab charge is not expensive.
Because i want to stay near my family so i chose to stay here.
Price is affordable.
I personally recomend this property to other travellers.

It is close to the airport, about 15 minute ride. Centrally locates. Nice spa. I had requested that she go “ soft” on me and she did. The breakfast had a great spread. Did not try the food at the Santorini restaurant. They have tiny kiosks to get gifts before you leave for the airport.
They also help you plan your trips although we managed to get cheaper good tours online. Will come back to the hotel.
